He fixed me so well, it's been a while since I saw Dr. Kris Ly. That being said- I was unable to clasp behind my back and secure my bra for about a couple of months. You guessed it! I was bringing back the burn the bra vibe back to the 2020's... also I needed my puppies to be pushed back up with Victoria's Secret... so I saw him and left shoulder limited range of motion and pain concern verbalized to him... no worries. He did his magic.... Painful left arm pit, chest, left upper arm/ bicep area but crazy wait-- it worked-- I can now wear my push up bras again and secure my back zippers. He's a miracle worker. He also fixed my hip flexors (too tight) and neck stuff- I work at a computer for hours and hours... desk princess. AmaZING. He has a gift of intuition and also techniques that my own Kaiser MD just been giving me muscle relaxer and pain killers... Dr. Ly will be a pain master for 5-10 min but let me say-- no more pain therefore... or definitely an improvement on range of motion. I'm am excited to just wear my secrets again! Dr. Kris is AMAZING! Two years ago, my daughter had a mild case of scoliosis with an S curvature in her spine, very mild, but still it was 7 degrees on one side and almost 10 on the other. Dr. Kris started her on some procedures and adjustments every two weeks to start, then every four weeks after that. By the year one mark she was over halfway better on her updated x-ray. Now, at the year two mark, It's all gone!!! She does still have back pain since she's a dancer so she will continue to get adjustments as needed. Thank you to this office!!! read more

I've never seen a chiropractor before and I am so glad I went to Dr. Ly! He walked me through the process and explained my x-rays. The adjustment was so relieving I have never heard my back crack the way it did. As soon as Dr. Ly was done I felt all the pressure & pain vanish from my neck and lower back. I have plantar fasciitis and I was in so much pain for about two months. Friends reccomend this doctor. If you have plantar fasciitis I must warn you the treatment is very painful but just for about 1-3 minutes depending on your tissues. But once it's done you'll feel great. My second time coming here the doctor realigned my hips and help fix my posture with my back. I must say that once he did what he did I felt a difference immediately in my posture. I will continue to come back and hope one day my foot pain will be gone. The staff is very friendly and professional. The doctor is funny, he'll make you laugh. read more
