Vy has done my pedicure and she was incredibly sweet and attentive. She really took her time and made sure everything was perfect, which I appreciated so much. Michelle has done my builder gel multiple times, and she seriously never misses. Every time I bring in a design, she nails it exactly how I pictured it (sometimes even better). She is so sweet and let's me know what i do and do need. Today she suggested dark green for my pedicure. I never done green before. Welp, she was right. Nice and clean, everyone was so kind and sweet. However, this place is not the place if you want nail art. They did not follow any of the pictures we requested for nail art, unfortunately. My daughter requested a lemon design and French tip and got no French tips, and a single flower design. Would go back for a simple mani/pedi but not for nail art. Came in around 6:30 PM (about an hour before closing) and asked about ingrown nail removal--they said they don't offer that service, so I went with a basic pedicure. Unfortunately, the technician seemed rushed and came across as rude, possibly because I chose the classic pedi. She also appeared upset and kept speaking in Vietnamese during the service, which made the experience feel uncomfortable. read more

Looked down and realized my heel was bloody. She scrubbed so hard now I have a scab on my heel. I've had my gel manicure for 2 days and it's already starting to peel. My service was very basic and very rushed. My gel is lumpy and there's towel lint cured in my polish. When I got home, I had to file and fix some nails because it was sloppy even after I asked her to file again during my visit. This might be long but it is important to know..... I have been coming here (before new ownership) for over 17 years. I come in every 3 weeks like clock work and I spend about $120 (plus tips- which I believe in giving the ladies). I have had almost each one of the ladies over the years to work on me. I started getting very frustrated because they would argue when I came in to see who was going to work on me and my husband. Once we were seated, I would ask them to do something or try to tell them what I would like and all I got was "I know you I know you", but they did not listen. I would sit there, and they would not talk to me on say anything but would be talking to each other and not in English. Which I would normally not mind, but when you are paying about $240 a month for service you would like to know what is being said and to know that they hear your concerns. (Previously I would have given only 1 to 2 stars..) Which leads me to today!!!! Years ago, Jocelyn had done my nails and ever since she had always come over to welcome me. I had asked the manager if I could have Jocelyn do my nails from now on. And they made it happen. I will be honest, if I was unable to have her do my nails I would not be coming back today. Which leads me to the service I get now. Kim does my pedicure and Jocelyn does my manicure ONLY... Jocelyn has been great! I normally only get color on my nails when I go on trips ( no more than 3 times a year) and I let her color and design. During the service we talk all the time, she asks about my job, my kids, grandkids and husband. (AS WELL AS KIM- she also spends the time to talk to me). I don't have to wander what they are saying, I don't have to wonder if they hear what my needs are during the visit, and I am NOW TOTALLY ENJOYING MY VISIT. I can honestly say that Jocelyn and Kim are they only reason I still come back, I don't have a problem paying a higher price to do my nails, but I do have a problem if my experience is not good. And for the last 8 months I actually feel like I am paying for good service. I work in customer service, and I believe this is a good time for the new management to make changes on how customer service is done, and I believe both Jocelyn and Kim should be the example of how customer service works. read more
