I've visited chiropractors in the past, but my experience at Propel Chiropractic was truly on another level. From the moment I walked in to the time I left, it was clear why Dr. Craddick and his team have built such a loyal and caring patient community. The office is clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. I especially appreciated the boards highlighting patient achievements and goals. It creates an environment where you genuinely feel like part of a family. The evaluation process was thorough and insightful. Using advanced scanning technology, they were able to pinpoint the source of my tension and pain, and Dr. Craddick took the time to walk me through the results in a way that was easy to understand. The adjustment itself was smooth, comfortable, and provided immediate relief. What stood out most was the level of care and follow-through. We developed a clear, personalized treatment plan aligned with my goals, and I even received a detailed summary and reminders directly from Dr. Craddick after my visit. That level of attention and communication is rare. I left feeling refreshed, encouraged, and genuinely excited about the journey ahead. Thank you to Dr. Craddick and the entire Propel team for such an outstanding experience. read more

READ THE CONTRACT BEFORE YOU SIGN. My family and I have been patients at Propel for nearly three years. In the beginning, it was a great place to receive care. Over time, the owner and primary doctor has grown visibly disconnected from his practice. In February 2026, I notified the staff that I was unable to receive care due to a back spasm. In March, Propel sent me an auto-generated email stating I needed a re-evaluation to continue care -- I took that as confirmation I was out of the system. I was wrong, and I own that. In April, I discovered I had been billed for the entire month of March. When I called, I was told the contract requires 30 days written notice to stop billing. My wife called on April 8th and was told there would be no further charges for me. On April 9th, they charged me again. When I pushed back, they called it a "processing fee." When I followed up in writing asking for clarification, they stopped responding. I am only writing this because Propel refused to deal with me with basic decency after nearly three years of loyalty. What bothers me most is this: the owner constantly virtue signals his faith. Christian music plays in the background. He presents himself as a man of God. But charging people for services never rendered, then going silent when confronted -- that is not the behavior of a man of God. That is the behavior of a man of greed. read more

Dr. Craddick and his team are phenomenal! They are very thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and really take the time to understand what type of care is needed. Dr. Craddick truly went above and beyond and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. The office is extremely clean, welcoming, and comfortable. Definitely one of the best chiropractors I have been to. I highly recommend him and his team. read more

Dr. craddick has changed my son's life. My son is 22 months and was diagnosed with epilepsy due to a brain malformation at 6 months old. We have been in OT, PT & speech therapy since the diagnosis in April 2025. I felt stuck with therapy, he was making progress but not as quickly as we were praying for. He started walking at 18 months but still struggled with balance issues and fine motor skills. He has had a total of 5 adjustments so far and he's a new toddler. His hands are wide open instead of closed, he can lift his arms above his head & his balance is so much better. He's made more progress since his adjustments with Dr. Craddick than months and months of therapies. He never crawled and now he started crawling, he's making more noises/ sounds than I've ever heard him make. One of our first goals was to get off of MiraLAX, he's been off and now is going poop every couple of days without issues I can not recommend him enough and can go on and on about how much progress my son has made. The staff is also very welcoming and propel feels like home read more

I cannot recommend Propel Chiropractic enough! Dr. Craddick is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and takes the time to thoroughly explain the treatment plan. The staff is welcoming, itruly feels like a family environment. read more

I would highly, highly recommend Propel Chiropractic for all of your chiropractic needs. A friend recommended this office to me when I expressed my discomfort during pregnancy to her. She shared she was going to see Dr. Craddick during her own pregnancy and it was helping her immensely. I called and made an appointment for their 2 day initial scan for the following week and I am so glad I did! The level of care that goes into your treatment at Propel is apparent and I truly attribute my quick and easy labor to the prenatal chiropractic care I received at this office. I am continuing to see them postpartum as well. The office is beautiful, the staff is so kind and helpful, and Dr. Craddick is knowledgeable and compassionate. Look no further for your chiropractic needs! read more

I know I reviewed at the beginning of care but I can't help but update now! My daughter had a pretty significant limp, pain in and around her hip, and a leg discrepancy that was clearly unrelated to the actual lengths of her legs. We saw 2 PTs, 1 chiropractor (a friend), 2 family doctors and a doctor at choc. As different medical professionals tried to diagnose her and help her, I became more and more discouraged. At choc they told me that her diagnosis was "hip pain" and she should take Tylenol if it bothered her. When she ran, she'd drag the other leg behind her, when she stood she'd compensate by pushing her backside out behind her or by balancing on the other leg. I genuinely didn't know what to do. We took X-rays but no one told me anything about them. I'd call to get results and the front desk would say they looked normal! Enter: Dr Craddick. He gave her an initial scan, asked for X-rays if we had them (which we did) asked questions, and did an initial and thorough exam. When he had the X-rays, he explained every inch of them to me in a way that gave me confidence in his experience and knowledge and displayed his awareness that I needed to understand in terms that weren't too technical as well! He got us on a 12 visit plan which I was initially skeptical of, but proved to be exactly what she needed! The first several adjustments, her body would go back to compensating almost directly after leaving the room, but after about 6, I started to see results and by our second to last one, she wasn't limping at all, and there was no visible discrepancy! Here we are today and, what kept me up for nights and worried me during the days is completely gone! We genuinely couldn't be more pleased with the care! I'm so thankful for Gods loving care for us through finding this chiropractor and the healing she has experienced! read more

I've been getting work done for about a month now and the staff is always super welcoming and friendly. Whenever I have questions regarding my pregnancy (It's my first one), they are open and supportive; I leave my appointments without any worries. Recently, I started noticing that I've been walking straighter after years of feeling like one of my legs was overcompensating for the other. The more I go to my appointments, the more I notice changes happening gradually. read more

I've purposely waited to write this review until i was 40 weeks pregnant. I originally came to Propel Chiropractic when i was 25 weeks, had extreme inflammation & pelvic pain with an existing back injury. Dr. Craddick & Dr. Tyson took the time to do a neuroscan & create a tailored plan that prepared my body for labor. I've been so impressed each week in how my body changes & how Propel chiro is trained to follow those changes. I cannot recommend them enough and am so excited to take my baby girl here as well. read more

I paid upfront over 600 dollars for a scan and 8 adjustments. Since they don't participate with insurance I planned to submit to my health care spending account. Their website even states that they deal with health care spending accounts so they should be familiar with the requirement. This office was unable to provide me with an itemized receipt showing how the money I paid upfront was allocated for the scans and adjustments. Every statement they sent me had a different allocation with the last one they provided showing 7 adjustments with a dollar amount and one adjustment free. I communicated with the office staff several times and the last time was told they didn't understand why my spending account administrator was giving me a hard time and they did everything they could do and I had to speak to the doctor and that he would call me back either later that day or in the morning. No call ever received and that was in December. I am busy as we all are and i just don't have it in me to continue to call and email this practice. The health care spending account admin will only pay if I submit them a receipt showing a dollar amount for each scan ! They cannot seem to grasp this. So while the services i received were good, I won't be returning here. The Dr who adjusted me has left the practice anyway so might as well find another practice who can understand medical billing practices. If you pay upfront at this practice make sure you get an itemized bill upfront if you need one for your health care spending account before committing to paying them. Otherwise plan on spending hours trying to get one later. read more

I can't speak highly enough of Dr Craddick and his staff. I started seeing Dr Craddick when I was 24 weeks pregnant with major lower back pain. I was put on a care plan for the remainder of my pregnancy and postpartum journey. It's took a few weeks to get me back in alignment and I have felt great ever since. The remainder of my pregnancy went extremely well and I have been doing great five months postpartum. Still currently being seen by Dr Craddick as well as my 5 month old. He's great with my child! read more

Ever since walking foot in this office, I have been welcomed by name and known. I was originally going to the Chiropractor for gut related issues and I honestly believe Propel Chiropractic has helped so much! It's definitely worth the money coming out of my pocket and I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Craddick and Dr. Tyson. They are all about building connections and relationships and it's not just about taking your money here. Even the front desk ladies, Julie and Mariz. They want you to reach your goals and be the healthiest you can be so your plan works out in the end and I trust both of these doctors and all the staff here. I would not just go anywhere for Chiropractic work. I kept hearing things about this specific office and decided to give it a try and I love that I made Propel Chiropractic a part of my weekly schedule and life. Truly blessed by this place. I leave feeling much better and definitely a missing part of my life I didn't realize I needed so badly! read more

Propel Chiropractic - Love how kid-friendly it is! We attended their Santa event this year! - Chiropractors Near Me - Rancho Cucamonga, California

I highly recommend Propel chiropractic and Dr Craddick to anyone. The office is very family friendly and the staff is wonderful. I was gifted a wellness exam at an event earlier this year. I have started seeing Dr Craddick along with my 2.5 year old son. My son has had 3 adjustments so far and I've already seen a huge improvement in speech. I have also noticed a positive change in his behavior recently. Less tantrums and better sleep habits. I have been adjusted twice and the pain I've had in my sciatica since pregnancy has completely gone away. I'm honestly amazed. I'm so thankful we found this office. read more

Dr. Craddick went above and beyond to achieve tangible results for our infant daughter who has a complicated spinal condition. After chiropractic adjustments and craniosacral therapy, she had better neck strength, less tension, and better movement overall. The scanning technology he uses also allowed us to actually see the reduction in overall inflammation in her spine. Furthermore, he spent extra time reviewing her MRI images, researching her diagnosis, fitting her into the schedule to receive extra CST and even got dozens of people to pray for her during her surgery. It is apparent he is truly invested in her health, not just as his patient, but as a precious child. He is careful to give the right amount of treatment in response to what the body is showing and doesn't "overdo" it. The staff becomes like family quickly. They are very accommodating and genuinely interested in the well-being of their patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Craddick. His training and knowledge of chiropractic care is advanced, but he is also knowledgeable in several other areas of health, so he provides excellent holistic care. read more

A great staff and has been really for our son and have seen lots improvement with his speech ever since we started coming here

We've been bringing our son to see Dr Craddick since he was 2 months old after we noticed he was favoring his right side. I had mentioned it to his pediatrician and she brushed me off saying when he was 6 months old we could get him a helmet to correct the flat spot he was starting to get. I knew there had to be another way to correct it, that's when I found Propel. Within weeks we noticed a huge difference in my sons range of motion and by 5 months his flat spot was completely gone! The staff at Propel is phenomenal and Dr Craddick is so caring with all his patients. read more

Dr Craddick is incredibly kind and well educated in his field of work. I originally started to bring my son at only 8 months old. After a traumatic birth and suspected birth injury I found myself looking for more natural and holistic ways to treat my son as the typical Drs office wasn't addressing my concerns. I will try to make this short but my son had a lot of popping in hip and shoulder, preferred sleeping on the same side, arched his back screaming etc. He absolutely hated his car seat and would scream and cry for basically an entire car ride until he would just pass out in his seat. After only his second adjustment he no longer cried in car seat. Popping is gone, he sleeps great and my boy is thriving. He's now on the wellness program at 11 months old and I'm now under Dr. Craddicks care myself. Soon my husband also plans to seek care as well. The facility is so clean I honestly let my son just crawl around and touch everything with no fear of germs as they do such a great job of consistently wiping things down. Margaret and Diana are so Welcoming and love the kiddos. They deserve a huge shout out as well being the first faces you see. I always look forward to our appointments! read more

We love Propel Chiropractic! Dr. Craddick is extremely skilled, knowledgeable and gentle with his adjustments. I told him I was nervous about adjusting my cervical spine (my neck) because other providers were too rough in the past, but Dr. Craddick quickly dispelled any concerns I had. I always feel great after getting adjusted by him. My Whoop recovery score was at a record high of 99% the day after my first visit with him- which is higher than it's literally ever been! I love that he uses a neuro scan technology which measures heart rate variability (HRV), and other indicators of nervous system health, then he checks again a few weeks into treatment. That way he actually has measurements of how his wellness plans are improving your health. If you are looking for chiropractic care, Propel is the place that will help you hit your health goals! Don't forget to bring your family. The office is decorated really nicely and completely kid friendly! Can't recommend Propel enough!!!! read more

Propel is the BEST! Dr Craddick and his team truly care about you and help you to feel your best. I initially came here because I was looking for a pediatric chiropractor for my daughter due to recurrent ear infections. Dr. Craddick came highly recommended to me so I made an appointment. My daughter has been seeing him for over a year and I've seen a major improvement. She has been sick less often and she loves to go there. The office is like family. Midway through treatment my child was also diagnosed with mild scoliosis. Dr. Craddick took time to sit down with me and thoroughly explain her X-ray and show me all the details. He has done way more in caring for her and explaining things to me than her own pediatrician. He educates, gives follow up exercises, and is willing to make recommendations outside of the office as needed. I also became a patient shortly after my daughter and he has helped with my pain and discomfort a lot. I've gone to other chiropractors but no one comes close to the care that is given here. I can not say enough good things about this office! read more

Dr. Craddick has changed my life. This is not an overstatement! My wife was already in his care and had received positive results. I have been to several different chiropractors over the years, but most of the adjustments I received only helped me for a day or two before I was in pain again. After being urged to do so by my wife, I began my journey with Propel Chiropractic earlier this year. I received results of my scan within a day or two and Dr. Craddick came up with a plan to move me into wellness and leave my pain behind. It worked! I moved up to wellness several months back and my body is functioning normally again, with minimal pain! Just last week, we took our newborn daughter for her first adjustment at just 3 days old. He also cares for my 2 & 4 year old sons - our lives have drastically improved under the care of Dr. Craddick and Propel Chiropractic! read more

I cannot recommend Propel Chiropractic enough! From the very first phone call, the entire staff has been amazing. They are all so professional, friendly and nice. I am pregnant and was referred to Propel from a friend and I am so glad I called them. I have already seen great results and plan on seeing Dr. Craddick throughout my entire pregnancy. I was so impressed by their entire process. This is not a typical chiropractor who does a quick adjustment; in and out. They put a specific plan in place based on your needs. The entire team is so thorough. You won't regret going to Propel Chiropractic!! read more

This is my second time here. So far I've had a wonderful experience. The staff is so friendly and great. The Dr. is amazing he makes you feel so welcomed and he hears out all your concerns and what is bothering you as well as an assessment on your body to see what else needs to be done. I highly recommend this place to any one experiencing any issues, discomfort, or pain. He also specializes in pregnant mommas. No need to wait till after birth to get adjusted. read more

They try to lock you into a contract. You have to pay upfront like $1200 and buy a package.

Snap, Crackle, and Pop! A fantastic breakfast cereal but even better when it's the sound coming from your body at Propel. Chiropractic Care is awesome for hardcore athletes but even better for people like myself who are stuck in front of a computer all day. Not only will they put your body back in the shape it's supposed to be in they will advise you on many ways to keep it that way. I highly recommend Propel for any of your chiropractic needs. read more

My family and I started seeing Dr. Craddick about a month ago and our results are amazing! I suffered with chronic neck pain and stiffness and it's basically all gone at this point. I can't wait to see the results once we finish all of our sessions. Dr. Craddick is also wonderful with kids! We have a pretty shy toddler and she has been doing great during adjustments. The staff is wonderful and they create a very inviting environment...not at all like a regular, cold "doctors office"! We highly recommend Propel Chiropractic if you're looking to improve your overall health. read more

I swear Dr. Craddick may have just become our new favorite human! My husband has had back problems for years. He could barely sleep because the pain was so bad. It caused him to start waking up as early as 3:00 AM because he just hated being in bed. His lack of sleep had a large impact on his moods and his ability to stay energized throughout the day. He was even falling asleep at the wheel while driving - scary stuff! That all changed after we found Dr. Craddick. After the body scan we saw there was a clear problem with his back and neck. Within weeks, my husband saw life changing differences. And wishes he had started chiropractic care YEARS ago. Thank you Dr. Craddick!! read more

Dr Craddick is the best! I came in with so much pain and he was so thorough, making sure he got to the bottom of where my pain was coming from and doing everything he possibly could to help me.
