I have been a patient with Dr. Francis for 21 years! He is a great Dr. always listens to my concerns and knows exactly how to do his magic so I feel better every visit. When I moved away out of state I always made a point to come for an adjustment when visiting family and friends. I have been to others and must say Dr. Francis approach is far more effective! I will remain a patient as long as he is practicing. Even if I have to travel to see him. Staff is excellent! 5 stars isn't enough! This is a great Dr. and staff! On May 8, 2026, I received a letter from Marvin Francis D.C. (MF DC for short). I did not open it until I asked a friend to open and screen through it first. I posted the letter here for the public to see. Not once he mentioned the nerve pain run down my leg that I reported to him. The re-exam was the result of my repeated requests. He did not mention that. "The comparison photos showed you were standing straighter." It took MF DC and his clerk Jesica a long while to process the photo while I were asked to stand facing the wall. They must ave used some photo touchup app to make it look like I stood straighter. When I took the XRAY at Casa Colina Hosp, Oct. 2025, the image showed my spine bend toward the left side. I knew I was duped with the photos at MF DC office. Human spines are bones not play dough that can be molded straight up after a few chiropractics adjustments! The biggest lie was near the end of his letter. He wrote "On December 17, 2024 you indicated that you had fallen the previous day and that had caused your leg pain to get worse again." I swear on my life that I did not fall between the first visit on 10/10/2024 and the last time I was in his clinic near end of December 2024 and left after over half hour waiting without treatment! I also swear that I did not tell MF DC that I fell. Would you dare to do the same Marvin Francis D.C. ? Since you have a higher degree, I should raise the bar to challenge your integrity. Would you dare to swear on your life Marvin Francis D.C., and on your entire family's lives that I did tell you I fell? Not once MF DC requested to review my previous test reports before starting treatment on me, that was his malpractice number one. I came to Francis Chiropractic after I got a pain around my right collar bone to get it treated. MF DC took the liberty to reframe my skeleton, he used the anallogy of remodelling a house you have to reframe it! That was his malpractice number two. MF DC not knowing clearly my conditions yet he ordered three treatments a week, he admitted himself once that was "pretty" aggressive. One time he slipped his hand and crushed the soft tissue on the end of my left rib cage and gave me a sharp pain that he got to use his muscle stimulation machine to ease it down, that was his malpractice number three. When I reported a nerve pain ran down my left leg, MF DC did not stop to investigate with XRAY, or MRI but he continued on. That was his malpractice number four. When I asked about the exit treatment plan, MF DC told me when I got stablized. He knew that was a lie, the damaged had done when I got the nerve pain down my leg. Any treatment after that point was just an act of looting medicare funding and that was his malpractice number five. During the initial exam as well as the re-exam, I had to choose between wearing a hospital gown or a "home made" jump suit with large opening in the back. The doctor conveniently slipped his bare hand through this opening and rest his hand on my unclothed waistline. A familiar act only appropriate between the doctor and his wife, not with his patient! That was his malpractice number six. He inflicted an injury that destroyed my quality of life for the rest of my life and he showed no responsibility on what he had done to me in his letter, that was his malpractice number seven. His treatment plans were greed driven, turned me into his cash cow, rather than restoring my health, making me better. So greedy that he had forsaken the oath he learned from his medical school: do no harm! That was his malpractice number eight. Marvin A. Francis, D.C. you are unfit to be a doctor! read more

After a visit to the ER, shots on my bum, steroids and antibiotics I was still in pain from my neck. In desperation I found Dr Francis and his magical hands saved me!! Thank God because I'm in the military and about to go to BMT and I finally have range of motion. He also helped a bit with my TMJ by cracking one side of my jaw. Dr. Marvin Francis is the best of the best . He truly takes the time to fully assess your aches and pains and their origins. He has helped me with my neck, and back issues, and he has even helped me alleviate pain that was throbbing due to TMJ . He is the best! I called to make an appointment and spoke to the doctor who is very informative, polite and helpful. I explained my Piriformis Syndrome and told him I couldn't sit or stand. I arrived early and told the woman at the front I could not stand or sit. I asked, if there was somewhere I could lay down. She replied, not until you fill out the paperwork...rudely! I told her I cannot stay and left. I wonder if the doctor knows how rude she is. Maybe, she never seen anybody in severe pain. Hopefully, she has some better days, so she doesn't runoff every patient! I won't be back. Follow up: I called on Saturday and spoke to the doctor, to explain I didn't miss my appointment. Didn't get the chance to receive treatment from this chiropractor, unfortunately, so I can't speak on behalf on his quality of care. But the first impression of service caused us to leave before we were seen. My husband and I were sitting for 20 minutes in the waiting room and then were moved into another office to wait for 20 minutes. We didn't get any communication or any apologies for the wait. It seemed the doctor was on the phone or busy doing other things and was unconcerned with our appointment. Seems he's about to retire and could care less about new clients or first impressions. Really, what patient just has 40 minutes to sit there and not be seen? When a person is in pain, sitting for so long to be seen is excruciating. Needless to say, we won't be back. I have been a patient with Dr. Francis for many years. I have been to him after a car accident, while pregnant and most recently took my 2 year old in to see him. This review is for my 2 year old. He jammed his ankle and was refusing to put any weight on his foot. At home, he didn't seem in pain after touching everything, but would not put weight on the foot/ ankle. We were in the middle of a terrible cold/flu in our area and really didn't want to subject our 2 year old to waiting in the ER or urgent care for hours. We went to Dr Francis first! There Dr manipulated the foot and ankle and our 2 year old gingerly walked out of the office. It took a little over a week to walk normally, but it was a much needed relief to see Dr Francis. read more

So far so good, I've had 3 visits after some increasing pain in my lower back had progressed into numbing in my hamstrings. (Sitting all day is terrible for you, believe it folks!) I was feeling a thousand percent better so I skipped a session and like clockwork the pain creeped back. Wow -- what a visit! Dr. Francis was spectacular. The man knows his profession (he's been at it for thirty years). I can say, without a doubt, that Francis Chiropractic is the place to go. He treats his patients with respect and always has a smile on his face. Dr. Francis doesn't simply snap, crackle, and pop your body; rather, he takes the time to address the underlying issues. Moreover, he explains things to you in an easy-to-understand manner. He uses the "diversified" training (multiple chiropractic techniques) that'll suit your needs. I've got ongoing neck and back issues and have visited several chiros. Dr. Francis is The Best! He's professional, friendly, super strong and he has a funky electric machine that he uses on muscle spasms. I always feel so much better after a visit. His wife is his receptionist and she will keep the business open a bit after hours if I need a last minute appt. What prompted me to write this review is that he actually made a HOUSE CALL for me with a mobile table (but alas no electric machine!) on a Saturday. I didn't know doctors did that anymore, but apparently he has elderly immobile clients and sees them at home. Unbelievable in 2012! Love him, love the staff + they take my insurance. A+ read more

Healing that works! I had a horribly painful pinched never causing great pain down my arm. My old Chiropractor had retired, so I went to his replacement. He did more harm than good. After firing him, I got a referral to Dr. Francis. It took him several visits to undo the damage. But each visit was an improvement. I was recently referred to Dr. Francis because my daughter needed a sports physical. I called at 6:15pm to learn that they closed in 15 minutes. To my surprise once they found out what i needed she said that the Dr. Offered to wait for me if i wanted to come now. I arrived at 6:35pm to a welcoming staff and smiles, then Dr. Francis took his time to do physical and we Never felt rushed even though they were technically closed.
