This is the best nail salon in the business! Service is outstanding, and all the nail artists are skilled at what they do! I had the best experience getting a gelx manicure done by Nary, and she is so fast at what she does! I provided her with a picture of what I wanted, and she exceeded my expectations!! They don't have enough staff so it is challenging to get an appointment and they have little flexibility. I like their nail options - they are overpriced. Decore is good. Pedicures are good. I booked both Pedi and Mani for at the same time, but the Mani technician need to go pick up her kids so they can't do both at the same time and I had to wait. It's ok but she was very rushing , so my cat eyes gel Mani has bubbles in three of my right hand fingers. I told her but I don't have time to fix them cuz she was already late from the beginning. Then at the check out I paid by credit card, while leaving, I remember I have a stamp card from last time to put more stamps, the lady told me it's only for cash payment. I then said ok then I don't need this stamp card, and she said she doesn't need it neither and said " you don't have cash??" That's is pretty rude. After I left, the lady called me said I didn't paid the card didn't go through and I checked my bank. I already paid. And it went through. Even she said sorry but I feel very bad and uncomfortable for the whole experience. I won't go back again read more

I've been coming here now for about 3 months. I've never felt more relaxed during a nail appointment anywhere else. Their cleanliness, quality, attentiveness and friendliness exceeded my expectations. Kathy & Tracy are the BEST! The atmosphere is calm, welcoming & very spa-like. Oh my gosh... this nail salon is AMAZING!!! I brought my mom here for her birthday, and it was our first visit. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the staff and treated to the most delicious coffee and snacks. They even offered us some champagne We were taken back and cared for by Kathy and Mary, who truly gave us the best spa experience. We both chose the Moonlight Pedicure, which included a deep callus reduction, an epsom salt soak with lemon and jasmine, an incredible 10-minute massage, and so many other luxurious touches. The color selection was also outstanding.. I'm pretty picky, but I found several shades I absolutely loved. Hands down, I'll be back. This is officially my new go-to nail spa! read more

I used to go to their placentia location often and I was so bummed when we moved out of that area, only to discover the exact same now is in Los Alamitos and closer to me! Their service, cleanliness, punctuality with appointments, all the perks, and their prices are even reasonable, is such a great experience! I found this place on yelp and made a last-minute appointment. I was so happy they were able to take me in for a quick gel manicure. They do ask you if you have something on your nails, so that they can give you more time if you do. The place is really nice and clean. It is a little different than other nail salons. But you have to make sure to read the description of what they consider a gel manicure. I think some people expect more. I was offered something to drink twice while I was there. I tend to pick at my nails a lot now that I don't have acrylics. I needed to get my nails decent looking for an event. I was there 12 days ago and my nails still look great. I clean a lot and no, I do not wear gloves when I'm cleaning and scrubbing. I will definitely come back and also try the pedicures. read more

I had an absolutely fantastic experience today. From start to finish, everything was great. The concept of their business model is to keep everything as natural & hygienic as possible. You won't smell any acrylic in here. Nor do they have dip powders. They do however offer apres gel-x. I can certainly appreciate their attention to cleanliness. Their OPI color selection is the best offering I've seen in a while. I opted for their mid tier pedicure with gel polish. By the way - price point is pretty perfect actually. It's been almost 3 hours since I left, and my toes still feel really great. I had a delicious berry champagne to help unwind. I even nodded off during the toesie massage. This will be my new go-to pedi spot and I'll have to remove my acrylic so I can do both services here. read more

I usually don't go to a business without reading a review first, but I was in the area and in a desperate need of a mani pedi. So I entered Cassidy's. Upon entering, the vibe was awkward. No music. Not even the TV had sound coming from it. I appreciated that the Jennifer Hudson show was on, but would've loved some captions, some sound, something. The only thing I could hear was the fans and the nail equipment at work. It was quiet enough for one of the technicians to be asleep with their head resting on the wall.. I tell them that I want a gel manicure with designs, a deluxe pedicure with color and I inquire how much would it be. I had gel on my nails and toes, so gel removal was extra. And design was extra. They were transparent that my total would be $109. This price didn't shock me but the service and final product did. While my nails were being prepped on my left hand, my nail on my ring finger started to hurt. I was watching tv, didn't think much of it. I look down, the right side wall of my nail is bleeding. He didn't acknowledge it to me verbally. Didn't treat it right away. Just carried on with the prep work and nail designs. I will say my design wasn't easy. I got it from Pinterest. So I appreciate that Tommy (that's what his cart said) communicated with me on how i want the lines, what color for each part, etc. It didn't come out looking good though. And to top it off, one of my toes started burning out of nowhere during the pedicure. I don't know if Nancy cut it too short or the equipment wasn't clean or what. I tried powering through it (I know, I shouldn't have to or even do so at all), but eventually I was like "hey, one of my toes burn". I pointed out the toe. She rinses it. And friendliness wise, they're nice enough. I know nail techs don't have to talk, but just the quiet vibe wasn't for me. If you made it this far, look at my reference picture versus the outcome. Keep in mind I chose hot pink for the french tip. I might go back to press on's.... Five hours later..My finger still hurts. And now my big toe hurts. They were too rough with the nail prep.

Joey is the best! I have wider nail beds, but she somehow made my nails look so sleek, thin, and elegant. Her attention to detail is amazing, and she was super patient while I took my time picking a color. I also got a pedicure from May, and oh my god... my feet literally feel like a baby's!! so soft They use all natural products and ingredients, which I really appreciated because I didn't get a headache like I usually do at nail salons. I had such a great experience at Nailology. The salon was clean, organized, and had a really relaxing atmosphere from the moment I walked in. Nary was amazing! Amazing place! I've been going to Kiwi in Long Beach and wanted a change because they've been slacking quite a bit. I looked on Yelp and found Nailogy. The technicians (Tracy and Kathy) were amazing. Went to get a gel pedi and gel mani. The service was amazing! Its super clean in there and the tools they use are always clean. They dont use harsh chemicals so there isnt that strong salon smell. They are located right next to shoeteria. I highly recommend giving them a try. read more
