This place is good but not not when there is a lot of people waiting to get their nails done. I was there last week and did my nails with HENRY. I showed him my inspo picture. I understand that it will not come out exactly the same, but I did request for those specific colors. This man decided to change my whole design and color although I told him it was the wrong color at the time he was painting them. I didn't want to argue, i paid $71 for short almond nails with white French tip and stickers... something I did not request. To top it off, he did not do the French tip right, there was a lot of uneven edges. My daughter wanted her toes painted with gel and decided to add a design to her big toes . The ladies ended up doing the whole 9 yards even after my daughter stating only gel paint . After my daughter spoke up telling them that's not what she wanted they caught attitude as if she was in the wrong . I came here to this place to get lashes and yes when I got them they looked nice but when a big cluster came off I decided to go back to same place to take them off so when I finally got them off I was so in shock to see that my lashes were all gone. Ive been coming here for a while and I always get my nails which are super short , natural nail lenght. For $25. I usually get the white nail tip instead of the clear one it gives a frenchie vibe w out the long ass drawing time. So i went today and before I went I called to ask if it was still $25 bc I havent been there since December, the lady said yes I asked her if the white tip is extra charge she said no so I went and when I sat down they tried charging $50 ! When i ask them why is it an extra $25 charge she saying bc the french tip is extra but theyre not doing anything different to them if I was to get a one color polish. I've been coming here for years!!! Tyson is my go to, today i called and asked for him since he wasnt there i requested tammy, i got there and it wasn't busy she could of easily have done my nails. But no some other girl try to step up to the plate. I asked for coffin shape and 2 marble nails. You would think easy, done deal. She attempted to do marble by drawing lines, looking at the picture and trying to imitate it in a very bad way. Before that she was already trying to convince me to change my nail color, than the design she was gonna make a flower and it was like 4 small cornered lines and she was gonna add like a black dot. She said we dont do that marble design here and im clearly showing her i got the design from a picture on their yelp page... like what do you mean? Mind you she was already rushing because it was like 745 and for some reason they go crazy and lazy when she about to get off her shift or something. My nails have lumps, they're not coffin shaped, they look like rectangles and at the end she put some random diamonds on my cuticle, in the most dirty and lumpy way. This looks like a really bad beginners job and then she gets mad because i don't like it? I get it she's trying to do a job but clearly she doesnt have the talent or patience for it. I was willing to pay whatever price just so i could get the nails that i wanted and been waiting to get. It sucks that i had to pay over 50dlls for a crappy job. One word. GHETTO. AVOID THIS NAIL SALON FOR PEDICURES. UNSANITARY. First and last time here. I got the spa pedi. Super cheap, sure, at $15 + tip for a pedicure. BUT, no. My toes look worse than when I came in!! Their chairs are peeling and they do the BARE minimum for cleanliness. THEY WIPE THE TOE NAIL TOOLS WITH A TOWEL, CUSTOMER AFTER CUSTOMER. Not a single drop of disinfectant. REALLY Hoping I don't get toe nail fungus......... No soap or epsom salt in the water. JUST. WARM. WATER. ???? Alright so... The lady who painted my toes didn't do so well either. She messed up the big toe and just covered it up by putting a thick THIRD layer over it, after it already had the top coat on. And guess what..... it hasn't dried (it's been 25 minutes). Surprise, surprise. UPDATE: I'm going to have to remove the nail polish because it got even uglier after 2 hours of being home. Horrible. F Matt I will never spend my money there again. I love how Matt does nails "when he likes to do them" today I caught him on a day when his attitude sucked more than it usually does! He did a complete rush job, sloppy and careless! I've dealt with his attitude because he can do a great job at times but this is like the third time where I felt he did not want to do my nails and just did a rush job to get me out of his chair. Tammy did my eyelashes and toes and I really liked the way they came out ! I had good service here. Only thing I didn't like was how I witnessed two costumers walked out on her and didn't pay !! I felt so bad...she doesn't deserve that after talking to Tammy and getting to know her she told me the #1 thing she cared about was making her costumers happy and she loved seeing the smiles on their faces so I hate to see her get treated like this !! I am officially done with this place. The location was horrible and it very congested! So I made an appointment withTammy for 10am today. I'm here ON TIME and she isn't here. Her hubby Tyson said she isnt gonna make for another 40min to an hour. No sympathy was provide he only ask me "so what do u wanna do?". He obviously didnt care. I do understand stuff happens, but at least apologize. As I'm sitting there trying to calm my nerves a lady doing a pedi pushes a sit against me and it wasn't just a normal push it seemed like she didn't care who she hit!. So I pushed the chair back at her not knowing the chair belong to another customer. I apologize to the customer and she understood and said that the lady shouldn't have pushed her chair like that. At that point I'm feeling that the Gods above is giving me signs to leave! I love love love Tammy but the rudeness of her hubby and the location of the shop was killing me. Not to mention NO ONE THERE does pedi good. They just dip your feet in water, polish, trim and that's it. I will miss Tammy, but its millions of shops....I will just continue to search. read more

I had stopped coming here a While back Bc it can be a little crazy but recently came back. It's been a few months now and I'm still happy. I'm not the pickiest but I like my nails to look good. Sandy has been doing my nails, and she's been doing a good job. I have to say Jessica is the best at pedis! They can get super busy so I avoid weekends and afternoons. I also bring my sister here when she's in town. They just opened a 2nd location two doors down so that should decrease wait time. I went here on 04/14/2021. I got a full set, pedicure and my eyebrows done. Literally by Thursday one of my nails fell off. On my flight, unprovoked I wasn't doing anything but picking a movie. I bought nail glue when I landed and fixed it thinking it was an anomaly but my nails continue to fall off. I think as of 04/18/2021 I have fixed each one of my nails with nail glue. After 5 years of coming here I'm heartbroken to say that I'm done! Twice already I was put with 2 new people to do my nails because my mail lady Angie left . The last 2x these nail ladies have failed me. It's like your paying them for them to tell you what they want . First time incident was the length I wanted The lady made them long and I even showed her a picture that I wanted short nails then she tells me no that long nails with almond shape will look better so she remained to refuse to make my nails any shorter and then when she did she complained and said oh that was a lot of work like well it wasn't my fault you didn't listen in the first place. So they looked terrible where I had to go to another mail shop to get them fixed. Second incident was today where I have posted a picture. One I came in to get a nail fixed and fill. The nail that needed to be fixed and not need to be taken off she clearly just had to put acrylic over the small break but no she took it off so then that was an additional five dollars added to my bill. Nail replaced is the right hand as pictured above short fat nail yeah that's the one. I told her it doesn't look like my left thumb nail and she said because all fingernails are shaped different which I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years and that really have never been to be the case up until today apparently. Not only that it's shorter than my other now moving on they didn't have the color I wanted so I chose another color which she did not mention to me they didn't have as well but decided to use a similar color without telling me until I noticed it was bright red and I told her that's not the same color is and she said oh no we don't have the color you want and I looked at her like Ummmm OK why didn't you tell me so then I chose another color which she was upset about so instead of taking off the wrong color she goes and added on to the one painted already. All in all i think I've had my share off good and well now bad. I hate to go because Tysons my go to but I can't deal with the new people any more. read more

This rating is hard because Pham designed my nails very pretty. I let her freestyle and bling them out. I can say she went overboard on my blinged-out thumbs but I received a lot of compliments and some comments mostly from the older women in my family and mostly regarding this bejeweled thumb. Anyways I hadn't had acrylics since March 2020, and didn't plan on getting them again but I broke and gave in. So, I had fully grown out healthy nails when I got my acrylic application but sadly my nails were on fire the entire time until the acrylic dried. Clearly they use the chemical that is unsafe for human use, I can't remember the name but it's hardware grade liquid used in construction jobs for grout mixing. I still have the nails on but I'm so scared to see what's under the acrylic. I doubt there's fungus because it cannot survive after that chemicals contact but my nails were so healthy. They have many options for designs and encapsulated designs. That's a plus. I told her that I had maybe a $100 budget she freestyled and I left paying $20 over that! Plus $7 for eyebrows. Now on my eyebrows...they're incredibly horrifyingly thin. My left one being thinner than the right because I told her I hated it. I have thick eyebrows why would I be okay with them much thinner than what they were created to be. Waiting patiently for them to grow back. After writing this I can now rate it...and I'm extremely unsatisfied as you can tell. I wish I would've made them just take them off and I left with my money. Please change the chemical it is very painful and unsafe. Even if you have to charge more it's better safe than having poison soaking into the body. read more

Just moved to the area & this was the closest shop with the best reviews. However, it is the worst shop Iv ever been too! Attachment 1 is what I asked for and attachment 2 is what I got. They had the worst attitude, they charged me for powder because it was used under the gel, but had to get gel on top because the lady that did the powder didn't lay it out correctly & I had lighter spots. I asked them to add more powder & the manager said she couldn't because it was to late. On top of that, the lady that was suppose to do the white tip, didn't even know how to do it!!! I called this morning since they said they would give me a discount, I asked to remove the gel & fix the powder how I wanted the first time & she wanted to charge me 20$ LOL!! Wasted my money & time!
