On May 8, 2026, I received a letter from Marvin Francis D.C. (MF DC for short). I did not open it…read moreuntil I asked a friend to open and screen through it first. I posted the letter here for the public to see. Not once he mentioned the nerve pain run down my leg that I reported to him. The re-exam was the result of my repeated requests. He did not mention that. "The comparison photos showed you were standing straighter." It took MF DC and his clerk Jesica a long while to process the photo while I were asked to stand facing the wall. They must ave used some photo touchup app to make it look like I stood straighter. When I took the XRAY at Casa Colina Hosp, Oct. 2025, the image showed my spine bend toward the left side. I knew I was duped with the photos at MF DC office. Human spines are bones not play dough that can be molded straight up after a few chiropractics adjustments! The biggest lie was near the end of his letter. He wrote "On December 17, 2024 you indicated that you had fallen the previous day and that had caused your leg pain to get worse again." I swear on my life that I did not fall between the first visit on 10/10/2024 and the last time I was in his clinic near end of December 2024 and left after over half hour waiting without treatment! I also swear that I did not tell MF DC that I fell. Would you dare to do the same Marvin Francis D.C. ? Since you have a higher degree, I should raise the bar to challenge your integrity. Would you dare to swear on your life Marvin Francis D.C., and on your entire family's lives that I did tell you I fell? Not once MF DC requested to review my previous test reports before starting treatment on me, that was his malpractice number one. I came to Francis Chiropractic after I got a pain around my right collar bone to get it treated. MF DC took the liberty to reframe my skeleton, he used the anallogy of remodelling a house you have to reframe it! That was his malpractice number two. MF DC not knowing clearly my conditions yet he ordered three treatments a week, he admitted himself once that was "pretty" aggressive. One time he slipped his hand and crushed the soft tissue on the end of my left rib cage and gave me a sharp pain that he got to use his muscle stimulation machine to ease it down, that was his malpractice number three. When I reported a nerve pain ran down my left leg, MF DC did not stop to investigate with XRAY, or MRI but he continued on. That was his malpractice number four. When I asked about the exit treatment plan, MF DC told me when I got stablized. He knew that was a lie, the damaged had done when I got the nerve pain down my leg. Any treatment after that point was just an act of looting medicare funding and that was his malpractice number five. During the initial exam as well as the re-exam, I had to choose between wearing a hospital gown or a "home made" jump suit with large opening in the back. The doctor conveniently slipped his bare hand through this opening and rest his hand on my unclothed waistline. A familiar act only appropriate between the doctor and his wife, not with his patient! That was his malpractice number six. He inflicted an injury that destroyed my quality of life for the rest of my life and he showed no responsibility on what he had done to me in his letter, that was his malpractice number seven. His treatment plans were greed driven, turned me into his cash cow, rather than restoring my health, making me better. So greedy that he had forsaken the oath he learned from his medical school: do no harm! That was his malpractice number eight. Marvin A. Francis, D.C. you are unfit to be a doctor!
