MAGIC! Dr. Tony is magic. This place is magic. I went to Euclid Chiropractic after having had persistent back pain for a month that wasn't responding to any prescription grade Ibuprofen I was throwing at it. It was DEBILITATING by the time I got to Dr. Tony. The very next morning after my first treatment, my pain went from 11 (on a scale of 1-10), to about a 5. Every visit after that left me feeling revitalized and not long after, I was feeling 100%. I sincerely feel like I experienced a miracle. Dr. Tony is super personable and cares about his patients. It's awesome to go to a doctor that actually cures you and isn't just throwing more drugs at you. This was by far the absolute worst experience I have ever had at any medical office! I am in such severe pain from my back that I had to crawl into the shower this morning. I tried to move my appointment up from 3pm and was told to come in at any time. When I arrived to the office at 11:30am I was told the office was closed and would not reopen until 2pm. The horrible person behind the front desk laughed at me when I shocked and mentioned I had called this morning. She gave me the paperwork and told me to leave. I tried to call back to speak with the Dr and she said she is not going to deal with me and hung up!! This is appalling to be treated this way and I can't understand why this person took out her anger on me when I need help with my back. I would never want anyone to be treated this way. This office should be closed down. I would like to add in response; that the office did not tell me to come in before 11:30 am today. I was upset that I was lied to and I asked for the name of the receptionist, and was told "I am not dealing with you" and was hung up on. If this is acceptable behavior for your staff then I would not want to do business there. And yes I am upset because I have never experienced this type of pain, and it's scary. I was on the floor when I called in this morning and then to be lied to and denied a visit is an awful way to treat someone. When I was handed the paperwork and asked for a clipboard the receptionist told me to leave and that was when she laughed at me sarcastically. She said, "We are closed, you have to go home and fill it out,". If you were there, and witnessed it first hand, would you not think to speak with me as a new patient to provide any sort of compassion? Apparently not. read more

My husband and I absolutely love Dr. Weaver and Dr. Tony. They have the most positive attitudes with their patients and genuinely care about them. The office staff is so wonderful. They do tend to get busy, but I never mind the wait. The doctors have no problem listening to my concerns about my back problems. They give me stretching and exercise tips to help out. Sometimes, we have to take our kids in with us when we don't have a sitter, and they treat us like family. Not only does he listen to what going on with my back but the with a few adjustments here and there I'm back to normal.
