Went to this place based on the good reviews. For me? Meh- She cut my skin and it's still hurting. And too much talks in Vietnamese in front of customers. Visit this place again? I don't think so‍ read more

I always go to a nail spot in Los Alamitos but I decided to come here with my friend because it was closer to our house. First of all, I asked her for a coffin shape and she did it but it looked really skinny and awkward. So I asked her to re-do it, and she ended up having to take off the fake nails she had already put on my nails, basically damaging them and taking off my real nails. So she re did it and it's so obvious she didn't know what she was doing.... I even asked her if she does dip powder often cause it seemed like she was very confused and inexperienced. She said no. Lol i was so annoyed already because the reason why I get dip powder all the time is because it feels a lot lighter and thinner on my real nails. But this is so thick and there's bubbles? Like if you know your specialty isn't in dip powder tell me before I waste money on shitty nails. Please look how terrible this looks, on top of all of this she kept shaving and shaving my nails and it hurt so bad LOL never coming back here again. Moral of the story: do not cheat on your nail lady :) read more

BB Nails & Spa - Dip powder nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Cypress, California

Best Nail Salon around. I come here all the time for my manis and pedis, and today Jen did an exceptional job with my pedicure. Honestly, the best part was the massage. Almost fell asleep. A lot of nail salons I've gone to just graze over the massage portion of the pedicure without realizing the importance of it, but BB makes sure not to, by setting a timer for it so that they can be consistent with all their clients every day of the week. Their prices are also super affordable, and customer service is top notch. I will continue to come here for all my nail needs and services! read more

The spa has potential but my nails, both mani and pedi came out terrible. The design is nice and the ladies are sweet but the technique is terrible. Wish I could leave pictures to show how crappy they look once they dry. Will be redoing them myself. read more

This was my first visit to BB Nails. The shop is very clean with new massage chairs and tasteful decor. Lauren did my pedicure. She was friendly and kind to me. She spoke excellent English and I like that very much. I was offered a complimentary beverage when I was seated in the massage chair. Lauren took her time and did a very good job. Their prices are fair and typically the same as other shops around town. I would highly recommend this nail salon to everyone. Thanks Lauren! See you next time. read more

Came here on Saturday & read the great Yelp reviews so I decided to give them a try. Was greeted & Nikki did my nails. She's really sweet asked me exactly how I wanted my nails. Everything was perfect till the end of my visit. I had asked her for a galaxy nail design, so she gets all the colors & everything prepared. Then two customers come in about the time she's started to paint my nails. So she ended up rushing through my nails & just put a coat of glitter & that was it. To which I was surprised because she had brought all these different colors to just put one color. Then she proceeds to tell me that since it's my first visit I had to pay $30 then after it would be cheaper. When in the front on the store it said they had a special & gel was only $22? I was annoyed by then & just paid her the money & left. read more

Warm, welcoming environment. They accommodated us even though we arrived close closing time. Nikki did a great job on me as well as my daughter. Thank you for making her first pedicure so gentle. You can tell that cleanliness is a top priority. Items that are disposable are not reused on the next customer, they are thrown away. Very happy to hear that and very happy with the beautiful work. My mom got a facial from Kelly that she was very satisfied with. They were so friendly. I'd recommend BB Nails & Spa to anyone!! read more

I love this place. come here to get my mani pedis along with facial and waxing. Nikki always takes great care of me.

Before Nikki took over the shop I was a client with Kim for 8 years. The shop used to be called Technique Nails. When Kim decided to sale the business I was a little worried about who I would find that did such a great job as she did. Well to my complete satisfaction and surprise my miracle worker Nikki came along and renamed the business BB Nails. The atmosphere is so different and relaxing. I am extremely particular with how I like my nails and pedicures. I must say I am very pleased with the service and the work they do there!! I recommend that you come and give them a try. You will not be disappointed at all!! Loyal Client always with great service!!! read more
