Got my feet and nails done french tip, they were nice and i was short 5 dollars and the worker let me slide, they have good service and do good nails! Definitely will be coming back. Only thing I can say is they are kinda expensive, 60 dollars for shorties.

Do not, do not, do not go here. Its never worth it. I've come here several times because I was in a pinch and needed to go somewhere quick and cheap. But it's never that cheap. The first time I came with a friend a few years ago I got a fill in my acrylic set. The nails quickly lifted and by my next fill somewhere else they found fungus growing. Has never happened to me in almost 10 yrs of regularly getting acrylics done. Since then Ive come a few times but their color selection is so limited and they get huffy with you about color selection. I once came in with a pic of a simple color/design I wanted and the color was so so off I told her I didn't even want the design. She got mad at me. My most recent visit.. the acrylics were a mess and unfinished at the bottoms. I've also noticed they grow out way too quickly (personally, I think they leave them shorter so you have to come back sooner). And no, my nails do not grow "faster than normal". In addition, I witnessed my second fight/outburst in the salon. On to the pedicures, I have to ask them specifically to stop cutting the sides of my nails. I asked for their medium package and I somehow ended up with the most expensive package. Whatever, I let it slide. But whenever I get a gel pedi here they never last.. one of my nails peeled in a week and they last 3-4 weeks elsewhere. In conclusion, not worth it.

Too expensive. When I asked the guy doing my nails how much at the beginning of the session . He totally ignored my questions. Kept on doing his thing . Long story short I ended up paying $85 just for medium acrylic nails . Like waaaahhhhhh they charged my sister $60 for some shorties . Their work is okay . Prices are ridiculous

Overall super sweet lady, Lyn did my nails. I asked for a soak off and everyone said yes but as soon as I sat in Lyns chair she started to rip my old acrylics off. I said ouch and she told me "no ouch it doesn't hurt only the tips" When I asked her if she can do a soak off She said "it takes too long this is faster I can do it" yet took almost 2 hours to finish my set. A part on the middle corner section of my nail on my thumb ripped off and bleed but she put a liquid to help stop the bleeding. Aside from that she did a decent job on the the acrylics and the French tip design. Paid 90 though which is pretty pricey. Also from my observations, beware of the lady in the front desk got hell of an attitude she was talking to some costumers like they had no option either sit down or leave. She is also not good at communicating to the employees. She says one thing they say another.

Not worth it!Paid total of $90 for this plus gel pedicure. They want you to pay before your service is done. I had asked the nail technician for a design I showed her on my fill from ombré nails. All she did was put the design on top of the ombré nails. Looked bad. So when I asked her if she can just paint them all pink, I was getting charged $10 more, when I had already paid for design nails. I told her if I can use those extra $10 as an exchange to plain color nails and she said no because I wasted her time. So I told her then i shouldn't be getting charged until my service is done. Obviously they came with the excuse of saying because they had closed the register early because there boss went home. On top of that, she cut me so many times read more

I needed a pedicure so I was close by and decided to go. The pedicure was simple with no massage and 30 seconds of a hot towel and wax. They charged me $65 dollars. This was not a $65 dollar pedi. Was done in 30 minutes. Didn't even scrub my feet. She also nicked me in three places and put Neosporin. I only paid because if you don't pay they keep your phone. Beware ladies. read more

So I could've waited one more day for my reg place. But I didn't. I was home & I was bored & in need of a pedi. So I decided to give this place a try. Let's just say if you know this area of Compton well the place and atmosphere match the location. (I WAS BORN & RAISED IN COMPTON, SO I KNOW THE DIFFERENCE IN DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE CITY) My nails are a medium coffin with gel paid $35. The nails are "asymmetrical" The length, width & thickness is consistent. They look great. But the man (which I didn't get his name) left a lot of dried acrylic residue on my skin. Even after washing my hands and scrubbing with the towel it didn't come off. I was literally driving & peeling off the residue. My pedicure was done by Linda (i think thats what she wrote on her ticket)She was good. Didn't hurt me. But I have way better "basic" pedicures at my reg spot with hot stones & oil massage for $20. I paid $24 here because I got gel so $14. She let the gel polish gunk up in my cuticle area on literally two toes on each foot. That's of course going to lift. Then she filed the tip of my toe nails after applying the gel. Which my reg place doesn't do. Overall it was an "OK" experience. Would I go back. Maybe if my reg spot & my back ups are closed again . But just for the nails. Not for a pedi. If this is your fave spot. Im entitled to my opinion! This was just my experience. I'm glad you have nothing but great experiences here. If its your first time try it for yourself. Maybe it'll be a better one for you. read more

As soon as I walked in I was immediately started on. Kevin - acrylics, paint and design Helen- pedicure They were both super quick but detailed. I don't live in the area but I'm there frequently and I'm glad to know that I found a place in case of emergencies and I'm out this way. I am completely in love with my nails. The shape, the way the color turned out, the design, pictures seriously don't do it justice. I definitely will come back and ask for them. I'm so glad I went in and gave nails on fleek a try. The prices are reasonable Matte gel paint acrylic with handmade design on two nails + pedicure for no more than $80.00, that's a win! read more

After my 2nd visit to get nails done by Kevin I finally decided to leave a honest review. I was referred to this shop by friends who go frequently and raved about Steven and his work and great prices. Unfortunately I couldn't get Steven because I went on his off days both visits 1 month apart. Instead I was told to get Kevin because his work was good as well. The first visit I showed Kevin what I wanted to be done and even though he did it the complete opposite it was cute so I decided to return again to give him a second try.... Despite my set being somewhat overpriced I figured maybe I'll try something else and see. The second visit I came last Tuesday and was ridiculously overcharged for colored acrylic and a foil stencil !!!! I was never told what the price would be upon showing him what I wanted I see why because he knew he would try to get over on me for pricing again ‍ it took everything in me not to walk out this ghetto ass shop and not pay but I wanted to be fair and pay him what he thought he was worth . He attempted to charge me 80 dollars for a simple set he only put a foil stencil on with glitter acrylic and said he took 10$ off for happy hour. Then to top it off I watched him lie to two clients who wanted appointments and say he was booked until 4 when they had just opened simply because he seemed irritated by their presence which is hella shady. Sucks I didn't just wait a day for Steven cause I feel totally cheated by this shop and I won't return. read more

As the saying goes, "you get what you pay for" I usually spend around $70 on my hands and feet and i decided to try this place because it was much cheaper and had decent reviews but after this experience I will gladly pay the $70+ for better quality and service. read more

My nails are certainly fleeky! I just got them done today & I've gotten so many compliments. Kevin did my nails and I was going to go basic with all black & 2 marble designs but Kevin's suggested with other designs & i trusted him. Well he definitely did a clean awesome job! First off, im so glad I found this place open. I live a block away and was searching for a nail salon near me that was open and I was in luck! They open on the weekends now friday sat and sunday, not sure about their hours. But I loved my nails I got! they have a whole outside station set up only thing that it is pretty crowded and alot of flies but besides that I got great service. MY NAILS ARE DEFINITELY ON FLEEK~ CUSTOMER SERVICE: 5/5. Greeted right when I walked in. Tracy took me to my chair and Steven ended up doing my nails. By far the fastest I've ever done my nails and they turned out amazing! MANICURE: 5/5. Took off my gel nails really quickly and added acrylics to my nails that broke. Asked for a broken glass design with marble as well and Steven killed it! So impressed and happy with my nails. OVERALL: 5/5. Prices were afforadable and service was excellent. Honestly I don't even know what to feel about this place now. I came here last week friday March 22. Today is March 30. I came in this morning because my nails are lifting which only shows how horrible the quality of work that was done on March 22. Anyway an older Asian woman don't know her name but she has horrible tattooed eyebrows proceeded to assist me. Ok ok I thought she was going to assist me and fix my nails. No. All she did was put nail glue. Then after 5 minutes she's like "ok your done" DONE?!?!? hell na. I could have done that at home and not wasted my time coming to Compton from Downey. Now I have to wait for the woman that did my nails last week and I have no idea how long that is going to take. I don't know if I'd be able to Come back here read more

Updating my previous review. The quality of service is pretty decent but the fact that most of the techs don't take appointments is becoming increasingly problematic. Nobody wants to sit in a nail shop all day because they can't make an appointment. It's super disrespectful to those of us who have jobs and other stuff to do with our time. There's also not a list so you never really know how many people are in front of you. This has gotten ridiculous. read more

It's very expensive here. Lorena does such an amazing job overall. She's the only reason why I always come back. The ladies at the front desk are so rude. They make you write your name down and phone number and have you sit in your car but they will NEVER call you so you will loose your spot if you leave the place. There has been 5 occasions where I write my name down and the lady never calls me, so when i call her to check up on my spot, she's rude about it and tell me there's other people waiting at the shop. Like thats why there's a waiting list for you to go in order. I honestly hate this place because theyre so unorganized, I've been a loyal customer since 2017 but its time for a better place! read more

I was really surprised by this place and I will definitely be back . What I like most is the atmosphere and there were so many young ,millennials working here . Steven did my nails and he's so fast I got there at 10 and he was done by 10:30 with quality work didn't feel rushed yet got me in and out !! I'm a Compton native and they are killing all of the well know Compton nailshops . I recommend going early or expect to wait read more

First time here and i came in as a walk in on a busy Sunday. Luckily i was seen right away. I'm not from the area but i come out to Compton every weekend and happened to find this spot on yelp and IG. This was the perfect place since i ALWAYS have to get some type of design on my acrylics. I was seen by Kevin and according to these reviews he's one of the best. I agree, he was super fast even with hand drawn designs. I showed a picture and he was able to do it and gave me a set price before we started and gave me additional prices as we go since i wanted more stuff done. Will be back! read more

Went in here with my sister in law today and we both had a good experience overall. I asked for simple coffin nails peach color and that's what I got the lady not sure what her name was but she's the one at chair number 8 was very nice and friendly. She made sure that I was satisfied with my nails and the service. I paid 36$ with tip 40$ and I am very satisfied. My sister in law was serviced with lady in chair number 1 and she did a great job at here design forgot to add that my sister in law did have one small problem her nails were so thin they could bent but she caught it in time before we left so they did fix them at no charge read more

Nails on fleek is terrible! This is my 2nd time going here & I will NEVER go back, I repeat NEVER go back. I got my nails done 5 days ago and 2 nails are already gone. I feel I was over charged by Steven for my nails, he charged me $55 for a short coffin gel set with ONE nail 3d design. When the first time I came I got ALL my nails designed with gel, they were longer, & I was charged $60... Doesn't make sense at ALL. I was short on time and THOUGHT my nails would last, clearly I was wrong. I honestly feel like he just throws out what ever price he's feeling at the moment. I'll definitely be going back to Lee's Nails in Paramount, where I get a bang for my buck and quality service. read more

Fast. Great service. My nails look great. Prices are moderate. Lots of gel color selections, designs and massage chairs. A huge plus for me: they open early! I have a busy schedule and they were the only place open for miles before 10am! I can catch my flight and have my nails on fleek! read more

I got my nails done on Monday. I tried my best to love these nails, solely bc the artist Joey was very nice and chatty. I usually go to the one in Downey, but they were closed on Monday so I didn't go with my usual guy Steven. I was told he works at this location in Compton. So I was hoping to catch him there. I paid $95 for some nails to already look like they need a fill. I have never spent that much and I've done nails with more designs and longer in length. Some of them look like they're lifting from the nail bed already. A complete disaster. I want them redone but I'm scared of this happening again. read more

Nails definitely on FLEEK!~ My friend recommended that we check out this place in Compton because of the stylish nails she saw on their Instagram @nailonfleek. We drove out from LA and it was so worth it. I got coffin shaped acrylics with gel hombre style and two designs, total came out to $48. The original was $51, but got $3 off. The person was very detailed and I've never seen someone work on my nails so quickly and yet so meticulously. Personally I'm not very fond of acrylics coming out thick. When he did it, the thickness was practically the feel of my nails and smooth, so I love it! I have not yet to find something I dislike about my nails. I cannot wait to get them done again! read more

Kevin did my acrylic jelly nails with crystals and let me say bishhhh they are fierce!!! He got the shape down to a T! And the color His girlfriend Helen did my pedicure and I had black nail polish but she took all remnants like it was never there and went to white gel it looked beautiful Thank you so much!!!!! read more

My first time here due to an emergency!! 2 broken nails smh I know I know lol. So I had to find a nail shop quick and I passed by nails in fleek and decided to go check it out since I was in the area. Steven was the nail tech available and he was great, quick and detailed( just like I like it). It wasn't crowded and the customer service was very good. Got these nails done last year December 2018 & I love them. He was fast and didn't over charge me! Literally out in 30 min & price was $28 for coffin marble nails. He was gentle and massaged my hands after. Very polite and friendly with me and Love this place! Def recommend! read more

Today's my second visit and I'm 100% satisfied. I'm really picky when it comes to nail salons and food lol. I haven't gotten a full set done yet but I come for the pedicures. My favorite part are the covers on the tubes since I'm a germaphobe, their salon has a verify of music playin from Spanish to todays hottest hip hop, And finally their customer service is good. The owner thought the whole thing out very well. read more

After going to about 5 different nail salons, all in different areas of LA, I have finally found my holy grail. Seriously you don't need to look anywhere else - this place is it! I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure and was attended to within 5 mins of walking in. Pedicure was so relaxing, painless, and the woman who did it was so pleasant (I didn't catch her name but she has a nice smile!) No to mention the attention to detail was amazing! Kevin took care of my manicure and this is the first time I've NEVER had anything bad to say. Perfect application, he listened to everything I said and best of all he didn't leave me with any hangnails or cut me like everyone else always has! Can't say any more good about the service. Eyebrows on fleek, nails....not so much. Got a simple gel mani reg pedi and eyebrows $61.00. Nails done on thurs for a convention I had on the weekend. By Saturday, a nail chipped and by Monday so did another. I got gel for the longevity and no chipping, and now im peeling the polish off my nails. Toes were cut at some weird angle that i didn't notice until I got home, so far they are holding up. For an Easter weekend I was seated quickly, but my services felt rushed. One word: Quality. You truly get what you pay for here. They aren't outrageously expensive, but each nail artist that I have sat with has wowed me with the quality of their work. I am hardly gently with my nails/hands, and my gel manicure always withstands the beating that I give it each time. I leave the manicure on for much longer than I should (3-4 weeks), but it always looks flawless (albeit grown out). The facility is clean and modern. The staff is very friendly, and there are a ton of options. All the nail artists are incredibly talented and can bring any design your heart desires to life. They are appointment only, which ensures that I get seated in a timely manner and also ensures that I'm not rushed out of there because there are a million people waiting. I think that business model contributes to the quality that these artists are able to deliver each time. This will definitely be my go-to nail spot from now on. I have no complaints. read more

First off, so many gel colors to choose from. Secondly, she sharpened and shaped my nails better than what I had before! That's a plus in my book!! Staff will accommodate you as much as they can. You'll definitely feel comfortable and invited here. You truly get professional work done and feel free to bring in pics of designs and also they're already up to date with trends. My friend recommended that we check out this place out because of the stylish nails she saw on their Instagram . I got coffin shaped acrylics with gel hombre style and two designs, total came out to $48. The original was $51, but got $3 off. The person was very detailed and I've never seen someone work on my nails so quickly and yet so meticulously. Personally I'm not very fond of acrylics coming out thick. When he did it, the thickness was practically the feel of my nails and smooth, so I love it! I have not yet to find something I dislike about my nails. I think it's the best addition to any pedicure , especially if your on your feet all fay, the staff is positive and always on the best mood to accommodate your needs . Came on a Sunday at 1pm and it wasn't crowded at all. Was in and out in about an hour. Got my acrylics removed, previous gel color removed,filed nails/toes, gel mani/pedi all for under $60. I love this place! The pedicures are decent, but Phoenix is amazing!! I only come if she is here to do my nails/manicure. She is so sweet and patient, she LISTENS to me not like many other places who disregard what I want. I definitely recommend this place if you go with her.
