All this negative reviews about this location are so untrue people here are so welcoming and always with a smile , maybe you should change the way you ask for products , and take the stick out of your ass , i come here very often and they always treat me like a king always answering any questions I have of any product , they always willing to help, but you have to be patient , because your not the only one In the store , as a hair dresser you all know you have that costumer that you want to kill or you just having a bad day , come on people be more nice about it since you are in this business too , lili and jennifer and now Clif are the most sweet and helpful people In the store , been coming here for 5 years since I open my shop and in 5 years I have never ever experience bad service from them I think is because i never leave things that I need for last minute , make time to go shopping here , don't blame it on other people couse you running late and you having a bad day, is your fault for not taking the time to buy your products in time, I seen it all here when clients are the ones being rude trying to exchange something after 60 days really? Oh and with out a receipt as you know what the policy is one time this client want it to return something half way empty obviously they refuse to take it back couse it was half way empty , you know when you don't like something when you first try it not when the bottle is half way empty , so this lady was screaming all this words to them guess what , all they said was sorry we can't help you , over all i could write so many stuff I seen from client to the employees but the list is to long , be patient leave your house on time , or get your stuff a day before get a life and stop blaming other people for your bad day , lily you rock , jenn you my girl , Clif you are funny and so helpful I like the fact that you are tall so you could reach for my products when I can't lol love you all and stop the hate live love and smile this store rocksthe hartes lol suck some lol read more
