I'm impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The clinic has clearly created a space where comfort and professionalism go hand in hand. The reception staff greeted me with genuine smiles and took the time to ensure I was properly checked in, which made me feel valued from the start. One of the standout features of this clinic is their exceptional customer service. The staff is not only friendly but also highly attentive and empathetic to your needs. Every visit is treated as a personalized experience. The team takes the time to listen to your concerns, answer your questions, and tailor treatments to your unique skin needs. Whether it's a simple inquiry or a more in-depth discussion about treatment options, I've always felt that my questions were met with thoughtful, detailed, and knowledgeable responses. The clinic's specialists especially the owner/manager are incredibly knowledgeable about a range of skin conditions and cutting-edge treatments. From traditional facials to advanced skin rejuvenation therapies, they have an extensive understanding of the science behind each treatment they offer. The clinic uses the latest technology and research to ensure that every procedure is both effective and safe. I had the opportunity to undergo Lupin treatment, and I am beyond thrilled with the results. After just a few sessions, I began noticing significant improvements in my skin. Not only did my complexion look healthier and more radiant, but the treatment also helped with long-term skin issues like texture, elasticity, and fine lines. The Lupin treatment has genuinely had a lasting impact on the health and appearance of my skin, with visible improvements that continue to show even after completing the treatment cycle. What's truly impressive is how the clinic takes a long-term approach to skin health. They don't just focus on quick fixes but emphasize treatments that nurture and rejuvenate the skin over time. This holistic approach ensures that the results are not only visible but sustainable, and they work with you to develop a plan that fits your skin's needs in the long run. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at If you're seeking long-term, transformative results backed by a team you can trust, this is the place to go. read more

I loved my experience here, 10/10. I would recommend any of my friends or family members to come here. Even if you don't have any outstanding concerns about aging, acne, scarring, etc., coming here for self-care is just as worth it. I came in for a FREE consultation and it felt like the nurse knew what I was going through without even having to fully explain it. They are extremely knowledgeable and I can tell they have so much experience. (I promise, if you have any concerns, doubts, or questions, just come in. They seriously blew me away with their knowledge & care during the consultation and treatment process.) I had acne concerns that I've been insecure about since college, but they assured me that they could help me, and they did. I came consistently for 8-10 weeks, had a custom plan curated for my skin type, condition, and concerns, and by week 3/4, I started seeing results that I wasn't able to see with my own "skincare routine" in months. From the thorough facials to my acne treatment, everything was handled with care and professionalism. I had a perfect and wonderful experience, definitely one of the best med spas out there. read more

Anyway I tried a few clinics, I found on Instagram, but they were expensive and not always satisfying. Then a friend recommended Prima to me, and I'm so glad I found it! Usually, the consultation and the procedure are done by different people, but Shinhee does both herself, which I love. She takes the time to calmly and carefully customize each treatment to my needs. For skin, one type of treatment alone often isn't enough, but she really knows how to combine and tailor them for the best results. She's also incredibly kind and professional. She has even worked in Korea, so she's very familiar with the latest trends and equipment. Honestly, I feel like I got even better results here than I did in Korea--especially because she starts by using a machine to analyze my skin, which really helps to pinpoint exactly what it needs. The prices are reasonable, and she's extremely thorough and attentive. I'm truly happy I found this place!

(My previous injectors told me I needed to come back every 3-4 months which makes me think they were not honest and just trying to make money) I will be returning for more services with Shinhee!

Also, my acne scarring looks much better and this discoloration I had on my forehead, nose and neck seem so much better. It even made this persistent pink spot on my nose better. I was not expecting that, so that part was a nice surprise. This is definitely the most smooth and even my skin has looked in at least 5 years. Also, the staff is very nice and professional. The office is clean and welcoming. I would definitely come back for any future treatment needed and I have been recommending this place to friends!

During my visit, she recommended adding Oligio, and I'm so happy I did. Oligio gave me a subtle lifted, tighter, and more refreshed look without looking unnatural or overdone. The new Santa Ana location is also beautiful and welcoming. Definitely worth the visit.
