When will it stop? A simple threading use to be $9 then 10$ and now it's $12. so i have a few things to say about this place. first off the staff is very rude with costumers. very unprofessional i would say. second, they did my eyebrows the way they wanted and now they look horrible. not even close to my hair/skin color. when they told me it would match me. and they rush while doing my eyebrows. didn't even take 1 hour doing them.. i went to go complain and they told me they did mess my eyebrows up and they were sorry. but nothing could be done anymore. they must of been having a bad day when i had my appointment for them to do this to me.. so now i'm stuck with thick dark eyebrows for months. no ratings. i do not recommend this place!!! read more

This was the worst nail salon experience I've had in my life. I almost walked out mid-manicure in tears, but I felt I had no choice but to let the manicurist try to fix what she started. I came in for a gel manicure. I was told it would be a 30 minute wait--I waited. I came back, was sat down at a station where I waited another 25 minutes. Once I was finally greeted by the manicurist (she did not give her name), I told her not to do my right middle finger as my natural nail broke off this morning and was very sore. She insisted that it would be fine so I told her I'd show her the damage (it broke off of my skin by the way). She insisted that she do that nail so I said okay and asked her to be gentle. Throughout the manicure she was rough, filed my skin on that nail bed, and bumped my open wound repeatedly. I asked her to be careful each time and she gave the employee next to her a rude look. If that wasn't bad enough, the nail on my left middle finger was cracked so she decided (without asking me) to place acrylic on my natural nail--I never use acrylic because I keep my nails naturally long and acrylic ruins the health of your nails. I noticed that she applied it very sloppily, but thought 'she will fix it.' Ten minutes went by and she had not addressed the sloppy acrylic overlay on my nail. The acrylic became hardened and was way over the sides in my nail bed to the point that it was thick and clumpy looking and feeling. When I finally asked if she was going to fix that, she began to file the side of the nail, piercing my skin while doing so. I jerked my hand back (like I did several times during this manicure because she was very rough and careless), but she kept at it until she sliced the left side of that finger. I shouted and then she realized what she was doing. My finger was bleeding. After continuing with the other fingers, I had to remind her that the file was sharp and it hurt. Another 10 minutes went by and she didn't even bother to disinfect my bleeding finger or even put water on it. Then she attempted to file the other side of that same finger which resulted in the OTHER SIDE OF MY FINGER BEING SLICED. Now, both sides of my finger are bleeding and she just kept pressing on my nail. The pain was so intense that my eyes swelled up with tears. She waited another 5 minutes before putting my hand in water--I really hope I don't get an infection for her unsanitary work. I will be taking legal action if that happens. I left with my left middle finger looking fat and deformed because of the incorrectly done acrylic overlay and with my finger throbbing in pain. This is also not the first time I've been cut by an "artist" here. I've had a different person every time for pedicures and manicures and get nicked every single time. This was just the most severe experience. I did not tip, nor will I be back to this salon for nail service. I encourage management to reevaluate the quality and safety of their current staff members' work as well as reconsider who they are hiring to perform delicate work on their clientele. I also highly discourage anyone from subjecting themselves to an hour of torture by getting their nails done at this place. read more

I have gone to this place 4 or 5 times to have my eyebrows threaded. The 4th time I went I noticed after leaving that not all of the stray hairs were gone and that I had little cuts on my skin. I gave this place another try 3 days ago and noticed there were stray hairs while I was still there, the woman did get all of the hair I asked her too, but the next day I noticed that there were more cuts. Everyone is nice but they do not take their time to do a good job. There was no one else getting their eyebrows threaded and there was no line. I will not be going there again. read more

Went here today for a bikini wax and i was very much grossed out. The table in the room was full of hair. Ugh! It old the waxer and all she did was move the wax paper over them. Ok...I'm officially grossed out. You'd think because it's in the mall they'll hold themselves to a higher quality/standard. Nope! Not they aren't bothered. Definitely wasn't worth $45. I continued my service despite their unsanitary conditions because it was a last minute emergency situation. However, I would not be utilizing their services again and I don't recommend this place for body waxing. Note to business owner: clean/change your covers after every wax! I went there last night for my eyebrows to be waxed. I have thin brows so I drive out there because they do a wonderful job with working with what I have. I usually lay back in the chair and they politely and professionally go to work I am always satisfied until last night. I went to one been serviced from before she sat in the back right corner one of the younger ones. She didn't even have the courtesy to lay my chair back. She put baby powder over my lashes a few quick strips and then rubbed some kind of alcohol product which stung over my eyebrows. She was done in like 5 minutes and then told me I had no brows and that I needed to get a eyebrow tat spent more time pulling up the photo on her phone then she did on my service telling the tat service is $500. I declined looked in the mirror and my brows didn't look much different then when I went in. I was so disappointed and unsatisfied. I had a event to be at so I had to leave but I did return today to show them the messed up work. I was given a new person today who gave the professional and great service I am used to receiving there. I will never let the other one touch me again. read more

I went to the Brow Lash Studio in Carson Mall to get microblading because I thought it was a reputable business I inquired as to who does the microblading, and they told me, Donna. After talking to Donna, she convinced me to get my brows tattooed, and I agreed. I paid $250 for the first tattoo, and they were perfect, but you have to go back after one month pay $50 for the 2nd part of the process. No problem that it was $300 for the entire process. But, when I went back for the second phase of the process is when the nightmare began, and the real Donna showed up. During the second phase, she told me, "I was wasting her time." I didn't say anything because I didn't want her to mess up my brows of which she did. Well, to my dismay, I noticed that one was bigger than the other when she finished. When I pointed it out to her she told me to come back in a month, and she would fix it. I went back after about three months because I tried to find someone else to do it and was told they would have to remove the tattoo and I would be without any brows for approximately one to two months, which I could not do because I am in a professional business. So, I went back to Donna, and she refused to correct the problem. I had a mirror and kept telling her the brow that was smaller than the other one, and she told me, "They are not going to be perfect." Although her brows were perfect! I am still walking around here with two sizes of brows!!! Please do not patronize this business because Donna is rude and acts as if she is doing her customers a favor which she is not. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and taking her to Small Claims Court to recover my money!! read more

This was the worse eyebrow experience I ever had. I've been actually coming here for years since it's convenient. I only go here to get my eyebrows waxed and it is either hit or miss every time. there are some good staff who care about the quality of their work and there are others who could careless and are rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately today I got the worse staff I believe. She is the older and shorter woman by the middle back wall who did my eyebrows and she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She rushed my eyebrows in less than five minutes when the place wasn't even busy but I guess I interrupted her conversation while pressing hard on my head the entire time. And I'm not a complainer unless your service is exceptionally bad. I tried saying something to the front desk person but it was a guy I never seen before and he seemed unconcerned. Hello, thank you for your reply. However, it's not about the type of wax being used. It's how each time a popsicle stick should be used to apply wax on client. Stick should be discarded each time it touches client skin and a new one should be dipped on wax each time. Worker kept on applying wax on same area various times and sometimes hair follicles tend to bleed when worker is not too gentle. Imagine if they are double dipping and someone has a disease? I ended up going to my doctor and yes I do have infection on area and he said pretty much wax was contaminated. It's not an allergy to wax. Business location is good but I believe workers should be trained more professionally and they should use their common sense about not double dipping stick on wax to prevent what happened to me. I am now on antibiotics and with a really bad looking lower back filled with rash looking bumps filled with puss. Please be more mindful. read more
