Thee guys are great. My back has been a mess for years after a bad car wreck I was in over 20 years ago. Had the same lower pain and was told it was something I need to live with. Found this place on yelp and I'm so glad we did. My husband was having horrible back pain. I tried a massage, but it wasn't muscle it was nerves. We decided to check this place out based on the reviews. I'm glad we did it!! Immediately after the first session, my husband was able to stand up straight. Before he was at a 60 degree while waking and in pain. Dr Ratcovik was a very welcoming and great guy. He explained everything step by step, which my Husband loved. It was his first time ever going to a chiropractor. After the adjustment, he laid on a massage table with and ice pack. If you are looking for affordable and quality care, this is your place! I got into a car accident over a year and a half ago , tried one chiropractor (same prices) but the experience wasn't good. He was unable to crack a specific part and I left still with the main source of my pain. I never went back but the pain continued to worsen. I couldn't sleep, i couldn't sit in one position comfortably and was constantly shifting in seats. I was always in pain!! My boyfriend had to massage my shoulder every single night just for me to be able to fall asleep. I found this location and was immediately drawn to the good reviews. I had my first visit this past Monday with Dr. Ratkovic and let me tell you he is the real deal! He targeted my issue and i felt instant relief within the first crack. This place does not respect or value its patients, check out my previous reviews and posts on Google, YouTube, tiktok, snapchat, fb, Instagram, yelp, Twitter and linked in, I have numerous Dm's and replies of unsatisfied clients that were treated poorly by the staff, A woman by the name Bonnie who is a partial owner of euclid chiropractic does not value or respect her clients or the union Ironworkers. She has messed up numerous disability claims and costed me personally over 3 thousand dollars. When I explained this to her, she called me a liar and hung up on me..I have attached a few photos of similar instances with other people that have gone to euclid chiropractic and experienced the same level of disrespect and financial folly due to Bonnie's unprofessional and disrespectful behavior towards patients. This is not an effort to discredit anyone, This is simply an effort to prevent others from losing money and being dealt with poorly. If you are a hard working union member like me that relies on your disability income during hardships due to a bad back injury from years of hard work, DO NOT place your livelihood in the hands of BONNIE at euclid chiropractic, you will pay your hard earned money only to be mistreated and they will not tend to your time sensitive disability claim with urgency. I have lost over 3 thousand dollars dealing with Euclid Chiropractic. I have paid Euclid Chiropractic $300 a month for months and Bonnie has dropped the ball twice on my claim costing me over 3k dollars..when I explained this do her, her exact words were," That's a lie, that didn't happen, that's a lie, I'm not dealing with this." and she hung up on me. Rather than listen to my explanation of how she costed me 3 thousands dollars and this was the second time she's done this...She threw a fit like a child and hung up. This woman has no place dealing with peoples source of income. She's incompetent and lacks respect for her patients. After being diagnosed with Cervical Spine Stenosis and months of Physical Therapy and my Neurologist not recommending Chiropractic treatment due to the "risk of spinal cord damage". I decided to consult with Dr Ratkovic after doing a little research to check out his great credentials. Dr. Tony has been working on my back since early November and I've been getting treatment twice a week. I was in a car accident and hurt my back pretty bad.
