Love Nail Spa is great. But Jenny is fabulous! She has done my mani/pedi's for many years & I won't go to anyone else. Her art work is beautiful too. Kim takes great care of my husband's mani/pedi's & she also does a wonderful job. He won't go to anyone else either! The salon is very nice, recently updated under new management & very clean. Everyone is very friendly. I highly recommend getting your nails done here. read more

I have had such a great experiences at Love Nail Spa! The salon itself is absolutely beautiful, clean, modern, and super relaxing the moment you walk in. Vy has done my pedicure and she was incredibly sweet and attentive. She really took her time and made sure everything was perfect, which I appreciated so much. Michelle has done my builder gel multiple times, and she seriously never misses. Every time I bring in a design, she nails it exactly how I pictured it (sometimes even better). Her attention to detail is amazing. On top of that, everyone who works there is so kind and welcoming. Calvin is always super sweet and hypes up my nails after (: . The whole vibe of the salon just makes you want to come back. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality work and a great overall experience! read more

Love Nail Spa - Michelle nailed this at eye design - Nail Salons Near Me - Cerritos, California

I wanted to like this salon. The ladies working there were very friendly & professional, and the salon itself was beautiful and clean. But their up charges cost me a small fortune - and my NAILS! They came out so poorly done! Just a gel mani-pedi, nothing fancy. But, after requesting short nails, my toenails were cut to a painfully short level and the edges of a bright color were not neatly done at all. And my simple gel manicure came out with rough cuticles and looking like it had almost a week's growth!! For the price paid, I am so SAD. read more

Started coming here last year when my other nail salon was closed on a Sunday. Turns out that when I got here, I'll be meeting my new nail lady, Kim. She is so sweet and let's me know what i do and do need. Today she suggested dark green for my pedicure. I never done green before. Welp, she was right. Dark green or any color that's of jewels dark (ambers, sapphires, ruby's, emeralds) go well with my skin tone. Totally agree coz I only wear the darkest colors coz it accents my skin tone. (Gotta love color theory). She is the lady indeed. read more

Love Nail Spa - Love the ambiance and love my nail lady Kim. - Nail Salons Near Me - Cerritos, California

Nice and clean, everyone was so kind and sweet. However, this place is not the place if you want nail art. They did not follow any of the pictures we requested for nail art, unfortunately. My daughter requested a lemon design and French tip and got no French tips, and a single flower design. Would go back for a simple mani/pedi but not for nail art. They did a nice clean job, and the nails were still cute in the end, but just did not receive what she had requested. read more

I've had my gel manicure for 2 days and it's already starting to peel. My service was very basic and very rushed. My gel is lumpy and there's towel lint cured in my polish. When I got home, I had to file and fix some nails because it was sloppy even after I asked her to file again during my visit. I'm not going there again...this was probably the worst gel service I've ever had. read more

Love Joc and Amy, went with my sisters for manis and pedis. Michelle and Joc were very entertaining and a pleasure!

The service is always so amazing with waters and so patient with you. Love it !! So pretty inside and all the ladies are so nice.

Came in around 6:30 PM (about an hour before closing) and asked about ingrown nail removal--they said they don't offer that service, so I went with a basic pedicure. Unfortunately, the technician seemed rushed and came across as rude, possibly because I chose the classic pedi. She also appeared upset and kept speaking in Vietnamese during the service, which made the experience feel uncomfortable. read more

Didn't have an appointment. Just walked in on my way to target. Most painful, aggressive pedicure I've ever had. Woke up in the morning and thought I stepped in water. Looked down and realized my heel was bloody. She scrubbed so hard now I have a scab on my heel. The person that did my daughter's pedicure didn't even ask what she wanted other than the color.Super fast and bad job because the nail tech had to tend to her regular customer. So daughter's nails are too long and jagged. Don't take a customer if you don't have time. Needless to say we won't return read more

The Spa is always very fresh and clean, with sterilized tools and sanitize pedicure baths. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially my Nail Technician- Cindy who do a fantastic job on my nails, (that last me one month or so before returning) and my Pedicurist- Van so personable --when massaging my legs put me to sleep, So comforting makes the service so relaxing. Overall, I always have a very enjoyable experience, therefore, I highly recommend you to visit the Love Nail Spa - Cerritos read more

This might be long but it is important to know..... I have been coming here (before new ownership) for over 17 years. I come in every 3 weeks like clock work and I spend about $120 (plus tips- which I believe in giving the ladies). I have had almost each one of the ladies over the years to work on me. I started getting very frustrated because they would argue when I came in to see who was going to work on me and my husband. Once we were seated, I would ask them to do something or try to tell them what I would like and all I got was "I know you I know you", but they did not listen. I would sit there, and they would not talk to me on say anything but would be talking to each other and not in English. Which I would normally not mind, but when you are paying about $240 a month for service you would like to know what is being said and to know that they hear your concerns. (Previously I would have given only 1 to 2 stars..) Which leads me to today!!!! Years ago, Jocelyn had done my nails and ever since she had always come over to welcome me. I had asked the manager if I could have Jocelyn do my nails from now on. And they made it happen. I will be honest, if I was unable to have her do my nails I would not be coming back today. Which leads me to the service I get now. Kim does my pedicure and Jocelyn does my manicure ONLY... Jocelyn has been great! I normally only get color on my nails when I go on trips ( no more than 3 times a year) and I let her color and design. During the service we talk all the time, she asks about my job, my kids, grandkids and husband. (AS WELL AS KIM- she also spends the time to talk to me). I don't have to wander what they are saying, I don't have to wonder if they hear what my needs are during the visit, and I am NOW TOTALLY ENJOYING MY VISIT. I can honestly say that Jocelyn and Kim are they only reason I still come back, I don't have a problem paying a higher price to do my nails, but I do have a problem if my experience is not good. And for the last 8 months I actually feel like I am paying for good service. I work in customer service, and I believe this is a good time for the new management to make changes on how customer service is done, and I believe both Jocelyn and Kim should be the example of how customer service works. read more

Kim and Terry are the best!! Very friendly, great service, kind, and funny! They make the atmosphere very welcoming!
