After what was either food poisoning or a stomach bug, I felt like "h - e - double hockey sticks" and was desperate for something to feel better. Looked up Prime IV and decided to give it a try. Booking process was super easy and they even accommodated me when I asked to come in earlier. People at the front were extremely nice as was the nurse that did my consult. I had some trouble choosing which was the right bag for me and I'm still not sure if I picked correctly. Next time, I'll do some research prior so I feel more prepared for the right selection. They took me back to the VIP room and I agree with Nancy T. that from then on, this turns into a spa-like experience. I snuggled into a very fancy massage chair and they gave me a soft blanket. Then they hooked up my drip, put an oxygen canula on me, handed me my warm eye mask and I was off to relaxation land. As I understand it, the business sees this as a healthy lifestyle choice so they have memberships that can fit one's needs as they get drips/injections on the regular. I can't really see using drips like that, however I definitely would recommend this place should someone need a drip and I will definitely come back next time I need one. read more

Prime IV is an absolute dream! I tend to get severely sick every December, which is rather miserable because I usually have to miss out on some of the holiday festivities. Thankfully, I had the foresight to try to prevent getting sick this year and booked an appointment at Prime IV, which was super easy to book online. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by the owner, Ajay, and two of his staff members. They were all very warm, informative and helpful as I had several questions about the different treatments. I decided to focus on immunity, but also wanted to add on another vitamin, which they were able to accommodate. Once I selected a drip, I had a consultation with a nurse who performed a health assessment and cleared me. From there, the entire experience became incredibly relaxing to the point where I literally felt like I was at a spa! They put me in a super comfortable massage chair with tons of different settings, gave me hot tea and coconut water, and even provided me with a warm eye mask while I floated away and literally forgot the drip was even going! Throughout this time, the staff was very respectful and allowed me to enjoy the experience in complete peace, but also made sure I knew they were nearby in case I needed anything at all. Once the drip was over, I felt incredibly energized! My skin even looked more youthful, despite me opting for the immunity treatment (they have skin treatments too!). However, the real benefits came weeks after the treatment and have continued to last even now! For the first time in years, I managed to escape getting sick and was able to enjoy the entire holiday season! I have felt so great since visiting Prime IV and can't wait to go back! I had started following Prime IV on Instagram as i was interested in going and having my husband go as well. I receive a message via Instagram messenger asking if i would like to make an appointment, ok sure i wanted to get my husband in as his health is not the best so i was hoping this could possibly help a little. i requested Sunday Dec 14th they stated they had a 2:45 pm time slot available, so i take. Fast forward to that Sunday and my husband gets a text not a call but a text saying that they cannot take him that late because their last one is at 2pm. Ok mistakes happen no biggie so he agrees to the 2pm time slot and they send him over the medical paperwork and he completes it. We had other things we needed to rush and complete so we could make it there by 1:50 or so as we do like to try to get places just a little early. We get there and the employee at the front desk after she received my husband's name says " we have been trying to get a hold of you!" she stated that she tried to call both our phones several times but we state we never received any calls, so she states oh i think it was our phone system because the calls were not going thru. If they couldn't get a hold of us via phone why couldn't they text like they had earlier? They state they could not take my husband due to his medical issues and i can totally respect that! the one star is not because they could not take him but because the way the employee acted regarding the whole situation. there could have been apologies or even "Hey Brandy were you interested in maybe taking his spot since you are already here?" Absolutely nothing! to be honest i think they were happy to not have a 2pm client because as we were walking thru the parking lot after having a late lunch at 2:45 they were already leaving even though it states they close at 3pm. read more

He's a fan of the ZEN drip that really helps with relaxation and sleep while I am hooked on the GLOW drip that has helped my hair, skin and nails immensely. It's called GLOW for a reason and I have never seen my skin look so clear, plump and vibrant. Our overall wellbeing has improved, as well, since the drips. They turned skeptics, like us, into believers. I have to add that the nurses and the owner, Ajay, roll out the red carpet for you while you're there and really take care of you. The massage chairs, oxygen, cushy little socks, velvety blankets and heated eye mask truly make the experience over the top luxurious and I cannot recommend this place enough.
