Booked a Saturday appointment with a friend and glad we did bc it was sooo crowded in there. There is a bottleneck at the entrance because there isn't a large waiting area at all and they want you to check in with the iPad. But once you're inside at a chair/station, you're good with space. I got a dip/gel manicure and a regular standard pedicure. Total cost around $80 which isn't terrible. Both my manicure and pedicure lasted a long time. If I lived in the area, I would consider making this my go-to spot, but I was only in the area visiting a friend.
My gel pedi was $40 and she even removed my previous polish! I had Kelly and she was amazing and so friendly! Super clean environment and sooo many options ! I will definitely be going here again
Hana did an amazing job with my birthday set!! Absolutely loved these and have gotten so many compliments already felt very pampered on my special day
Thank you for the experience, Kelly! This is my second time coming to this nail shop. The first time, I really enjoyed the service and my toes looked brand new. This time around, I was even more impressed. Kelly made my experience memorable she was kind, took her time, and gave an amazing calf massage that left me feeling so relaxed. On top of that, she was great to talk to. I would definitely recommend coming here!
The people there were nice but not sure how this is a full set. I was charged for an extra short full set and my fingers ended up all cut. Not sure why they set a timer if they didn't even do 2 minutes of a massage. I also got a toe nail fixed and the shape and size is completely different from the others. I had a similar experience i. The past which is why i stopped coming. Decided to give them another chance. Will not be doing that again.
I've been coming to this salon for years and today was the first time I was not satisfied with my gel pedicure. My last pedicure was June 20th so I asked for my nails to be cut and even though my toenails are naturally squared after cutting down my nails the lady filed some toenails round shaped. This was not too noticeable until she painted my toenails. Not only were my toenails mix matched shapes but they were also cut crooked. The lady attempted to fix but then filed the toenail too short from how crooked the nail was cut. She then tried to gain length by applying acrylic but the acrylic was applied thick, looking large and unnatural. It did not resemble any other toenail on either foot which left me even more upset. Another lady stepped in to assist who tried her best to fix the acrylic toe. I asked her if she could help reshape the rest of my toenails as some nails were rounded and others were more square shaped. I feel she did the best she could with what she could work with since I didn't want my toenails cut shorter than they already were. My Manicure on the other hand was PERFECT! Laura was amazing and does an outstanding job. She takes her time and will ask for me to double check her work before moving to the next step. She truly cares about her work and you can tell with the end results. I have attached my receipt so you can see the name of the lady who did my pedicure. I am not totally satisfied with my pedicure but nails aren't cheap so I appreciate the salon for taking their time and trying to make it right!
"I had good time with Eric .My nails were done so nicely and with great attention to detail. The staff was friendly, patient, and made sure I was happy with the final result. I love how clean and beautiful my nails turned out. I would definitely come back and recommend this salon to others....
WORST NAIL SALON!! NIGHTMARE! Yelp friends, BEWARE! PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! I STRONGLY AGREE WITH ANOTHER YELPERS BELOW ABOUT THE RUDE OWNER (AMY) WITH NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. My mom and I also got into a heated argument with her for LYING. Please avoid this nail salon This place is SO SHADY. First off, my mom has been coming here for about a year. At first, we thought this place had good reviews, a close location, and it was new and looked ok... Until my mom got an infection from here when they cut her middle toenail/cuticle area too deep, leading it to bleed with a deep cut and resulting in an ongoing ingrown toenail that she had to surgically get removed! Since then, my mom is picky about who she can trust to do her nails. She has only been seeing Mia to do her nails. My mom will typically text Mia ahead of time for appts; however, Mia let her know that she would be on vacation for a month. Because of that, my mom needed her nails done and did a walk in. Upon entering the store, no one was there at the front, so my mom looked around to see if there was a worker she would recognize who has done an ok job on her before. She decided to let Hannah know that she wanted to request her to do her nails and Hannah said she could do my mom's nails after she finished with another client. In the meantime, another lady did my mom's pedicure. All was fine until it was time for the manicure. Hannah let my mom know to wait 15 more minutes for her to finish up. My mom waited patiently. Then after waiting, she noticed that Hannah took on a new customer. My mom jumped in and flagged Hannah to remind her that she was waiting for her to do her manicure. Then Amy, the owner lady, came out and got into an argument with my mom saying she has to do the next customer with an appt. So then, my mom asked "why did Hannah tell me to wait 15 min for her to finish"? The owner insisted that Hannah had to accommodate appointments first. My mom then asked the customer if she had an appointment and the customer said no. At this point, my mom and the new customer both knew the owner (Amy) was lying. My mom still waited there mad that Hannah was doing another customer's nail. My mom continued to wait and Hannah even took on a second customer. Now here's where it gets interesting. Cerritos is a small town. I happened to know the next customer Hannah was going to do her nails on!!! She was a friend of mine and I asked her if she had an appointment-- she told me no, it's her first time there. Of course, Amy lied again! Two customers in a row getting serviced by Hannah before my mom who had been waiting patiently!!! Because things got heated when the owner started yelling, she really wanted to have my mom go to the "back room." And my mom was like "why?" Just talk straight. She's very unprofessional and the management is toxic! At this point, my mom called me to go into the store. I get there and the owner was about to yell in my face. I said first off, I don't know what's going on. I am not here to argue. Then she asked me to go to the back too?? And I said no, I'm not going anywhere. What is going on? They need to realize in this day and age, I've NEVER seen a business yell and raise their voice at customers. The owner tells me she wanted to refuse service for my mom for being "difficult." My mom simply said she wanted to wait for Hannah to do her nails. What's the problem with that?? Customers are loyal and have the right to choose which nail tech they want for service; ESPECIALLY since my mom had a previous infection here!!!!! She knows to be picky on who works on her hand and feet. You told my mom to wait 15 min for Hannah, she did, and then YOU CONTINUOUSLY SKIPPED OVER HER while saying the new walk in customers had appointments. What a shame on this business! Amy tried to offer the pedicure that my mom had done first as "free" to save her face which we did not accept. We are not looking for free. We are willing to pay for a service and we want respect and honesty as customers in a business. I see that Sonny reads and monitors these reviews. Before firing back, please do yourself a favor and read all the other 1 star honest and negative reviews. Lots of complaints about the owners wife, Amy's, attitude and unethical behavior. It may be wise to think... if there are MULTIPLE customers complaining about Amy, maybe he should realize that SHE is the problem and that's not how to treat customers paying for service. Returning customers are what will keep your business alive. At this rate, it will be very hard for your business to survive. THIS PLACE HAS LOST OUR BUSINESS AND RESPECT AND I HOPE OTHERS WILL SHARE ANY SIMILAR EXPERIENCES AS WELL.
Everything was great! Shout out Eric, I brought an inspo picture and he made it EXACTLY how I wanted. And to Cindy for the great service.
It was my first time going to this nail salon since it was closest to me at the moment and WOWWWW this place will definitely become my new nails spot. The place is VERY clean and luxurious and all the staff are so kind and welcoming. They also have so many different nail designs like all the new trends. I am happy I found this place. 10000/10 !!
I was able to call and make an appointment. Amy did an amazing job. She was very detail with the shape of my nails. Never have done a round shape but I love it. I did dip and she put gel on top. The place is nice and clean :) I will be going back.
I came here specifically for Michelle :) She is the best!! Her work is always so clean and creative!! She always makes sure I'm okay with the details and you can tell she really enjoys doing what she does. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by the owner and everyone was really nice and you can definitely see the environment is very calm and collected. This salon minimizes the use of monomer and harsh chemicals, they still offer the services but majority seem to opt in for the builder gel and honestly I love it!! thank you Michelle for everything :)
New nails done by Amy. She worked very diligently and took extra care of my nails. She did a new technique with nail formers. They look sooo even and beautiful.

Horrible service! I understood that it was rush hour, but the lady who did my toes was rude and aggressive, leaving my feet with a horrible paint job. Once I moved to a new place, the lady mentioned that they were too aggressive with my nails, leaving a scar on my natural nails. Overall, horrible customer service. I do not recommend this place only good for their complimentary water. Anyways a better place that I now go to that's around here with great service is "The Moonlit Quest Nail Atelier." read more

I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of my nails I got done here. I am constantly using gloves and washing my hands at work and the dip powder with gel lasted me 4 weeks!!! And they still haven't chipped, just my nails are growing out and it's time to change them out. Shonny was the nail tech who did my nails and 10/10 would recommend him!!! The best part is the dip for short nails was $40!!! You can't find that deal anywhere else. $2 discount if you pay by cash. I can't believe I just found out about this place! read more

I recently got a pedi here. My nails are perfect and well shaped. However, I have to give two stars because I realized none of the tools had been sanitized. They did not come out of the plastic wrap that they get cured in to remove all bacteria. It was clear the file was used over and over after each client. While I was in and out fast and only paid $30, I won't be back due to lack of cleanliness. read more
