    Getting the leg compression done.

The compression and cryo are game changers for me. As someone who works long hours while wearing a lot of equipment. This stuff helps my body recover from the week.    The compression: The hip compression is my favorite. I haven't found another way to help my hips besides the painful ball in my hip joint, and this is the pain-free option. The leg compression is amazing on the feet if you stand up for long hours. The arm compression really helps after blasting the shoulder at the gym.    Cryo is my favorite activity. The cryo chamber sets me right. I do the cryo the day before my work week. It's my favorite day of the week, and I look forward to it. The cryo sucks mentally. It's hard; it's like the ice plunge but more intense. It kicks my body into overdrive, and my adrenaline starts pumping. Three minutes in the cryo, and I feel like a new dude. It sucks in the moment, but once I step out, my mood is better, and I feel like I accomplished something because it's hard. The biggest benefit from the cryo for me is the sleep I get the night of the cryo. I have the best sleep of the week, and it's the day before I start my work week. That's worth the price of admission alone.    I recommend this place to all who read this review. This place is my personal game changer.

The benefits of the services, the impeccable and modern decor, and the quality energetic staff drew me to start using RESTORE. Getting IV's, and using the cryogenic chamber and Infrared sauna, have been a game changer for my health. I feel great, have stayed healthy throughout the winter and spring seasons, and have the energy, stamina, and drive of my 30 year old self, at 48! If you've considered it, and haven't pulled the trigger, stop waiting and sign up. RESTORE Chino Hills is the fountain of youth!

    Staffing with a Smile

I love it here! Staff is always attentive and knowledgeable. They recommend but don't push their upgrades on you. Very good at helping you tailor a vist...I come after workouts, and they set me up great with compression, cryo, and red light or the sauna for recovery. I've had 3 IV services as part of my membership and overall, each time has been successful, and I'm not the greatest with needles or an easy stick! Only had to be poked twice on 1 visit and have had a different RN twice. It's really sad to see some of these reviews ripping this place, especially when the common theme seems to be a lack of ability to comprehend or ask questions by the consumer, not the staff or establishment! I've seen complaints about not being able to use core service points towards IV add-ons when it clearly states that you get to choose 1 premium ingredient or 2 standard ingredients for 4 core service points! ‍ Read!!! (it's not in the fine print folks) I thank the staff for always maintaining a fun and lively atmosphere, especially on the busy days, I'm still able to get in and out in a good amount of time and feel refreshed after a visit. Keep up the great work, and don't let the negative stop you all from offering much needed self care for those of us who need and appreciate it

Easy parking, spotless facility, kind staff, and excellent food!…read more I'll definitely be coming back! I loved how clean and well-maintained this spa was. Even though it's on the smaller side, it's honestly one of the best Korean spas I've been to. Most of the staff spoke Mandarin, but everyone was friendly and welcoming. For only $40 (6 hr limit), I left feeling so much more relaxed. When you first arrive, you'll be given wristbands for your lockers and clothes to change into. Once you enter the gender-specific changing area, phones are not allowed. You'll also need to be completely unclothed while using the showers, jacuzzis, and steam rooms, which is standard for Korean spas. If you're not comfortable with that, you can skip those areas and head straight to the main lounge, where phones are allowed. The lounge has several heated rooms along with one cold room, making it a great place to unwind. One thing I'd ask is to please be respectful and keep your voice down since everyone is there to relax. The cafeteria was another highlight! It serves some of the best Korean food I've had at a spa. It's a little on the pricey side, but I highly recommend the seafood pancake. It was absolutely delicious, and their banchan (side dishes) were delicious. Next time, I'd love to come back and try some of the additional spa services!

I'd like to think of myself as somewhat of a spa enthusiast. A connoisseur might be a stretch, but…read morea spa lover nonetheless. The Spa Hyu has quickly earned a special place in my heart and may have officially become my new favorite Korean spa. Some of the K-spas I've loved over the years have unfortunately become overcrowded and overpriced. I booked the body scrub and massage package for $130, which includes about a 20 minute body scrub followed by a 40 minute massage. While it's certainly not the cheapest treatment out there, I think it's an excellent value for the quality of the experience. The body scrub left my skin incredibly soft, and the massage afterward was the perfect balance of therapeutic and relaxing. Another detail I really appreciated was the quality of the products they have guests to use to shower before using the amenities. It left my hair and skin feeling squeaky clean without that stripped, dry feeling. Instead, my skin felt incredibly soft afterward. If you fall in love with the products like I almost did, they're available for purchase at the front desk. One of my favorite perks is that spa admission is included with your service. Otherwise, admission is just $35, which is well worth it if you're looking to spend a few hours unwinding. The co-ed area (spa uniform required) features a restaurant, several heated therapy rooms with varying temperatures, and plenty of comfortable spaces to lounge or even take a nap between sessions. I'm a sucker for aesthetics and I love the design elements they used throughout the space. The facility overall is clean, peaceful, and well maintained, making it easy to lose track of time. Whether you're treating yourself to a service or simply enjoying the amenities for the day, it's a wonderful place to recharge.
