Jenny & Katie did a fantastic job! Walked in and was able to be seated immediately for a gel pedicure and a gelx manicure. Pricing is reasonable and the work is quality. The only "issue" is there is no way to tip unless it's through Zelle or cash. Since I didn't have either, I couldn't leave a tip which both ladies deserved :( I hope this changes to allow for tips with cards and tap. I will be returning soon with a tip for them and another service read more

I stopped in here on a whim. I had gel nails that needed to be removed and wanted regular polish put on. I was quoted $25, discounted to $23 for cash. The gentleman that did my nails seemed like he may have had better days. He removed the gel polish with a portable nail drill/file, ran a regular file and buffer over my nails. I mentioned I wanted the nails rounded as opposed to square. I must say, I typically do a better job rounding out my nails. He applied the polish base, 2 coats of polish and a top coat. My thumb nail as it dried had some kind of something in the paint disturbing the smooth surface. He eventually cleaned the polish from that nail, re applied 2 coats of polish and a top coat. When I pulled it back to place it in the curing box, I caught it on the plexiglass dividing us, messing it up. He cleaned it up again, and re-re-applied 2 coats of polish and a top coat. Throughly discusseded he had me put my nails back in the curing box. I came away with eh nails and polish on my thumb as well as the nail. Cleanliness is not a virtue here, there were pieces of skin and nails on the floor around abandoned spa chairs and the nail artist sat with her feet/shoes up on the nail table. I probably will not return. read more

Walk-ins always taken. I never know my schedule and always get in. Very reasonable and do a great job. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is only a couple of them know how to give a good 5-min massage. The front of my leg does not need to be rubbed. Please Massage the back of my calf, ankles and feet, not the front of my leg. read more

New update! LT Nails is still a great location! Their bathrooms are of the highest quality and are very sanitary. In fact, my buddy, Eddie, went there the other day and said the floor was so spotless you could lick up some Sprite directly off the floor! Not sure if you'd actually want to do that but clearly he thinks very highly of the sanitation standards of LT Nails. Furthermore, the staff is very friendly. The prices alone are already very reasonable, but you even get a discount for paying in cash. I took my little sister to get her Nails done and was pleased with how they treated her. I have been coming to this salon for about a year because it's close to my work and home and they stay open late, but the service has consistently declined. My most recent visit made it clear that I will never return. As a woman of color, the difference in how I was treated compared to other customers was noticeable from the moment I walked in. Other clients are greeted warmly, called by name, and given extra care and attention. Meanwhile, my appointments were always delayed, the staff was noticeably quiet or dismissive when dealing with me, and their attitude only changed when it was time for a tip. That's when they suddenly were friendly. It was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. The male tech, Nelson, has repeatedly refused to do my designs. Every time, I show photos of what I want, I'm told he or Katie can do it, but the moment I sit with him, he tells me to "wait for Katie." He is consistently lazy, unprofessional, and unwilling to do the services he claims to offer. On my last visit, I requested a simple French tip and he was clearly doing a poor job on purpose. He claimed he didn't understand what I wanted, and even after two other techs explained it to him in their language, he still said, "Just wait for Katie. She'll be done soon," followed by a sigh before walking away. When I asked how long she'd be, he said he didn't know. This salon is rude, slow, outdated, and lacks the skills to keep up with current nail trends. They need more trained techs who are actually capable of doing designs and providing consistent service. Save your time and money. I will learn to do my own nails or fly to another country before I ever spend another dollar here. read more

I came in here on Saturday to get a manicure and the wait time wasn't terrible at all. They definitely did a great job. I'm not sure what the typical price point is for a manicure since this is probably the second time I've ever had my nails cleaned up from a salon was pretty okay priced ($27) bucks. I came in for a manicure and pedicure for my wedding and was left extremely disappointed. I got a non-gel pedicure as I really only needed it to last 3 days until the wedding, but by the second day, I already had entirely lost the paint on several toes. I've never seen polish peel off so easily, not sure if some sort of peel off base was used? Even when I paint my own nails at home they last much longer... I had to go out to buy polish and repaint my own nails the morning of my wedding... For my manicure, they matched my simple vision and looked great at first look, but after leaving and taking a closer look, the surface was very uneven and product was left on the surrounding skin. I don't think they really do much to prep your nail or clean up your cuticles. Rough filing also left my nails feeling raw and sore later in the evening. FYI they also don't seem to honor appointments even if you make them. It's pretty first come first serve based on when you arrive. I saw someone sign in with a later appointment than me who got serviced first just for walking in right in front of me. There seems to be a lot of good reviews so maybe certain nail techs are good, but not the ones I had. Would recommend asking for someone specific. read more

Living in the OC area, I jump around to different nail salons and haven't found one I liked enough to go a second time. However, my friend took me here as she got her wedding nails done and I've already gone back several times on my own since then. I appreciate how efficient the nail techs are in addition to being sooo gentle. They communicate with you on the exact design you want and some have even chosen a prettier shade of color than the one I initially pointed out. This was my second time coming to this place since I moved to the area about 3 years ago. The first time I came was about a month ago and I was a little disappointed because the lady that did my manicure started it very far from the cuticle so they looked grown out already but I was leaving on vacation and in a hurry so I just left it. This salon is great! It was my first time in on a Thursday, I got GelX for the first time & a pedicure. I picked a creamy off white color for both my nails & toes, anyway the color on my nails got scratched up a bit fairly quickly.. so I went back today ( Tuesday) to get a color change and Lucy was a doll! Love my nails! The owner tells you the pricing and gives you choices on what kinda nails you wanna do. They are quick and neat. I did pedi and manicure today, and I'm happy with the result. Service is good, the only complaint I have is that I made an appointment a week prior but I still have to wait 30mins there... they are busy I understand, time management can be better. This place is a gem! So glad I found them on Christmas Eve! All the ladies are nice and work hard to make sure you get the nails you want. I decided to go with a full set of gel X nails since they said it lasts longer than powder dip and doesn't use chemicals like regular acrylic nails. I also like the feel of the nails, lighter and thin. I added a design for my ring finger and Katie did a fabulous job drawing in the flowers and adding the gems. For those who don't know, drilling gets hot and the artist should know to lift it every few seconds to not burn the person's skin. Because I liked the design so much, I made a second appointment to give another artist a try. This second appointment was with Ellen. She was sooo rough when it came down to removing the polish and cleaning and cutting the cuticles. One of my cuticles started bleeding a lot and she just used the dust to stop the bleeding but did not apologize once. I let it go. But after getting home, I noticed my cuticles and fingers were so tender and red. I decided to let time heal but it's been a week and my right thumb is still swollen and tender. It's painful to touch. I told the owner and Ellen and after some back and forth, they finally did apologize. However it left kind of a sour taste in my mouth because it just seemed like they brushed it off thinking 10 percent off the next appointment would really make up for the pain I'm having in my finger. Not sure if I will come back. The owner asked me to try another artist but how do I prevent this from happening a third time?

Since our impromptu appointments were back to back, we shared a room and were both treated by the lovely Leticia. First up was me, I laid on the table and told her I just wanted things cleaned up and she immediately got to work. 3 minutes later and I looked a bit more polished and pristine with my clean eyebrows. Then she took care of my bff who added on an upper lip wax. We both were super happy with our results. Leticia was amazing and super knowledgable! This girl knew her stuff and she is beloved as well (we noticed someone a little bummed that they couldn't get an appointment with her...so you know she's just that good) she told us how to properly fill in our brows and little factoids about our arches. I was so disappointed they would turned me away over 5 minutes after I killed almost an hour at the shopping center for my appointment. Felt they could be more understanding about me being 5 minutes late but I will not be going back. I gave 3 stars cuz I liked the girl tech who assists me but availability always sucks and my last experience was worse.
