My appointment was at 4pm and walked in at 3:53pm. Once I arrived, Carol told me it would just be a few minutes. However, she had just sat another girl at her station. I was very patient waiting on Carol but once 4:30pm hit, I asked Carol how much longer it would take because I literally had an appointment at 4pm. Her reply was "Oh yeah sorry but she came first" even though I HAD AN APPOINTMENT! I was so extremely annoyed. In my eyes, that was unprofessional. I would have preferred for Carol to be honest and turn away my appointment from the very beginning rather than have me wait. And waiting was not the issue, it was the principle of Carol not honoring my appointment. I got there on time, I wasn't late, so Carol could've taken me in first. But oh well, they lost my business! This negative experience led me to find a new nail salon who honor my business/appointments and they do an amazing job.

We called ahead and spoke to Ken, who told us the wait would be 30 minutes. We showed up on time and ended up waiting over an hour, only to find out someone was still ahead of us. This isn't the first time Ken has pulled this -- it's a pattern at this point. Ken, if you're reading this: stop wasting people's time. It's disrespectful and completely unprofessional. On top of that, the place is right next to a ghetto barbershop where people park like they own the lot, blocking spots and entrances. To make it worse, they're always outside smoking weed, so good luck trying to get in without dealing with all that nonsense. Save yourself the time, headache, and disappointment -- this place clearly doesn't value its customers. I won't be back.

There was 2 other chairs open for pedicures so one of the ladies sat me down on one of them and instructed my sister sit on the other last chair available. They had my sister waiting on the pedicure chair while the other lady was working on my pedicure. Long story short another girl came in around 30 minutes later, she said she wasn't gonna get anything and shes just waiting here for her mom or something and then 10 minutes later her mom came in. Seemed like she kinda knew them, no biggie whatever lol. But then the lady who was there first getting the mani-pedi finished and naturally you'd think that they'd get started on my sister who was ALREADY IN THE PEDICURE CHAIR but no they sat the lady who came in all late and started on her .... Like what? My sister was already in the seat and had been waiting for a fat minute already. The lady who was doing my nails said that she'll start in my sister once she's done with me and I had already been in the seat for almost an hour, now I gotta wait another hour for my sister to be done and my sister had to wait for me to be done to so they can start on her when she should've been started on. My sister told them No and she doesn't want to get her nails done anymore and we had places to be that's why we came in early right when they opened and the lady kinda seemed like she was blaming us and said that we should've told her that to begin with. Like ma'am... we didn't know you were going to skip my sister completely . Anyway we left and left no tip. Not ever going back, bad customer care and good luck if you're ever waiting and someone who seems to know them comes in because you will be skipped over .
