They are set up to debit your account monthly for service, in turn you get so many "credits" to be used for services. The credits are set up to "expire" after so many days. I had 21 credits and had a health issue where I was unable to use what I was paying for fast enough for them. After management expired 13 paid for credits I went in to use my remaining 8 credits. I was told that I needed to give them my credit card and pay for more credits $179 or I could not use the balance of my already paid for credits. This company is crooked and I will be reporting them to the BBB. Do not get caught up in their payment cycle. I will be contacting mall management and anyone else to get a refund of my money for the credits they did not allow me to use. read more

But unfortunately even after cancelling, signing a contract to cancel, being told the contract never got put into my account and now being told "we'll try to look for proof because our manager that helped you no longer works for us" and having to track down my Docusign and text messages from 38 days ago, I'm still told "I can't help you. I don't have access to help you with the document. The area manager isn't in. I can't take your card off file. You'll have to show them." I'm incredibly frustrated. I had communicated multiple times I'd only be signing up for three months still cancelled too late for the fourth charge and now being told "whoops you may get charged again" despite following their cancellation policy?? This business is a scam. I prepaid for packages in San Diego and then they closed all their SD locations for nonpayment of rent and told me to go to Orange County instead. I have a judgment against Marc Thomas, the owner and franchisee, who refuses to pay. Don't buy packages from this business. They'll take your money and may close their doors overnight and then Marc Thomas will taunt you to try to go after him because he sets up shell LLCs that take your money. Very disappointing experience. The place was completely empty, and I was the only person there, yet I was made to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time, even though I arrived 15 minutes early -- a total wait of 45 minutes. No wonder this place is empty. When I asked why it was taking so long, the man at the front desk responded very rudely, saying they were "waiting for clearance." Clearance for what? That's something that should be handled while the nurse is checking you in, not after you've been sitting around with no explanation. On top of that, this place is $100 more expensive than The Hydration Room, and the service was absolutely horrendous. Poor communication, poor attitude, and not worth the extra cost. As I was looking for a particular facial, I came across Restore Hyper Wellness. After speaking to one of their associates, I learned all about the beneficial options they provide. I was immediately interested in NR. Part of this service required a health clearance (which I loved). I made a same day appointment, went in and had a detailed conversation regarding several of their services I was interested in. I was pleasantly surprised by their warm welcome, when I walked through the door. Everyone was so sweet and quick to get me in. The place is beautiful inside and extremely clean. We mainly came here for the HBot sessions and ended up purchasing the monthly membership. You are provided credits that can be used for many services such as cryotherapy, IV, red infrared, sauna et al. I have done IV therapy to help boost my immunity prior to travel and the cryotherapy. The cryotherapy is just amazing and really energizes your body. I wish this location were closer by so I can do cryotherapy more frequently. And - the staff is so nice and attentive. They treat my daughter with the utmost kindness and respect. Everyone there is very nice and keep you informed with their services. It is sad to me to see how this place has a low rating on Yelp. Everything was supposed to be free and get feel for what they do. However, after my team treatment they tried charging me for every kid services. This was my first red flag that the general manager Robert and his staff work to steal money from customers. Second red flag was when the general manager Robert Lewis took a paid in full payment from me of 477 dollars and then without my authorization or knowledge put my card on file; and still was trying to charge me a monthly fee of 179 dollars. I told him just give me my money back I haven't used any credits and was told I can only get 2 months back. This is not a business we want in chino hills, don't take your kids here don't take your families here . They will lie and cheat you in a heart beat. Now I must take legal action. The compression and cryo are game changers for me. As someone who works long hours while wearing a lot of equipment. This stuff helps my body recover from the week.    The compression: The hip compression is my favorite. I haven't found another way to help my hips besides the painful ball in my hip joint, and this is the pain-free option. The leg compression is amazing on the feet if you stand up for long hours. The arm compression really helps after blasting the shoulder at the gym.    Cryo is my favorite activity. The cryo chamber sets me right. I do the cryo the day before my work week. It's my favorite day of the week, and I look forward to it. The cryo sucks mentally. It's hard; it's like the ice plunge but more intense. It kicks my body into overdrive, and my adrenaline starts pumping. Three minutes in the cryo, and I feel like a new dude. It sucks in the moment, but once I step out, my mood is better, and I feel like I accomplished something because it's hard. The biggest benefit from the cryo for me is the sleep I get the night of the cryo. I have the best sleep of the week, and it's the day before I start my work week. Very good at helping you tailor a vist...I come after workouts, and they set me up great with compression, cryo, and red light or the sauna for recovery. I've had 3 IV services as part of my membership and overall, each time has been successful, and I'm not the greatest with needles or an easy stick! Only had to be poked twice on 1 visit and have had a different RN twice. It's really sad to see some of these reviews ripping this place, especially when the common theme seems to be a lack of ability to comprehend or ask questions by the consumer, not the staff or establishment! I've seen complaints about not being able to use core service points towards IV add-ons when it clearly states that you get to choose 1 premium ingredient or 2 standard ingredients for 4 core service points! ‍ Read!!! (it's not in the fine print folks) I thank the staff for always maintaining a fun and lively atmosphere, especially on the busy days, I'm still able to get in and out in a good amount of time and feel refreshed after a visit. This place steals your money, I signed up for the 3-month membership and bought the additional supplement/vitamin package of which they don't allow you to use said credits when getting an IV. I've paid almost $1,000 and only received two IV's. I will be filing with the Better Business Bureau as well. She initially tried to cancel her membership, but they said she was one day too late, and she had to pay another $119 for services not rendered. She bit the bullet and decided to use the services and not argue. Today, she decided to use her 16 available credits after receiving the IV and the vitamin add-ons, and when she went to leave, they said she must pay $180 for additional vitamins and couldn't use her 12 available credits.
