She said Nilofer at Ziba in Artesia! :) The following day, I booked my first appt with Nilofer. Well, that was over 22 years ago!! I never went back and I've been with Nilofer ever simce. She's the master artist behind my absolutely gorgeous eyes brows for over 22 years!! Not only does Nilofer have a keen and sharp eye for her craft, but she is also very sweet, kind and compassionate. I look forward to my appts with her and love going to Ziba for the Zen vibe and friendly and warm culture they have fostered.
