Never have I ever been to a Cosmo Prof with such rudeness. The woman was unwilling to answer any questions, condescending, never smiled and when I said to her "sorry I'm used to staff at Cosmo Prof being so helpful and answering questions" she snapped back that we were rude for coming in 15 min before close. So I said "wow that's why you are being passive aggressive. You are mad about that! Sorry we came in!" And then this interaction triggered a whole thing between my friend and I and our evening is now ruined. Long story short - wish I did not step foot in this shop today. read more

This place is always Clean and organized they practice covid 19 protocol The staff is wonderful very helpful and knowledgeable , every time I walk in that store. They always welcome me with smile and hellos. I sadly don't know they ladies name but I would say all of them are wonderful. They always helping me out with my questions and no concerns Great costumer service. I love how organized and easy to find everything u are looking for. I was in today and they are amazing! Dianna was the one who helped me and she was great. I was a little difficult bc I had a complicated purchase. Even though I was difficult, she was still extremely patient and amazing. Also, the stores big they have a huge selection. It's super cute. They are very stocked up. Been coming here forever with my mom. They just remodeled this whole complex and looks like the store got a makeover too. Woodland Hills/Calabasas -- just really trying to keep stepping it up! This store is for licensed cosmetologists only, so keep that in mind that you can't shop here unless you got your license. I THINK you can be a cosmetology student too, but I would double check on that. They sell a bunch of colors here and shampoos, some products, clippers, makeup... Usually, employees are pretty helpful too. Plenty of parking in the complex. read more

I was really frustrated trying to check out today. The cashier felt it was more important to chat with a friend on her cell phone than to greet me, ask if I found everything or even pay much attention. Very obvious a personal call. She stayed on the phone the entire time. I don't expect hand holding but yikes, put down the damn phone. read more

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE MANAGER DAFNE!!!! Had purchased over $400 worth of hair care from this store, and I have been treated terribly by the manager DAFNE! Was standing in line with my mother and her best friend, we were cashing out of the register and the manager DAFNE, asked who is the card holder, and my mom said "I am", then she asked my mother's best friend and I to leave the store with attitude! my mother replied "okay mam, just one second, let me get my bags and my card out" afterwards, DAFNE started acting terribly rude and yelled "GET OUT OF MY STORE, I HAVE PEOPLE THAT ARE TRYING TO GET IN", but to be honest, there was just one man waiting outside, my mom then said "Mam you don't have to be rude" but this woman did not care AT ALL. And literally forced us to get out of her store, yelling with a loud tone and rudely afterwards chasing us out of the store CUSSING at us, and saying that she's been acting fine when really that's not the case! ABSOLUTELY EMBARRASSING! I've been living here in America for around 20 years, and it's shocking for me to see this! I think this is racial discrimination even! I am a nice European woman who over 20 years have been shopping at this company, and I don't deserve to be treated like this. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! IM VERY UPSET!!!! I came in 2 days in a row. The manager Dafne, assistant Mackenzie, and Miranda were so awesome and helpful. I was in the store for over an hour both times and they are very patient and give helpful advice. Have to mention that their store looked amazing and they managed to help all other customers while helping me too. You can tell they love their jobs. I don't even know where to begin, Been a hairstylist for over 30 years been coming to Cosmoprof for about 20 years always been in the Woodland Hills area, Cosmoprof Woodland Hills was amazing Lily was a manager the girls were so good on point never had a wait in line for long.They always had all the information on the new products,it was so wonderful to go and visit with these girls. NOW!!! OH my goodness!! Horrible service! Two Girls behind the counter... Saturday morning,line of about 10 hairstylist in a hurry to work,probably late for their appointments I know I was! One young girl just acts like,it like it's not a big deal to have 10 people waiting in line. The look on her face and her little smirks like you just have to wait! So unprofessional it was always a joy to go to Cosmoprof Woodland Hills I will never go back ever again I'm gonna write corporate and tell them what's going on with her Woodland Hills store! There is zero signage from the street stating where the store is located. The valley is the land of minimalls and signs are the best way to let your customers know where your store is. I drove for ten minutes in circles trying to figure out where it was. Luckily the nice girl who answered the phone gave me the heads up. Store was clean, nice employees. Staff is very rude at the Woodland Hills location. Very snobby. Their instagram said they were open till 4 during quarantine and i showed up and called to find out about store hours and if they were open and a girl came to the door and said they were closed and shut the door in my face. Ok so my first time coming to this location, I loved it because its close to where I live. So I don't do color as much but know the basics. I Bought product based on a cashiers advised. Boy was she wrong as hell!! My friends hair was pumpkin orange!!! Not to mention my new extensions were a blood orange color! :( I had to go back and get the solutions to fix this fast. We were there for an hour trying to figure out what happened. So this other woman who worked was amazing helping me get the right product to correct the mess. After we got the right products and fixed it her hair and my extensions were saved!!! I am still happy with the business due to the customer service they were professional and nice. So I continue to shop here for that reason. read more

I purchased several and on Sunday (10/14/2018) ,but it came out that the product was expired and very old. Had to redo 2 of clients' coloring with another product.
