I stopped by this Walgreens today to pick up my photo that I uploaded on their website since they have a photo department here. I found parking easily in the Devonshire Reseda Shopping Center this store is located in. When I walked inside the store, they were not busy at all. I saw no one was working the photo department and they already had one other guest waiting. They also took out the call for assistance button. So I went to the cashier to ask if anyone working the photo department. He basically just walked over there and handed the first guest his picture print. He then handed me the one he said was mine but when I checked, it wasn't my print and wasn't my name. He then got frustrated and left to go back to the cashier so I had to wait for another worker to come. My picture wasn't even put in the envelope, it was still at the printer area so the worker had to find it. This experience was bad but it seems like all Walgreens are like this now, the call for assistance button was helpful when they had it. read more

Wow! I was looking for an item after walking allover the store and couldn't locate it. An employee in her 50's walled by pushing a store cart. I started to ask but couldn't finish my sentence cuz she courtly responded "i'm not on the clock, go buzz for help" I would think a courteous individual who even not on the clock yet would be kind enough to help me with my search. I found it very RUDE. She doesn't work to serve customers or take pride of being the store employee to give a customer a second of her precious time to stop at least to listen. I found many employees of Walgreens i visited very uncaring. Needless to say I will never again come to this Walgreens. read more

Avoid getting your vaccines here. I just received both the flu and COVID vaccines at this location, and the pharmacist clearly lacked proper technique. He jabbed the needle into my arm so forcefully that it caused bleeding and then handed me a tissue to clean it up myself. That's completely unacceptable and unprofessional. As someone currently studying to be a nurse, I can confidently say this is not how vaccines should be administered. Very disappointed with the level of care. read more

I came here to look for a manual blood pressure monitor. I was glad they do have it. It is in a locked glass display and so I have to call an assistant. And he came right away. That was cool!! I came in her just for a quick drink pickup. I wasn't in the location for that long, but it was long enough to see that they had gotten a bit relaxed on the social distancing. Especially in checkout. Maybe I didn't see them, but I didn't see any markers & when people in front of me had mask just barely covering their mouths, with noses exposed, & no employees asking them to fix it, I will admit I got nervous. I just wanted to get in and out as quickly as possible. I would've hoped that a pharmacy of all places would continue to take things like that more seriously, but I guess not. But also, maybe I just came in on an 'off time' and that isn't the norm. But also, because of this, I don't see myself coming back here any time soon to see if it's different. read more

Went to pick up a prescription, after having received notification that it was ready, only to find the pharmacy closed for lunch! The message gave the pharmacy hours but did not indicate that it was closed for lunch, nor is there a sign posted at the pharmacy area or on their website! So frustrating. How easy would it be to post the lunch closure in the medication ready message notification and on their website - or better yet rotate lunches do that pharmacy pick up and drop off is always available! read more

The Pharmacy staff is rude, on two straight occasions I was reminded to pick up a Prescription, both times I was greeted with a rude tech. The first one wearing a mask and I couldn't hear her. She also short changed me my change. I tried to explain basic math to her but the level of her incompetence was too difficult to deal with so I said screw it. Second time different female tech talking so softly I couldn't hear so she then yelled at me which I really didn't mind. She told me she had nothing ready for me, I told her I just got a reminder to pick it up. She Said in a A very sarcastic manner, not this Walgreens but one in Washington. I kindly explained to her that issue should have been resolved the last time I was here a week ago which obviously it wasn't. She smirked and said ok come back in an hour. I said the last time I went thru this it was like 5 minutes. She said again with a smirk, 15 minutes. We have lots of customers. I was the only one there. The staff here is straight from the ghetto. I have to hand it to this Walgreens Pharmacy. I requested a last minute transfer of my medications to be picked up at the Northridge location instead of my usual spot due to a change of where I'd be working, and everything was handled for me within half an hour. I spoke to the pharmacist on the phone who very politely explained everything and I was able to get my medication through the drive-through on my way back home. This Walgreens is in a relatively cleaner plaza in a quaint area in Northridge surrounded by other shops and restaurants. PARKING Plenty available in the plaza read more

Just had the worst encounter with the pharmacy tech SUZY, an elder blonde woman. I had an appointment and insurance, to get my COVID booster. She gave me attitude and accused my insurance of being invalid, even though it was something she did wrong on her part. And on top of that, their customer service at this Walgreens is terrible, multiple customers asking for help, but no workers here available to help them. Going to switch somewhere else, to avoid coming here in the future. read more

I dont know why I keep coming here, oh yeah it's bc its close to my work. But this store is a JOKE! I had my script sent there on 5/27 and the pharmacist said I can pick it up on 6/9. Well 6/9 came and they only had 15 tablets bc their staff GAVE AWAY my medication to someone else! I was told by the pharamicist that they were holding my medication, and there was a miscommunication and it eas give away to someone else. So Monday 6/12 come I am driving to pick up the remainder of my medication only to be called saying I can't pick it up bc something was glitches and to come tom!! Like I have all the time to just change when I can come. I have home health patients schedul3d tom so I have to call, cancel and reschedule them. Is that fair to them bc there eas a glitch? If your staff DID NOT GIVE AWAY my medication I wouldn't be writing this and wouldn't be calling corporate and wouldn't be rescheduling my patients! What a JOKE..then then say I understand. This Statement is just a cop-out for inscrewed up!! Don't waste your time coming here for the pharmacy. I just had my 2nd booster shot from this facility. Marina the pharmacist had an undivided attention and I got the shot immediately from my appointment. What a perfect experience! Upon arrival I was greeted by the associates as soon as I walked through their doors which was nice! When I stopped by yesterday, I was helped by an associate by the name of Gage who helped me through my transaction by not only retrieving my order, but also taking an extra step in locating my item on the sales floor so I wouldn't have to scout on my own! Needless to say, this location had the product I needed (which works wonders by the way, highly recommend). Gage also introduced other products from their line that I am excited to try next. This review is for the pharmacy. While talking at the counter, I witnessed someone filing prescriptions drop a bottle cap on the floor. Another person walked by, picked up the cap and tossed it back into the cap bin!! When I saw that, I brought it to their attention and the person that threw the cap said she threw it into the trash. After I said that I saw where she threw it, another said that they will throw away the caps and replace them. So, that makes me wonder, how many contaminated caps or bottles that are in use at this Walgreens. A healthcare facility for healing has the potential of making you sick!! I will not do any of my prescription refills here anymore!! read more

I had to go to urgent care due to back pain. The dr prescribed medication. The Pharmacist - Saghar helped me. They were out of the prescribed medication. Saghar called the dr's office and got the dr to prescribed an alternative medication. She made sure I got the medication since it was a holiday weekend - so I wouldn't need to wait until Tuesday Saghar was helpful and so pleasant - even though there were a lot of other customers read more

The staff here were unhelpful, uncaring, and made a long work day worse by refusing to take several FedEx packages. Thomas said the assistant manager of this store has given directions to the staff to refuse FedEx shipments, so I encourage everyone to avoid this store and to consider the CVS across the street next to Starbucks. read more

I came here to get some Prilosec pills ( yes I get heartburns hehe) but it's locked in a box. So there is a button where you push to get someone to come to unlock the box. I seriously stood there like an idiot for ten minutes with another lady who also needed some help. The overhead system repeated made an announcement, " customer service in antacid aisle!" but no one came! Finally some dude comes out of the pharmacy and he's like, " wait I'll be with you". And at that point I'm like wthell is the point. The other lady that also needed help went up to the register to ask for help and she said, " ok I'll call for help". Which at that point, the lady made the same announcement the overhead system made. No wonder Walgreens are failing! Poor customer service! I'll use my money somewhere else! read more

I've been going to this pharmacy for years now , I just moved and I drive an extra 10 miles to go here, the entire pharmacy staff has top notch customer service so much so that I'm writing a review... when ever I go they know my name and welcome me with a smile , there extremely fast and just all around pleasant... I couldn't imagine going anywhere else..before finding this gem I found it sometimes impossible to get anything done , this staff always goes out of its way to fix the problem ... a couple weeks ago they had run out of a specific medication that I needed, they found another pharmacy that had it and it wasn't even at Walgreens they spoke to the other pharmacist and got it done without even asking ... this is the "cheers" of pharmacy's...great job guys and thanks a bunch for your years of service! read more

Uhhhhh ohhhhhh...CVS has some competition! I go for the specials. They have a rewards program just like most stores and CVS. Ok, so I went today for the special on cereal, General MIlls cereals on sale for $1.75 each, bought three and had another 2 manufacture coupons...When it was all said and done, I paid $1.10 a box! And the way my kid eats cereal, can you say SCORE!! Also had Lindt truffles, 5.1 oz bag on sale for 2 for $7.00 (reg $4.99 ea) , with my 2 manufacture coupons, I paid $1.00 each! They also have the little hand held baskets but they have wheels so you just pull it along with you instead of using a cart, LOVE IT!! read more

Not sure who it is but the pharmacist that has an annoyed voice never seems to treat the patients with respect. Called to check my prescription status, she asked why I didn't check. I had to call because there was a problem since they didn't have my prescription in stock. She then replied annoyed we ordered it. Yes I know you ordered it but the other pharmacist told me they need to check if it came. If you don't care about the patients why do you work?
