READ THE CONTRACT BEFORE YOU SIGN. My family and I have been patients at Propel for nearly three years. In the beginning, it was a great place to receive care. Over time, the owner and primary doctor has grown visibly disconnected from his practice. In February 2026, I notified the staff that I was unable to receive care due to a back spasm. In March, Propel sent me an auto-generated email stating I needed a re-evaluation to continue care -- I took that as confirmation I was out of the system. I was wrong, and I own that. In April, I discovered I had been billed for the entire month of March. When I called, I was told the contract requires 30 days written notice to stop billing. My wife called on April 8th and was told there would be no further charges for me. On April 9th, they charged me again. When I pushed back, they called it a "processing fee." When I followed up in writing asking for clarification, they stopped responding. I am only writing this because Propel refused to deal with me with basic decency after nearly three years of loyalty. What bothers me most is this: the owner constantly virtue signals his faith. Christian music plays in the background. He presents himself as a man of God. But charging people for services never rendered, then going silent when confronted -- that is not the behavior of a man of God. That is the behavior of a man of greed. read more

I know I reviewed at the beginning of care but I can't help but update now! My daughter had a pretty significant limp, pain in and around her hip, and a leg discrepancy that was clearly unrelated to the actual lengths of her legs. We saw 2 PTs, 1 chiropractor (a friend), 2 family doctors and a doctor at choc. As different medical professionals tried to diagnose her and help her, I became more and more discouraged. At choc they told me that her diagnosis was "hip pain" and she should take Tylenol if it bothered her. When she ran, she'd drag the other leg behind her, when she stood she'd compensate by pushing her backside out behind her or by balancing on the other leg. I genuinely didn't know what to do. We took X-rays but no one told me anything about them. I'd call to get results and the front desk would say they looked normal! Enter: Dr Craddick. He gave her an initial scan, asked for X-rays if we had them (which we did) asked questions, and did an initial and thorough exam. When he had the X-rays, he explained every inch of them to me in a way that gave me confidence in his experience and knowledge and displayed his awareness that I needed to understand in terms that weren't too technical as well! He got us on a 12 visit plan which I was initially skeptical of, but proved to be exactly what she needed! The first several adjustments, her body would go back to compensating almost directly after leaving the room, but after about 6, I started to see results and by our second to last one, she wasn't limping at all, and there was no visible discrepancy! Here we are today and, what kept me up for nights and worried me during the days is completely gone! We genuinely couldn't be more pleased with the care! I originally came to Propel Chiropractic when i was 25 weeks, had extreme inflammation & pelvic pain with an existing back injury. I paid upfront over 600 dollars for a scan and 8 adjustments. Since they don't participate with insurance I planned to submit to my health care spending account. Their website even states that they deal with health care spending accounts so they should be familiar with the requirement. This office was unable to provide me with an itemized receipt showing how the money I paid upfront was allocated for the scans and adjustments. Every statement they sent me had a different allocation with the last one they provided showing 7 adjustments with a dollar amount and one adjustment free. I communicated with the office staff several times and the last time was told they didn't understand why my spending account administrator was giving me a hard time and they did everything they could do and I had to speak to the doctor and that he would call me back either later that day or in the morning. No call ever received and that was in December. I am busy as we all are and i just don't have it in me to continue to call and email this practice. The health care spending account admin will only pay if I submit them a receipt showing a dollar amount for each scan ! They cannot seem to grasp this. So while the services i received were good, I won't be returning here. The Dr who adjusted me has left the practice anyway so might as well find another practice who can understand medical billing practices. If you pay upfront at this practice make sure you get an itemized bill upfront if you need one for your health care spending account before committing to paying them. Otherwise plan on spending hours trying to get one later. read more

I can't speak highly enough of Dr Craddick and his staff. I started seeing Dr Craddick when I was 24 weeks pregnant with major lower back pain. I was put on a care plan for the remainder of my pregnancy and postpartum journey. It's took a few weeks to get me back in alignment and I have felt great ever since. After chiropractic adjustments and craniosacral therapy, she had better neck strength, less tension, and better movement overall. The scanning technology he uses also allowed us to actually see the reduction in overall inflammation in her spine. Furthermore, he spent extra time reviewing her MRI images, researching her diagnosis, fitting her into the schedule to receive extra CST and even got dozens of people to pray for her during her surgery. It is apparent he is truly invested in her health, not just as his patient, but as a precious child. He is careful to give the right amount of treatment in response to what the body is showing and doesn't "overdo" it. The staff becomes like family quickly. Dr Craddick is incredibly kind and well educated in his field of work. I originally started to bring my son at only 8 months old. After a traumatic birth and suspected birth injury I found myself looking for more natural and holistic ways to treat my son as the typical Drs office wasn't addressing my concerns. I will try to make this short but my son had a lot of popping in hip and shoulder, preferred sleeping on the same side, arched his back screaming etc. He absolutely hated his car seat and would scream and cry for basically an entire car ride until he would just pass out in his seat. After only his second adjustment he no longer cried in car seat. Popping is gone, he sleeps great and my boy is thriving. I told him I was nervous about adjusting my cervical spine (my neck) because other providers were too rough in the past, but Dr. Craddick quickly dispelled any concerns I had. I always feel great after getting adjusted by him. My Whoop recovery score was at a record high of 99% the day after my first visit with him- which is higher than it's literally ever been! I love that he uses a neuro scan technology which measures heart rate variability (HRV), and other indicators of nervous system health, then he checks again a few weeks into treatment. I initially came here because I was looking for a pediatric chiropractor for my daughter due to recurrent ear infections. Dr. Craddick came highly recommended to me so I made an appointment. Midway through treatment my child was also diagnosed with mild scoliosis. Dr. Craddick took time to sit down with me and thoroughly explain her X-ray and show me all the details.
