My family has been coming to Dr CARTY for a little over a year. I did not believe in chiropractors and on a whim decided to give it a try (for my son). I did some research and decided on Dr Carty due to the great reviews she had. She definitely made a believer out of me. She is amazing at what she does...and has even pulled off some short miracles for my son. He went in once to be adjusted before going to the doctor for X-rays on his jaw (we thought it was broken). When she saw him, she immediately noticed his jaw did some adjustments and fixed his jaw. He couldn't open his mouth when we went in and he walked out fine. I don't have chiropractic coverage with my insurance but her prices are on point and I know I am receiving the very best care from her that others who do have insurance receive. Wife has been going for about two years. Recently her work changed insurance. We called our insurance ahead of time and confirmed she had chiro coverage. When my wife went for an appointment, Patty said she couldn't confirm coverage and to come back another time. Four days later I stopped in and was told my wife didn't have chiro coverage and in fact she had no medical coverage at all. That was news to us since my wife just visited a specialist two days before. Patty left the same message on my wife's voicemail. I called our insurance and was told first, no one has called to inquire about my wife's coverage in the last two months at all. Second, not only does she have chiro coverage but Dr. Carty is the first name on the list of approved chiropractors for her medical group. Apparently, because they don't like our insurance, they lie and say we have no coverage. Bad business. Misleading. Poor service. Stay away and fine someone who does business the right way. read more
