Recently made an appointment to try this place out for an much needed adjustment. They were promoting a $29.00 first time visit which includes the consultation, exam, and adjustment. I had a female doctor see me, but I was very unsatisfied with my adjustment. It was super quick, the doctor was not able to crack my entire back. So I left feeling not fully relaxed. read more

-- Life-Changing Adjustment! Y'all, let me tell you about my transformation at this chiropractor's office. I was already struggling, in pain, flying all the way from NYC to Cali like a pretzel that had been left out in the sun too long. My back was giving me "I'm done with you" energy. But THEN--I found this place, and let me just say, it changed everything. From the moment I walked in, they were swift, professional, and most importantly, they knew exactly what they were doing. None of that "let's just poke around and see what happens" stuff. My chiropractor got right to the point, like they could sense the exact vertebrae that had betrayed me. I went from hunched over like the Hunchback of Notre Dame to feeling like I was floating on air--okay, maybe not floating, but y'all know what I mean! After one visit, I was standing tall, walking around like I'd been dipped in liquid gold. My back? At ease. My stress? Gone. My spirit? Rejuvenated. I felt like a million bucks! I don't know what magic hands this chiropractor has, but they need to be insured for a billion dollars, because wow. Long story short, if you're in pain, hunched over, or feeling like your spine forgot how to be a spine, run--don't walk--to this place. You won't regret it. This is the kind of place that saves vacations and lives! read more

Good price! dr and staff are friendly! Super easy to just walk in and not have an appointment I've never waited more than 5 mins

Never have I been to a place where they don't want to help you. With all the questions they asked I answered honestly and told them I had been in car accidents as a child- YEARS ago but I've been adjusted many times before from other chiropractors-no issues. Amber Rhoe refused to help me without me going "somewhere" to get X-Rays. At the very least this facility should offer x-rays instead of turning people in pain away. I would've paid if it was something they provided. This really felt more like "I don't want to help you" rather than "I'm concerned about your safety". No sympathy, no suggestions outside of "Go to our Rialto facility and see if someone will help you there". Very dismissive. I should've listened when people warned me about this place. What a waste of my time. I'm in pain, why would I want to go shopping for a chiropractor when I'm already here???? This place is a joke. read more

I started coming about a month ago and let me tell you, my chronic neck pain and headaches are literally gone! Yipee! read more

Great easy to find location in a brand new shopping center. Great price breakdowns for single visit and bulk visit option. I love options and hate being tied down anywhere with no flexibility. It's price model is no insurance pay as you go system. No waiting no drama with mis information with insurance companies. They're open 7 days a week about 10-7pm week days and 10-5 on weekends. The dr was excellent and was up front honest right away. My previous chiropractor in Fontana Cadman Chiropractic wasn't getting anything done. Too small of improvements if any at all for me. This Dr did more in 1 visit than my 13 previous visits at my former Dr. I'll be returning here regularly very soon and look forward to being seen right away as walk-in system works best for me. No appointments. A++ grade read more

Dr Patrick suckoo is probably the owner of this franchise. He treats patients bad. I was laying on the bench and he didn't take but 30 seconds to crack my back. I then told him I still had tention on my lower back, suckapoo told me to come back again. I go into the bathroom and when I come out I can see his corporate emails with his efficiency numbers with 30seconds or better. Good job Patrick keep those numbers up. read more

Came here for the first time in hopes of finding relief and finding my go to for adjustment, and I was sorely mistaken. I was asked a bunch of questions by the chiropractor then he performed the exact same adjustment on my friend's body too as he did on me. Except my friend yelped in pain, which was shocking. It was as though our needs were not catered to. I was asked to come back twice a week and by signing up for a plan, which I chose not to. Extremely disappointed, it was a waste of time and money. I do not recommend. read more

I just went to The Joint at Sierra Lakes in Fontana. Wow, what an amazing feeling after Dr. Noel adjusted my back. I was apprehensive at first, because it had been a long time since my last chiropractic experience. However, that being said, the doctor really made me feel comfortable and worked out the kinks on my lower back and overall I feel wonderful. Beyond that, my impression of the office is good. It was a good experience and I would go back again ! I'd recommend this place to anyone that is seeking to get their back adjusted. read more

This service felt very transactional. I went in for lower back pain and was told the same exact thing the guy before me was told who was there for shoulder pain. My adjustment lasted maybe 5 mins with very minimal popping or relief. It's not personalized to your needs. They just want to set you up on a reoccurring schedule to get money. I was told to get massages and come back twice a week. I will not being going back. My advice, look into a real practitioner that will spend some time on your visit and not just take your money. read more

Absolutely horrible business tactics. So frustrating. This is exactly why I hate chiropractors. You will pay nearly 250% what you expect to. I have never left a review but I must worn others. My wife needed an adjustment to help with her back pain. She's never been to a chiropractor before. After some research, reading reviews, and price shopping, I located an ad for "The Joint". The ad stated 29$ for consultation, exam, and adjustment. Simple right? I send in my information name, email, etc and recieved an email in return. The following is that email: "Hi Tanya, Thank you for taking an important step in being proactive with your health. The Joint Chiropractic offers a natural, non-invasive method of care to help alleviate your pain and discomfort and help you maintain a healthy lifestyle. With convenient locations, evening and weekend hours, no appointments necessary and no insurance hassles, we offer relief on your terms. Your $29* introductory offer includes an initial consultation, exam and adjustment. To redeem this offer, present this email to your Wellness Coordinator upon arrival. If you have any questions prior to your visit, please contact us directly or visit thejoint.com. We look forward to seeing you soon!" You would expect to pay $29 as the email states. "Your $29* introductory offer includes an initial consultation, exam and adjustment" She paid 237% what we expected. She had consultation, exam, and adjustment. It's not the money that's upsetting. It's the shady business tactics, the bait and switch that's frustrating. When asked about the pricing they referred to the small print "*Offer valued at $39. Valid for new patients only. See clinic for chiropractor(s)' name and license info. Clinics managed and/or owned by franchisee or Prof. Corps. Restrictions may apply to Medicare eligible patients. Individual results may vary." read more

Suffering from fibromyalgia and a number of injuries. So, I thought I'd try this place out. The so-called "doctor" introduced himself by bragging that he used to be a personal trainer at 24 Fitness. Not even close to a doctor despite the fake prescription pad he wrote something on - not a diagnosis, just a suggestion that I Subscribe to their monthly plan. As a real doctor myself, I am always offended by people play-acting as the real thing to try to force prestige or trust. This "doctor" did not read the various medical forms I was asked to fill out. Instead, he told me I was fat and that I needed to lay off sodas. I don't drink soda. He didn't seem to believe me when I told him that. I explained that I hike regularly to which he responded that Walking is not exercise and only for fat losers. Tell the New England Journal of Medicine. Oh, wait, you'd have to be a real doctor to understand that retort. Then, he showed me his plastic spine prop and told me that all sorts of illnesses can be traced back to the spine. While this is true, I didn't need the 2nd grade pitch especially as he didn't offer any specifics. And never once offered a diagnosis or spoke to me about my medical history. He was rude, unprofessional and clearly didn't like dealing with me. My husband, who also made the mistake of trying this place out with me, watched the whole thing in disbelief. No real dialogue about any issues I had hoped to treat. Rushed with lots of yelling for me to do lunges etc- guess the personal trainer thing in him hasn't died yet. Don't get me wrong, this is not a complaint about chiropractic care, I've had good ones in the past. This is a complaint about an abusive employee of this place who has no right playing a "doctor". And, to be frank, this whole notion of fixing everything within 5 minutes that the Joint tries to sell is nonsense. This it not a good representation of chiropractic norms. If I'd known in advance that this was the self-styled jiffy lube of medicine I wouldn't have walked through the door in the fist place. Do not waste your money on this scam. read more

I signed up with The Joint to stay on my weekly adjustment routine. I explained my needs and condition, to Dr Martinez, and he suggested a wellness plan. I've been having lower back pain for the past 2 weeks and my stubborn ass wasn't going to the chiropractor(I've never been to one). Of course I googled some near me and this was the closest one and read the reviews. And let me tell you the reviews are 100% accurate. Miranda was so helpful and explained everything thoroughly. The dr took his time to examine me and I feel 100% better. This morning I couldn't even sit up on my bed, put my shoes nor pants on without help. Now I'm back to normal. I'm definitely going back and i definitely recommend going. thank you guys!!!!! read more
