I especially want to thank Stephanie, PA-C. She was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to examine my skin, explain her recommendations, and educate me about other treatments that could help improve my skin. I never felt rushed and really appreciated how informative and professional she was. Alexa, the office manager, was also so kind and generous. She offered me a complimentary facial, which was such an unexpected and appreciated treat! And my esthetician was absolutely amazing! She was warm, friendly, and made the entire experience so relaxing. I left feeling completely refreshed and pampered. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, informative, and genuinely caring. The level of customer service was exceptional, and I truly felt taken care of from start to finish. And the best part? I came home and my boyfriend immediately noticed that my skin looked extra good. That's when you know the facial did its job! I'm so glad I found Skin Perfect Whittier and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable professionals and a welcoming, personalized experience.

As soon as I could, I booked an appointment--and let me tell you, my friend was right. Francesca made the whole experience so worth it. From the moment I laid down, I felt completely relaxed--I honestly didn't want to wake up. She's incredibly gentle (which I really appreciate, since no one likes pain), and my face looked amazing afterward. It was the perfect mix of relaxing and effective. I'll definitely be coming back in about a month for another session. Highly recommend asking for Francesca if you want your skin to look and feel its best!

My second experience here is where it all went downhill. I got a dermaplane facial and requested a…read moredermabrasion as well. The technician informed me that the dermabrasion would be too much exfoliation since the derma plane is exfoliating as well. However, she still recommended doing a chemical peel and because I'm not that educated in skin treatments I proceeded with her recommendation. About a week later after my facial, I I noticed 2 burn marks on my face, which I assumed were from the chemical peel. While one healed, one has still not gone away, and this is a facial I received late in December 2025. I went back a month later and asked the technician(different one) what the mark was. She said it was like acne post mark because of too much exfoliation with both the dermaplane and chemical peel . She said it should fade away and recommended me one of their expensive skin resurfacing products. I did not buy it and this was my last visit here. 3 months later, I still have this mark on my face so I have an appointment with the dermatologist soon. I would still recommend this place for maybe the basic $70 facial, it's pretty cheap and worth the money. I do not recommend any other special services because it seems some of the technicians may not be as educated and it's not worth messing up your skin.

I am beyond devastated by my experience at Iconic Skin Clinic. After undergoing a BBL laser…read moretreatment on May 4, I suffered severe burns on both sides of my face, leaving me in excruciating pain, emotional distress, and with lasting hyperpigmentation that I am still battling seven weeks later. What makes this even more heartbreaking is that this happened right before a major event in my life--an occasion I had been looking forward to for months. Instead of feeling confident and excited, I was forced to hide, avoid photos, and deal with overwhelming embarrassment, anxiety, and trauma over the condition of my face. The emotional impact has been just as damaging as the physical injuries. I placed my trust in this clinic and expected trained professionals who would prioritize patient safety and understand how to properly treat clients with different skin types. Instead, I have been left with a painful and prolonged recovery process that has affected my confidence, mental well-being, and daily life. To their credit, they are currently attempting to treat the hyperpigmentation that resulted from the procedure with hydroquinone and tretinoin. However, it is incredibly frustrating to need corrective treatments for a problem that I believe should never have happened in the first place. I went in seeking cosmetic improvement, not months of recovery and additional interventions to address the damage. Perhaps the most disappointing part is that despite the severity of what I experienced and the ongoing costs, stress, and emotional suffering, I was not offered a refund. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to make things right financially has been almost as painful as the injuries themselves. No cosmetic procedure intended to enhance your confidence should leave you dealing with weeks of pain, discoloration, emotional trauma, and uncertainty about whether your skin will ever fully recover. I sincerely hope Iconic Skin Clinic reevaluates its protocols, training, and patient care standards so that no one else experiences what I have gone through. I strongly encourage anyone considering treatment to do extensive research, ask detailed questions about the provider's experience with lasers and your specific skin type, and understand that the consequences of a mistake can be life-altering.
