So rude, kept cutting me off as I said I wanted to keep my thick eyebrows with an arch, she said my eyebrows are straight and I should get them cleaned. I had incredibly thick eyebrows. I've been coming here ever since they opened & haven't gone elsewhere. Both ladies/girls who work here do an excellent job. It tends to get packed on Fridays but it's definitely worth the wait. They will not disappoint you, they take their time to get your eyebrows to look the way you want them too & accept the feedback you give them if you want them to make them thinner, just get them cleaned, shape them a little more, etc. Very friendly & welcoming. I love how they always offer to put you lotion & give you a mini massage on your eyebrows & temples. Amazing! Also very clean. They've made updates to the location so it definitely looks more bright & nice in here. read more

My aunt recommended this place about 2 years ago (i think) and its my favorite place to do my eyebrows. I don't have a lot of eyebrow but they know how to make them look the thickest with the little amount i have. have been a regular here for I'd say 6 months. the owner herself is very polite & knows what she's doing. I came to her in reference by my cousin, who also left in disappoint (should've listened). in order to keep your customers you don't let your untrained employees utilize them to train. it seemed as if she had no type of experience and was just starting off and I also wasn't asked to be a training canvas. went in today, the owner knows who I am since I do come in about 2 times a month. not only was the new employee so rough but my face was getting pushed left and right. not to mention the process took 10 minutes. now im left with 2 uneven eyebrows and a "gap". unfortunately i will have to find a new threading salon. read more
