I used to frequent here a lot until a few months ago the nice lady that always did my brows wasn't available so someone else did it and it didn't turn out well. My brows looked lopsided. I've been scarred so haven't been back in a minute until recently I decided to give it another try and my og brow lady was there I think her name is Lisa she's really friendly and always shapes my brows just the way I like it! If you go here I recommend asking for her because the other lady that did it made it way too thin and didn't really talk to me. read more

This location doesn't give great customer service... First the lady who does my eye brows Deanica is Never at work.. I have to call to see if she is available.. plus I had been calling for 2 weeks to see if she was at work and the lady on the phone kept stating "she not here today" then I finally went up to the shop and then I asked does Deanica work here any more then I was told she on vacation for a month.. Ask for Salma to get your brows done. I was looking for a new place to get my eyebrows done after the regular place I went to left them too thin and seemed to rush me out the chair. So I decided to give this place a try. Once I sat in the chair the girl doing my eyebrows address what kind of style I wanted which I've never been asked before & if it was possible with the current shape of my eyebrows. She took her time with me and didn't seem like she was in a rush to get customers in and out the chair to get money. That really shows that she enjoys what she does and cares for the clients. They did a good job on my eyebrows but they should really let customers know their policy on paying for transactions prior to sitting them for services. Most people I know don't carry cash and they have a minimum $20 to use card. My eyebrows only cost $8. So I had to use the ATM to get cash out which cost me an additional $3 just to pay. For this reason I won't be coming back. An establishment that doesn't accept cards or charges to use cards for what I need is not for me. read more

Hello, i don't like to write bad reviews but today calls for one. So I walk in for the brow and upper lip threading special. The receptionist is great she points me over to the lady Danica T#006 . She barely greets me , I'm making small talk she doesn't say much which is fine she is not obligated to speak with me.Your business is based on customer service . So she finishes my brows , great now to my upper lip . Danica is so freaking rough I'm like damn I'm sure she could tell by my face expression. So she's done she's now putting the aloe Vera gel on with a tissue not a cotton ball and rough as hell. Mind you she hit me in the head twice . I said you keep hitting me in the head she says Oh ... sorry. And proceeds to rub her BARE hands on my face .... WHAT ARE YOU DOING? I'm not getting a facial you don't need to touch my face. I just took the tissue out her hand cause she was rough and i walked away and paid. I'm very patient with people but when it comes to something like this i don't appreciate it. It's not like i was rude or standoffish . Too bad she did a good job on my eyebrows at least . On to the next location. read more

I've been coming to Somita for months now and she is always friendly and accurate. Wouldn't see anyone else for eyebrow threading!

I have been going here for years to get my eyebrows done, and my brow lady, Donna, always does a great job with my brows. HOWEVER, this time I went in to get lash extensions. I get in the chair and Donna installs the lash extensions, and so far, they were looking good. However, once she was done and I looked in the mirror, there was a thick lash that was clumped together with all the other ones, so I asked her to separate it. After trying to flare them out with tweezers, she tells me "It's fine honey. That's just your lashes." And i'm like NO IT'S NOT. The lash that was clumped together was an extension and it wasn't coming off because it was glued to other lashes by mistake. I tell her it's not coming off and she needs to remove it. Then, at this moment, Donna proceeds to RIP OFF THE LASH EXTENSION, ALONG WITH MY LASHES!!!!! It was painful and i'm like what the HELL?????? But I didn't want to cause a scene (although I defintely SHOULD HAVE). I tell her to put some solution on it to break up the lashes and glue, she still PROCEEDS to rip them out!!! I tell her again and make it clear to use the lash remover solution. She uses it, but is pulling on my lashes when they're not ready to be removed because the solution hasn't even soaked in! She continues to pull and pull and PULL, and at that point, I was just over it. I told her to remove ALL of the lash extensions. She begins the removal process, and it was SO. PAINFUL. I am literally reaching for her hand to stop and keep telling her OW DONNA THAT HURTS BAD. And i'm sure she was rushing because there was another lady waiting after me to see her. At this point, she tells me to rinse my eyes with cold water and while I'm doing that, I notice that she didn't even get all of the glue out. So i had to go to another lady to remove it. I'm so pissed and really disappointed that I was treated this way ESPECIALLY since I always tip her well and I've been a loyal customer. You don't rip someone's eyelashes out just because you want to get to the next customer. RIDICULOUS. Never going back. HORRIBLE experience. Also, she didn't even fully remove the lash glue from my lashes!!! Don't bother wasting your money here. read more

I love this place! It was first time getting my eyebrows threaded and I got Bhavna, she is amazing and I will definitely look for her every time I get my brows done. When I told her it was my first time she completely understood my nervousness from hearing horror stories. So she did a small section to give me an idea of how it felt. I normally go here for eyebrow threading and my experience is good depending on who is performing the service. However I went yesterday for eyebrow tinting and explained several times I didn't want it too dark or thick. When she finished I looked like a clown! I asked her to lighten the dye she told me to go home and use cotton balls. I was so self conscious I couldn't walk the rest of the mall like I wanted to. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. My experience was horrible to say the least. "Kim" an older lady pulled bottom lashes on both eyes because they accidentally got glued to the top lash she had just put on. She did not clean the lashes before she started flying away and used my forehead as a "surgical tray". After the experience I paid and even still tipped her. The very next day half of them had fallen off. I cam back when I had time two days later; since we all know finding the time to get our lashes, hair, nails is a struggle in itself... Kim was not there but another lady said it was cause my eye was "irritated" and said she could fix it but that I would be charged ten dollars. Not that 10$ is a ton of money but it's the moral. Manage your business with pride and fix your mistakes not at the clients cost! I understand the maintenance needed for false lashes ive been getting them for years now. And only came here cause I'd thought I would save a few bucks. Don't do it! It's not worth it! read more
