I've been coming here for 3 years and unfortunately the pricing is never consistent. Every visit I seem to get charged something different for the same service. Today I got a basic gel manicure that I usually pay around $38 for, but this time they charged me $50. When I politely asked why the price was different, the lady gave me attitude instead of explaining. The pricing is reasonable but now we know why. Received a pedicure at this salon as a treat to myself. I had a perfectly healthy toe nail and did not have an ingrown nail, yet the lady proceeded to dig her clippers into my toe nail. It was painful and the worst experience I have ever had doing a normal pedi. My toe throbbed for hours and by the next morning, I realized my toe was red with an infection starting. I treated the infection at home and hopefully I didn't catch something from their shared tools. Got a pedicure from Kim... she was the sweetest and did a great job, especially on one of my broken nails.

There is this lady who usually wears maxi skirts/long skirts with glasses who is very unprofessiona. She has cut my mom in the past then glued her skin back on while it was bleeding. This happens often. Today she cut a man on his pinky toe and it was bleeding uncontrollably and then again she glued back the skin with nail glue... then she pretends like nothing happened and still charges clients the original price. Please if you go here just be careful with who you pick. she also goes around asking if you want an eyebrow wax or any type of service. This is most likely because she gets no clients because the usuals here already know not to go to her. The only people who do go to here is new people who have never been here before. The front desk person immediately seats them with her because they know she has no clients... Although if you do go to this nail salon i suggest going to this nice old man name Jose. read more

Went here with my 2 daughters we all got pedicures. Idk where to even start so when I walked in I was greeted by a man who I believe run things his tone of voice was very aggressive. I waited about 5 mins before being seated so the lady who did my pedicure she began to run the water I told her the water was too cold. She assured me that the water was warm but I didn't want warm I wanted hot. Everyone who gets pedicures knows that the water temperature changes within 5 minutes of sitting down. So she started to do my pedicure and it was nothing like I was use to getting. She didn't scrub my feet with the lil brush that they use, she didn't use the cuticle cutters, she did not even put any acetone on my feet prior to starting. I literally had my feet in the water for every bit of 5 minutes and it was done. I've never gotten a 5 minute pedicure before. Although the prices there are cheap I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. They rush while working and obviously need more training. The salon was clean as new but it still doesn't justify the service that was provided. Please ladies & gentlemen don't waste your time here because it isn't worth it. read more

I sadly was not able to get the name of the lady that did my nails but HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My ring was on my finger when I arrived and once she was done "massaging my hands", IT WAS GONE. I asked her where my ring was and she acted like she didn't know and said she didn't know. I insisted AGAIN that she took my ring and that's when she gave it back to me. Absolutely ridiculous.
