It was clean and the ladies were very nice. My friend and I didn't have to wait too long for a mani/pedi, and it was one of the better experiences that I've ever had. I should qualify that by saying I don't get to have my nails done often. Regardless, they were patient with me even though I was being a little picky, and it didn't hurt at all. Which can happen from what I've heard. They don't have as much variety when it comes to polish color as I would like, but it was sufficient. They take appointments and have regulars there. I got a gel manicure and within the hour of leaving, one of my fingers chipped. I went back the next day to have them fix it and they kept trying to just put more polish on the tip of my finger to make it look less crooked instead of just filing until I suggested just that. 5 days after that, my nail chipped again, and 3 days after that I had several more nails chip. I will never go back. While they were happy to fix the mistake, it kept happening which shows the poor quality. I had gel nails on for 3 weeks from another salon before this and never once did I get a chip, nonetheless it happening 3 times! read more

where do i start ... i went in to get a full set but originally i was trying to go to the one that was a few stores down that i always go to but apparently they closed down so i gave this place a try and honestly i regret it. when trimming the tips, she never asked how long i wanted them and just cut them, so they weren't even at my desired length, i wanted to go longer. i asked for coffin and she barely did anything and i even asked if she could go more narrow and she didn't. they're not even, and some are actually different lengths. never coming back read more

This place is great. They treat you like family. I have been going there for a couple of years now my husband goes with me for pedicures. They know us by name and they even remembered my birthday. I really enjoy the convenience of going on Sundays. The owner and her husband are always friendly. This salon had pretty good reviews so I was expecting something better than where I usually go. Was very disappointed and will not go back. 1. They don't tell you that if you pay by credit card, you get charged an extra dollar. Who does that anymore? 2. The girl who did my hands stood up the whole time and really could not see my nails well enough to avoid nicking 2 of my cuticles. She also did not take the time to nicely round out the edges of my nails. They are pretty much straight across. I will have to smooth the corners myself. 3. The girl who did my feet kept asking if I was okay. I wasn't frowning or anything that should have prompted her to keep asking that. 4. Went in for a pedi and acrylics. Got Lena and she was very nice. The salon is very clean and the prices are reasonable. They have a TV in the background to watch and nice massage chairs to use during your pedi. My pedi looked great but the acrylics were disappointing. She cut my cuticle. Ouch! Also the nails were not that great. Ive gotten better ones elsewhere. Bottom line- place is clean and prices are reasonable. Good if u want a basic mani-pedi. First time here and the service was great. Yvonne did an amazing on my gel fill. She made sure my coffin shape was perfect and always asked every couple mins if there was anything she needed to fix. She perfected my nails and did the most to make sure I was happy. Definitely coming back! Came back here. This is only my second time. Service as always was great but I'm sorry to say the nail girls suck... the girl that did my nails was so in a rush she didn't even care how evenly they all looked with my gel acrylic she even topped my old color with a new color without even taking it off now my nails are all bulky and all the nail shapes are uneven!!!! Hello. I've never been here before.. This was my first time. I don't normally make complaints on business but I was very unhappy right from the start when I sat on the chair it didn't work the worker told me it was broken I asked her if I had to pay the same price due to this issue she talked to a lady who worked there so they changed out the remotes to the chair and it began to work so she lied 2 me and didn't do anything till i complained right from the start. Now I'll tell you about my foot injury reason being they keep having me move during my visit here which wasn't easy... Now from the beginning I took off my footboot and waited... I made an appointment for 3:40 I was late by a few minutes no problem.. I waited. When I was seated the lady asked me what I wanted I said spider webs and a spider. she didn't understand so she asked someone else.. I left my phone at my store which is down the way from them in the same Shopping Center so a lady offered to look up a design for me on her phone so they can get an idea of how a spider web looks and a spider. They said they knew how to do it so I was okay with it... No worries... the lady who did my feet cleaned them up really nice. I was happy with them she did a really good job.. So now it was time for the design she then moved me over to the side and told me someone else was going to do the design. I could have stayed where I was again my foot is swollen its hard for me to move. She said you dry your toenails. I said okay as I struggled to move.. then the lady who was supposed finish my design started helping someone else. So I spoke up I said I've been here for a hour already your supposed to do my design. She stopped helping the other lady and came over. The first lady put me back in the seat that I had already been sitting in previously. Again I have a foot injury I told them about it my foot is hurting by this point they shouldn't be moving me back and forth. Ok so the lady came over to do the design cuz she said she knew how. So I waited for her to get her things together she began to do the webs on two of my little toes it didn't come out right. I told her I didn't like it. She said the toe is too small.. Then also told me the big toe is better.. I said ok let's try. She wasn't able to do the design on the big toe either I asked the lady next to me how it looked she said they look different that's not a web.. I was unhappy then asked if she could just paint it black the design isn't right. She said it's because it's not gel I was like but you said you knew how to do it. Remember she told me it would look better on the big toe they could have said gel was better from the start this wasn't mentioned. I had enough already 1 hour and 15 minutes of this it doesn't take this long to draw a design etc. I then said I wanted to go I'm done... I asked the first lady who did my toes for my gift certificate she had it on the side of her cart she picked it up and waved it at me. I told her I wanted to pay and leave. So Tina came over to see what the problem was and I told her that I wasn't happy that I won't be back. I said can you cash out the rest of the gift certificate she said we don't do that we only give credit.. I said I won't be back here go ahead and give me a $20 gift certificate.. I'll give it to somebody here I won't be back here and then I explained to her that it was bad customer service on there behalf. I told her I was going to make a bad Yelp review due to all the thing that have happened. so then she turned around talk to this man about what I said then she came over to give me the money back in cash but she decided to give me a little lecture and tell me how my job does business I should know this. First of all she shouldn't be comparing my job to hers this isn't ok. I explained to her she's supposed to give refunds 10 dollars or under this is the law. I was bothered by here mentioning my job due too this having nothing to do with her business just because we are in the same shopping center doesn't give her the right to treat me this way.. I told her this isn't about the money it's your service and how your putting my job in this and it has nothing to do with your business. I don't treat people this way at my store. I told her this was very unprofessional of her so she began to argue with me more and I had it with her I ended the conversation. I was upset. I was embarrassed. her worker couldn't do a job she said she could. I was willing to spend the whole 50 dollar gift certificate on the pedicure which was 35 she gave me a 5 dollars discount then the $17 on the design.. I wasn't able to spend this amount. I let Tina know I was going to give them a $5 tip each but after all that I wasn't going to give anybody anything and I got my things and I left. I only gave one star because I had to I really didn't want to give any again my toes look great in just black but that isn't what I wanted and I didn't come in here today looking for an argument. read more

How does this have 4 stars? If I could give negative stars I would. I only came here because I had a gift certificate for a mani pedi. First bad sign, when I sit down at the pedi chair the manicurist working on the lady next to me begins to argue with the customer. I don't care what the problem is the customer is always right. And it was freaking uncomfortable. My pedicure was awful, she did not know how to file nails, and used cuticle scissors to cut off my calluses! The nail polish must have been old because it dried with weird lines going through it. I previously had gel on my nails and she didn't know how to take it off, it took about 30 minutes just to remove the gel. My manicure was awful and dried lumpy. Worst part is after I paid for myself and my friend, she says you didn't pay enough you still owe me $5 and took, literally TOOK, $5 out of my cash I had on the table. Then since my nails were wet I couldn't put my cash away and she kept awkwardly referencing it until I tipped her. Then after I tipped her (I tip everyone, even if it's not deserved) she says you still need to tip the other lady. Don't tell me what to do. I've never had such a bad job before. read more

so, this was not my 1st visit to this nail care business, i'd say 5 or 6 times over last 5 yrs. so i was surprised that they charge me 30.00 for 1 foot pedicure. see i am a left leg amputee up to below my knee and they only had to service 1 leg/foot. before when i had been there, that was how they handled it, half price for 1/2 the work, no issue before? but monday 2-28-22 i went in and had a great 1 foot pedicure, the tech was very good at her job. i was thinking in my head, now the price is 35.00 for 2 feet, half would be 17.50, call it 20.00!, with a nice tip of 10.00 to the tech i walk out for 30.00, right? nope 30.00 for one foot. when i offered 20.00 she said that isnt going to work for her. so i did pay here the 30.00 (what am i going to do now,right ) and only tipped the tech 5.00 instead of 10.00. i wont be back and i told her so, but i should have paid her 20.00 and gave the tech 10.00 and walked away....... its only 5.00 difference, but its the point! i am telling all people i know this story including you, you decide if you want to patronize a business that treats people like this, not me! read more

All the ladies are so nice. They listen to what you want and help you to achieve the goal. If you say only a manicure or acrylic fill, they don't push for a pedicure, they ask but understand the words not today. Never had ombre nails and Linda did a great job. I come to this salon every two weeks for a fill and once a month for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. I am always pleased to see an attention to cleanliness like a disposable liner for the foot tub while soaking my feet. I am always greeted by name when I enter the salon. Tina does my fill and I never have any problems between my two week visits. My nails stay on and the polish looks like new when I return. Lynn does my pedicures and usually does a design on my nails. I leave it up to her as to the design. We travel quite a bit and I occasionally have to get my nails done at another salon and it never looks as good as it does when I go to Artistic Nails. She made a small cut on one of my finger while trimming cuticles and she didn't even apply cuticle softener. The gel manicure was not even and it was just a poor job.
