I used to get my eyebrows threaded years ago and regardless of where I would go or what technician I would select, from time to time, I would get nicked. The skin around my eyes are very sensitive and the constant running of the thread over the surface, or God forbid, skin getting caught in the thread would cause redness or nicks. I eventually gave up an started waxing. A few years ago, my dermatologist put me on an acne regime. Due to the creams, waxing was not advised. I was plucking for awhile then one day took a chance. If I can give this place "0 stars" I would. Giving the benefit of the doubt I decided to give them a try. It was my first time coming in (keep in mind I got my lashes done 10/16/19 around 3 p.m.) and the receptionist was very kind. My technician I believe her name is Vivian or Vicky? Anyway, the process was going fine until my right eye started to water like crazy because the glue got into it. When I tried to tell her I was feeling pain from the lashes poking the corner of my out eye she said "no there's nothing" how are you going to tell me that THERE'S NOTHING if she wasn't the one in pain?! After the services I paid and left. On my way home, I noticed the middle part of my lash extensions started to coming off, I could literally feel them falling off. She said they would last "2 weeks depending on how I take care of them" I didn't think they would start falling apart on the drive home. I did as she said and avoided getting them wet as I did my skin care routine and shower. The next morning I woke up, went about my day, by the time I got home around 3 p.m. I've just about had it. They started falling off completely. ONE DAY and they were completely falling apart. I took them all off. I tried so hard to take them off without having to pull at my actual Lashes. I got my lashes done here for the first time. I was super excited because my friend had brought me here due to her having hers done here. I sat down fairly quickly and the lady got to it. At the end one of my eyes you can see the dots of where the eye lashes were glued on. I thought they appeared nice but then I looked at my friends and hers looked very natural. The only way I could hide those dots were with eye liner. The lashes felt super hard too. They did not feel natural. I got mine done on Friday, by Monday all my lashes had fallen off, and some of my real lashes came off with them. I am so disappointed because they only have a 3 day fixing policy so I was way over it already but its so unfair because you pay your well earned money for it to fall in less than a week. read more

I will not be coming back to this place ever.!!! I don't wear lashes often and I must say that it was quite foolish to keep coming back to the place after so many issues. First of all, I ALWAYS keep my receipt after getting my lashes done because I usually have to return within 2 days due to lashes falling out or coming unglued. I got my lashes done at 8pm June 29th. When I woke up on June 30th half of the right lash was falling (Completely unglued). I did not rub my eyes intensely or get them wet. I returned back to the "studio" approximately 4pm with my receipt in hand and was sent to Vickiy whom I did not want, I just sucked it up. Vicky uses entirely too much glue and her lashes are incredibly sloppy. Anyway..Vicky and the lady ,I think her name was Joanna that did my lashes originally went back and forth across the room in whatever language they speak. The original lady was clearly upset and did not want to accountability for her work. She told Vicky that all she did was refill and I was told there were no guarantees on refills, which it does not say on the receipt!!!! It says you have 3 days!! Horrible customer service. Vicky told me that all she could do was glue it down, if she fixed it I would have to pay. I address the receptionist who did not tell me initially that were was no "warranty" on refills even though she had my receipt in hand and was looking at it. She then echoed what Vicky said. I allowed Vicky to glue the lashes back down and of course she got glue in my eye. When I tried to tell her, she denied it. She had glue all on my eyelid and when I asked her to remove the clump of glue, she said she couldn't. now about 7 hrs later,,the lashes are becoming unglued AGAIN. When I refilled my lashes, the ones on my right eye were secure. The tech never once recommended me to replace them. If they recommended a new set, I would have allowed them to do that. Then to turn around and not "fix lashes" that were less than 24 hours old Is poor business practice and I will be sure to tell people not to support this business. As I was leaving another lady was coming back who came the day before and her lashes her falling out. Please save your money and go to a REAL lash studio. This is nothing but glorified nail salon lashes where they try to get you in and out as quickly as possible. read more

Worst receptionist in the world! I normally wouldn't stop at another eyebrow place but I said why not I'll give it a try. She seemed nice when I took the service the lady made a little error on my eye but something I could fill in with pencil no big deal. Anyways once it was time to pay it was $20 min for card they should warn you verbally instead of pointing to a little sign u wouldn't even see. Then extremely rude she goes there's the ATM! Not even apologies just like there's the ATM go get cash. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME HERE. NOR DO I RECOMMEND IT! I got my eyebrows threaded here - as a last minute choice it wasn't bad. But I wouldn't change this for my usual spot. If customer service is important to you, stay away! What's the point of a receptionist if she's just gonna sit there with her miserable expression? Is it the cake on her face that isn't allowing her to smile? There was no greeting, she just stared when I walked in. She mumbled to me that they only accept cash, to use card they have a 20 dollar minimum. I didn't hear her well so when I asked "how much?" She just miserably pointed at a sign. The lady who did my eyebrows (whose name I chose not to learn) only exchanged about 2 words with me through out the entire process. Do these people not know how to communicate? Once I was done and ready to pay - back with the joyous receptionist - I handed her my cash and she put my change on the counter without saying a word. This place used to be a 4star but now if I have to give them a star...only 1. They definitely do not treat you with respect. Last week when it was pouring rain. I went to get my lashes done by Tyfanny... i went on my lunch time. Well , Tyfanny was working on someone & there was another lady "Catherine" there. I was going to be sent with her but I said "no". Tyfanny just looked at Catherine & made a face. I'm the consumer, I should have a choice. I said no because I had already had my lashes done by Catherine, she is new. My lashes looked great but literally in a few hours they were falling off! I asked how long it would take for Tiffany and they told me 20 min..so I waited...waited...45 minutes later. I asked Tyffany how much longer & she said 20-40 minutes more. I left. I'm sure she did that on purpose because I didn't go with her friend! It does not take 1 1/2 hours to put lashes! So I gave them a try again this past Thursday...yes, with Tiffany. My inner corner lashes were falling off the next day but due to work I went today. Oh, also when she put them on I asked for full($35) & she said she would put natural ($30) because it was better for me. Well she charged me $35 (I let it go plus gave her a tip!) so today I go to have my inner left eye lashes glued back on... She looks at receipt...goes to this other lady & starts talking her language. Then comes back I say what's the problem. She said "nothing." Then she pull lashes from my RIGHT eye (there was nothing wrong with my right eye) then she says who did your lashes? I told her "You did!" Long story short... that was her fix ...she pulled lashes from my right eye so it would match my left eye where they had fallen OFF! I asked for my receipt back...and she said "No" I said why? It's mine. She said because it's 3 days. I said , I don't care it mine give it to me. She ignored me, kept looking at her paper I just stood there. They do not know how to handle being busy. The receptionist doesn't know how to properly do her job. She was constantly running in and out and she would forget who had gotten their first and what they were going to get done. Donna is AMAZING(lashes) but I have to review this place as a whole. They lack consistency here - - if you don't go to a particular person you're liable to end up with a result that isn't...the most flattering. Someone I didn't know did my brows and lashes and I wanted to cry - - my brows were awful; they were so bad even men asked what happened and men notice nothing! My brows were misshapen and uneven. I usually do them myself for this very reason but since I was already there for lashes I thought I might as well. The lashes were even worse. You could easily tell they were false lashes and I don't have that problem with Donna at all. The lashes weren't placed properly so they poked me in the eyes and they came off in bunches, along with my natural lashes(nightmare). Donna is the only reason I gave 3 stars. read more

let's start this by saying: YOU'RE BETTER OFF DOING YOUR LASHES YOURSELF!!! I should've checked the reviews before going because this place is not the place you should be trusting with your lashes. The ladies are sweet, but they are NOT good w lash extensions. I also don't wanna discredit them bc My brows came out good. Initially, I asked for individual lashes and she showed me a picture of what they would look like and I said ok, perfect- they looked great. In the end, after getting poked in the eye multiple times & getting my eyes glued shut... I was finally able to see the results anddd... they were bad. Not curly, were literally so straight (I had to curl them at home bc they were literally covering my eyes) oh and I got CLUSTERS. Even though I specifically asked for individual & paid $100 for individuals I got clusters. But I didn't say anything, gave her the tip and left unhappy. On Saturday I gave them a call and told them about my concerns and they said ok, come in and we will fix them. I went in when I was available and my experience was much worse. For one, this was a different lady, she started to pull out my other lashes... I immediately told her to stop. She continued to "fix" them and at the end I thought okay they might be better because she said "I'll fix them, come to me next time" . At the end, I was trying to open my eyes to see the ending, and my eyes were completely shut. She continued to PULL MY EYES so that they wouldn't be stuck. THAT WAS SO PAINFUL. I literally told her to stop. Eventually she got the memo and started to use her equipment to fix it. Once I opened my eyes, I felt all the lashes poking my eyeballs- she had glued them ON the waterline. So every time I'd open my eyes they'd hurt. I told her The issue and instead she wanted to ADD more because on my left lashes, a few had already fallen off. She rushes into putting tape on my eyes and I was literally begging her to let me go, "no it's okay! Just leave them like that!" And she kept pushing me back on the chair saying she'll "fix them". I wanted to leave, f* my $100 I was in pain! In the end, she glued on more & I left. I had to move my lashes around in order for them to not poke my eyeball. The day after, still poking me. And I just wanted to get them off. They instantly fell off, which was good for me but that's overall bad... lashes shouldn't last a day. Anyway, -100 on the lash service. If I had more evidence of this happening other than the after math pictures, I'd pursuit legal action. I've never written a review before and all I can say is that this was worth writing. read more

ouch, and ouch! I walked in on September 25th for an eyebrow wax,I was instructed to Anna T #007. As she was waxing I said "ouch:" several times. I asked her why does it hurt? I never had a wax that is painful. By the following day I notice my eyelids, just underneath the brow was darken/burned form the wax. By Thursday I was off work so I made a trip to the studio to complaint. My issue is Anna knew she burned me, so why couldn't she be a compassionate, honest staff member and just tell me she burned my skin. I could have applied Aloe Vera gel as soon as I arrived home. For 5 days my eyelids were burning. The manager refunded me $9.00 and told me to purchase some Vitamin E. Isn't this something they should supply. I also had to purchase some MAC concealer. These folks are inconsiderate, unprofessional they're only interest is about the dollars, not the health of the client. I had plan to get the permanent eyebrow service on the next visit. Now I will never return to this place. they don't think they have a responsibility to the client. BTW te $9.00 refund didn't put me back whole. BTW for any other burn victims: My Dermatologist told me to apply cold milk to cool the pain from the burning, So I had to stay at home with a cotton ball soaked in cool milk on my eye. I paid $120 for mink lashes. These are not mink lashes. They are Itching and scratching my eyeball and this is the very reason i pay the extra money because I can't do synthetic lashes. PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ! If you want lash extensions that look and feel like cheap, uncomfortable false lashes then this is the place for you. I gave this place a try after I grew desperate because my usual lash lady was out of town. It was my mistake for assuming they did INDIVIDUAL lash extensions, like what I normally get, but nevertheless, as a certified lash technician myself, their process of applying their type of lash extensions was horrifying. 1. They did not protect my bottom lashes by covering it with an eye patch or tape, which is the correct procedure. Surely enough my lower lashes stuck to my top ones, and she simply PULLED IT APART. 2. Due to safety reasons, clients are to remain with their eyes FULLY closed until the end of the lash extension process. The lady kept forcing my eye OPEN with her finger while she worked. This led to a sensation of STINGING in my eyes. 3. The amount of glue the lady used was extremely EXCESSIVE. It took three times the amount of glue remover to remove my extensions compared to when I remove lash extensions for my clients. There is nothing wrong with the type of lash extensions they use but their carelessness labels a bad reputation for eyelash extensions as a whole, especially when INDIVIDUAL eyelash extensions are 100% more safe and comfortable in comparison. read more

I had my lashes done and everyone was complementing them, a week later the inner corner started falling off. Came back to get them touched up, they charged me 15 dollars and the lady who did it, did one thin layer of just the long lashes, she didn't glue them properly and all the lashes weren't lined up. 3 hours later the lashes she applied in my inner corner that I intentionally came to get touched up started falling off again! I called to inform them and asked if they can do it again since I paid 15 dollars for it to get fixed and for it to fall right off again within just a few hours, they told me no and if I want to get them fixed I will be charged again for it since it wasn't a new set that was done on me but just a touch up. I had an allergic reaction to eyelash extensions so I went back on the third day to remove them. The same lady who put them on - ripped mine out purposely. No patience at all to let the solution settle in to soften lashes out. Instead started pulling them out with tweezers. Ouch!!! I had to ask her to stop. Once I opened my eyes I was told by another customer that was in front of me watching everything that the lady which I didn't get the name of was yanking my own lashes out. The management here is less than unsatisfactory. I came in for eye lash extensions surprisingly they were able to see me right away. I was a little skeptical at first but once the lady showed me photos on her phone of previously done lash extensions I felt comfortable in letting her work on my eyes. Fast forward two hours later, my lashes were all glued together. 1 day later swollen. I had to go get them removed elsewhere out of fear that I'd go blind. When I returned they wouldn't give me my money back since I didn't have them remove the lashes for me. Why would I let a place remove my lashes when they did such a terrible dangerous job on me? I should've known from the price point that this was no good. My lashes were glued within the new lashes and instead of being placed individually and on top of my original lashes, my lash extension was glued as one! You couldn't even comb through the lashes because they were glued together. I hated it so much that I went to another salon to have them taken off the same day. I was very disappointed when I left the studio. There is lash adhesive still on my lid. Looks very unnatural and overall I bad experience. I got my lashes done here bc of the affordable prices, but you really do get what you pay for. The lashes are very stiff & almost plastic like & extremely uncomfortable. After a couple of days the lashes began to fall out & since they have a three day policy I went back to get a touch up & the ladies were very rude about it. The receptionists were very understanding but the ladies that do the lashes themselves are rude and need to learn how to communicate with their clientele to improve the whole experience!
