I started my treatment on 10/10/2024 to relieve the pain and pressure on my right collarbone. Marvin Frances, D.C. (M.F. for short) took the liberty to re-arrange my skeleton as he put it just like people remodelling their house, they have to reframe the house frame! The front desk clerk was so happy that I had unlimitted number of visits benefit. I was not aware of that. The treatments went along and I provided feedbacks on each treatment. Then it turned from good results to very bad. I started to have shooting pain down my left leg, my stroke affective side with weakness. The doctor continued with his agressive treatment plans: 3 times a week. Then the pain started on my right side, used to be my good side! I asked M.F. when I can stop having the treatments. M.F. replied "when you're stablized", I asked M.F. how do you know what pressure to use on me, I had (still have) osteroporosis. He said he used lighter forces. I became weaker and could barely walk to his office for treatments. I kept asking about a re-exam, M.F. gave me a disapproval look each time. I asked him about taking an xray, he said he was affraid the insurance would not pay for it. I told him about excruciating pain just to put one foot in front of the other to go to bathroom at night. Then one day he asked how many treatments I've had so far, I replied 16 including this one. M.F. relucktantly asked the clerk Jessica to schedule a -re-exam. It took him a while to show me the photo of my back which seemed to be more even than before. He might have used some photo touch up application! Then he ordered once a week treatment with reccomendation to call in make appointment when I have pain. He knew that I would have pain. He knew where the pain came from. He just did not stop to investigate what cause the pain. He treated me like a cash cow! The unlimitted visits benefit was harmful to me in fact!. If it were just 10 or 12 or 15 times limit, my lumbar injury would not be so severe! In January 2025, I took an xray but it did not show the lumbar area clearly. Until October 2025, my Muscular Skeletal doctor Marcel P. Fraix, D.O., ordered an MRI of my lumbar spine. The results showed 2 vertebrae L4-L5: "moderate to severe foraminal encroachment on the right and moderate narrowing on the left". On L5-S1...spurring from the left facet joint result in mild left foraminal enroachment." The doctor explained that was why I've been having pain! Now I no longer have a strong side! They both have pain down my legs and the right side is worst than the left side! I lost whole year of my life to pain, the pain that I never experienced in my life before treatments with M.F.. I lost the whole yaer not being able to do weight bearing exercises to improve my osteoporosis condition! All treatments M.F. gave me after the day I reported the first pain on my leg were unnecessary. They could not make me "stablized" so I could cease the treatments. They only made my injury more severe! Marvin Frances, D.C. saw my pain and suffering as his revenue stream. In November 2025 he sent me a "Happy Birth Day" email. I did not reply. Then he continued to send me more emails for "Thanks Giving" office hours and for "New Year" office hours. I never replied! It would be suicidal to go back to that chamber of torture! I recently reviewed DEXA bone scan results, they showed my bones indeed worsen compared to 2022 when I first started taking Alendronate medication. read more

After a visit to the ER, shots on my bum, steroids and antibiotics I was still in pain from my neck. In desperation I found Dr Francis and his magical hands saved me!! Thank God because I'm in the military and about to go to BMT and I finally have range of motion. He also helped a bit with my TMJ by cracking one side of my jaw. I appreciate the time and consideration of his thoroughness. Making me feel like every detail of pain points, past surgeries, etc is important and worth talking about. He has helped me with my neck, and back issues, and he has even helped me alleviate pain that was throbbing due to TMJ . He is the best! I called to make an appointment and spoke to the doctor who is very informative, polite and helpful. I explained my Piriformis Syndrome and told him I couldn't sit or stand. I arrived early and told the woman at the front I could not stand or sit. I asked, if there was somewhere I could lay down. She replied, not until you fill out the paperwork...rudely! I told her I cannot stay and left. I wonder if the doctor knows how rude she is. Maybe, she never seen anybody in severe pain. Hopefully, she has some better days, so she doesn't runoff every patient! I won't be back. Follow up: I called on Saturday and spoke to the doctor, to explain I didn't miss my appointment. Didn't get the chance to receive treatment from this chiropractor, unfortunately, so I can't speak on behalf on his quality of care. But the first impression of service caused us to leave before we were seen. My husband and I were sitting for 20 minutes in the waiting room and then were moved into another office to wait for 20 minutes. We didn't get any communication or any apologies for the wait. It seemed the doctor was on the phone or busy doing other things and was unconcerned with our appointment. Seems he's about to retire and could care less about new clients or first impressions. Really, what patient just has 40 minutes to sit there and not be seen? When a person is in pain, sitting for so long to be seen is excruciating. Needless to say, we won't be back. I have been a patient with Dr. Francis for many years. I have been to him after a car accident, while pregnant and most recently took my 2 year old in to see him. This review is for my 2 year old. He jammed his ankle and was refusing to put any weight on his foot. At home, he didn't seem in pain after touching everything, but would not put weight on the foot/ ankle. We were in the middle of a terrible cold/flu in our area and really didn't want to subject our 2 year old to waiting in the ER or urgent care for hours. We went to Dr Francis first! There Dr manipulated the foot and ankle and our 2 year old gingerly walked out of the office. So far so good, I've had 3 visits after some increasing pain in my lower back had progressed into numbing in my hamstrings. (Sitting all day is terrible for you, believe it folks!) I was feeling a thousand percent better so I skipped a session and like clockwork the pain creeped back. Wow -- what a visit! Dr. Francis was spectacular. The man knows his profession (he's been at it for thirty years). I can say, without a doubt, that Francis Chiropractic is the place to go. I've got ongoing neck and back issues and have visited several chiros. Dr. Francis is The Best! He's professional, friendly, super strong and he has a funky electric machine that he uses on muscle spasms. I always feel so much better after a visit. His wife is his receptionist and she will keep the business open a bit after hours if I need a last minute appt. What prompted me to write this review is that he actually made a HOUSE CALL for me with a mobile table (but alas no electric machine!) on a Saturday. Healing that works! I had a horribly painful pinched never causing great pain down my arm. My old Chiropractor had retired, so I went to his replacement. He did more harm than good. After firing him, I got a referral to Dr. Francis. It took him several visits to undo the damage. But each visit was an improvement. I was recently referred to Dr. Francis because my daughter needed a sports physical. I called at 6:15pm to learn that they closed in 15 minutes. To my surprise once they found out what i needed she said that the Dr. Offered to wait for me if i wanted to come now.
