Greedy Doctors. DO NOT GO HERE I was referred here by my lawyer due to a car accident, when the accident pay off came around what usually happens is the money gets split evenly 3 ways (the lawyer, the doctor and the person involved in the accident). However, the chiropractors here are money hungry and greedy and were charging a large amount of money for my 15 min appointment visits! In the end I just ended up settling and just paying whatever they were asking for since I got more important things to worry about than going to a small claims court to try to settle the large balance. In a nut shell the Chiro bill cut into my share of the pay off which rarely happens, therefore my lawyers firm will never refer any patients to this clinic again. So just a heads up if you do get referred here by your lawyer, ask them to send you somewhere else or you might end up like me. Pero el doctor de esta clinica me queria cobrar una larga cantidad de dinero por las citas que no duraban mas de 15 minutos. Lo que termino pasando en mi caso fue de que mi parte de el pago fue reducida porque usaron parte de mi dinero que me tocaba para paguarle a el chiropractico. Esto usualmente no pasa, pero como los doctores aqui estan hambriertos por dinero asi me paso. Y me dijo mi abogado que su firma de abogados ya nunca jamas va a referir a ninguno de sus clientes a esta clinica. This is my second check in, & I needed to have experienced the "miracle" a second time before I write this review. I came in on Monday in pain, crying, and barely able to walk. After a quick check in Dr Hong saw me immediately. He was fast efficient and knew exactly where my problems were. He gave me a thorough exam, x-ray, and explained everything that he was going to do to make my pain become extinct. I experienced the best x-ray technology, was given tens therapy with heat, and my first and miracle treatment. Full adjustment and stretching. When I tell you that I was able to practically jumped up from the table I am not exaggerating. For almost two weeks I wasn't I was in under bearable pain, I could barely move, could definitely not touch my toes or even lean forward. The pain radiated in my lower back, and down my entire left side. I could barely move .....To now being able to stand up without help from the table. My pain-free movement is surely a testament to this miracle called chiropractic!!!. I will be coming back on a routine yet reasonable schedule for continued, and AFFORDABLE treatment plan. This office is a complete joke. The ladies up front are gracious, then you get to meet Strohbach that is just a another Chiropractor. I went to see him once, I made two payments plus he billed my ins, I had another payment to make and it was during the holidays. I told the office I will catch up after the first, in the meantime he (Dr.Strohbach) sends me a letter threatening to sue me in small claims court over $79.00. He then proceeded to send me to collections, today is the 12th of January 2016. I have him paid in full as promised (plus fees: total $214.00 , (so that $79.00 turned to $214.00) and will never return to his dingy offices again. My back was fine when I left but for two weeks later I was worse off. Also, beware as part of this Yelp review I was just served by Strohbach a threatening letter to take down the post. Showing the true colors of his unprofessionalism. "You have 24 hours to take your posting down which includes false information" "You may want to consult an attorney regarding your libelous comments on Yelp" this is from his letter dated and signed January 13, 2016. Again, my payment is made and in full to this operation and they are harassing me to take my relative post down or seek an Attorney. Is this the type of compassionate care that one might receive from a true professional? I think NOT. read more

I've been to many doctors for my Fibrous Dysplasia (a rare bone disease) but I have found that Dr. Strohbach has been the only chiropractor that has been able to help me with the pain I suffer from my disease. SCAMMERS !!!!!! First, I went there because I was suffering with back pain. Dr. Peter Hong ended up screwing up my back. I couldn't walk after his sessions .So, I stop going there . I decided to go to a REAL DOCTOR instead!! Second, They were very persistent in calling me 3 times a week to make appointments. I was really clear with them. I DID NOT WANTED TO GO THERE ANYMORE. Third. When they realize that I did not was going back...They decided to sued me Dr. Hong fail to filled insurance documentation on time. and my insurance was not paying them. because of their error. Even though Dr. Hong has a contract with my insurance stating that he cannot billed his patients. THEY DID!. I paid them $25.00 Every visit (insurance copayment fee) Went there 6 times. And they were suing me for $2,000.00 !!!! Look them up at San Bernardino Court Webpage . They have lots of lawsuit against their patients going on. read more
