-- Life-Changing Adjustment!…read more Y'all, let me tell you about my transformation at this chiropractor's office. I was already struggling, in pain, flying all the way from NYC to Cali like a pretzel that had been left out in the sun too long. My back was giving me "I'm done with you" energy. But THEN--I found this place, and let me just say, it changed everything. From the moment I walked in, they were swift, professional, and most importantly, they knew exactly what they were doing. None of that "let's just poke around and see what happens" stuff. My chiropractor got right to the point, like they could sense the exact vertebrae that had betrayed me. I went from hunched over like the Hunchback of Notre Dame to feeling like I was floating on air--okay, maybe not floating, but y'all know what I mean! After one visit, I was standing tall, walking around like I'd been dipped in liquid gold. My back? At ease. My stress? Gone. My spirit? Rejuvenated. I felt like a million bucks! I don't know what magic hands this chiropractor has, but they need to be insured for a billion dollars, because wow. Long story short, if you're in pain, hunched over, or feeling like your spine forgot how to be a spine, run--don't walk--to this place. You won't regret it. This is the kind of place that saves vacations and lives!

I shared this place with my buddy since we're local, and he was pleased with his experience. He went in for a second session today, and I joined him. The appointment was a breeze and on time. Upon arrival, you'll need to fill out paperwork that includes past medical, any concerns/present issues you're experiencing and that's it. I received my first session today. WOW! WOW! WOW! Amazing. I had the full body adjustment with y-strap. The full body adjustment included huge cracks on my back, neck, ankles, fingers, lower back/hip. The y-strap essentially is a strap that goes around your head/neck and when relaxed the doctor tugs and huge relief/cracks are experienced. I'm thankful for Elevate Chiropractic -- a nice clean facility, professional staff, awesome doctor, and awesome experience! I'll definitely be back.

After filling out the online intake form to the best of my ability for a non-insurance visit, I spoke with the office staff on the phone. The representative was extremely rude, impatient, and unhelpful. Speaking over me and not listening to my responses. I usually don't write negative reviews, but the front desk customer service was so aggressive that I couldn't even make it in for my appointment. Management needs to check their front office staff. First impressions matter. Unfortunate because it would have been a great option for me, it being local. Do better. *** Update (4 Stars): Bumping my review to 4 stars to acknowledge management's swift response and professional communication after my initial experience. While the front desk's impatience was unacceptable regardless of any miscommunication, management handled the follow-up well. My nervous system was def left harmed. Although Jeremiah is semi new to his career as a massage therapist, he truly understands the importance of making a difference in his clients quality of life.
