I'm convinced that my service provider was either very new and scared to micro needle my face thoroughly or they don't do it deep enough purposely, so you have to buy multiple $1000 sessions to see significant results. I'm sick to my stomach that I gave this business my hard earned money. I've had this service done multiple times and know what to expect during, after and weeks post. I'm here 7 weeks later to let you know, this was still the worst micro needling session I've ever had. I could've done this at home with a Mr. Pen :((( To add insult to injury, the customer service I received after I contacted them to let them know of my dissatisfaction was worse than the service itself. I'm in the service industry and to not even attempt to make things right when the customer is spending hundreds to thousands of dollars on their face is disgusting. I can not rave enough about the injectors and staff at The Things We Do in Chino Hills! My nurses were Ashley and Melissa-- they are the most gentle, attentive and professional. I came in with a few concerns of harsh lines of my nasolabial folds, my under-eyes, and a more defined jawline. I wanted to look less tired and more refreshed. My eyes have opened up and is 100% brighter. I look and feel so much more refreshed. I have never touched Botox in my 36 years of life, but when I say that I GET IT now... I absolutely get it. It smoothed out my fine lines (my 11s) and keeps me from making my frow brows when I'm focused or reading-- which I tend to do a lot naturally. My jawline is perfectly sculpted with a much better profile than I started with. I am beyond happy with my experience and treatments because it was done with thorough assessment and attentiveness. Oh my gosh, where do I begin. First off, it was hectic getting there, I live in Newport Beach, and ugh it was far, but my results are so worth it. This was my first time here getting micro-needling with PFRM with Jetzy. Damn I love her! She so thorough at explaining the entire process and what I can expect, from the first day and onwards. My results leaving the chair were just phenomenal. I have spent over $1200 on other procedures (at other places) that are more invasive like fibroblast and those results can't even compare with this one. This is only day one, but it's almost like years were taken off of my face with just one treatment. As suggested, micro needling with PFRM should be done about every 4 to 6 weeks and I will most definitely go back for another two sessions and then we can start other things that I want to work on. There aren't enough stars in Yelp to give the review that The Things We Do the review they deserve. And that is said coming from someone whose procedure did NOT go as planned. I think the measure of a business isn't when things go perfectly-right, it's when there's a problem, an unforeseen issue, because how they choose to handle it says everything about the company's ethos and true spirit. My procedure didn't go as planned, and it was not a cheap procedure. The unforeseen nature wasn't due on any part to Jetzy's experience, she is incredibly experienced (and it shows, she talked a lot about the hows and whys, which NO RN has ever been so thorough with me during an appointment, I have seen many!) there was just no way to know how my anatomy would take to it. And unfortunately, I walked out swollen and not with the result I had hoped for. I wanted to see how they would go about the "after" of that experience. Most places would shrug their shoulders and say "you signed the waiver, you knew the risks" and maybe give me some comp'd merch. I've had that happen before. Or they just don't call you back. Not TTWD. Jetzy immediately called and emailed me. She came up with a new plan. She knew what most likely went wrong. She had me send her pics of my face, and she spelled out exactly how we would go about it differently. And I was given some other procedures, that were of significant value, that fell under the umbrella of my treatment, so it was no cost to me. And those visits went perfectly, and I couldn't be more happy with those results. I live several hundred miles away from TTWD, so going for a visit is no small feat, but I wouldn't trust anyone else with my face, or procedures like threads, Microneedling or any injectable. The ethos and culture you see on their Insta page, the vibe that Vanessa Lee has created, is what you get in real life. They are absolutely client-centered. First and foremost comes the client's happiness and well being, and the desire to really address and give you the realistic results that you are looking for, and married with a deep understanding of facial anatomy and their professional advice on what would work best. I couldn't be more grateful to have been seen by Jetzy, she is THE best, most impressive and wildly talented RN I've ever seen, and the rest of the lovely staff at TTWD are thoughtful and helpful as well. I was impressed with the professionalism and knowledge I've received from the receptionist, patient care coordinator, P.A. for my skin analysis appointment, and nurse, Ashley, who performed my microneedling + PRFM treatment. A little back story, I've developed acne at a young age and over the course of many years, scarring and breakouts have been my worst enemy. After 2 kids under 2 years, my skin continued to be a daily battle leaving my face dry, dull, and red. I've had 2/3 microneedling + PRFM treatments completed and I am now seeing a drastic change! My pores have shrunk, the redness near my cheeks and t-zone are gone, and there's an evenness to my skin. I've been to both TTWD in L.A. as well as this location in Chino Hills. I've been seeing Vanessa for many years and have followed her to every location. She is the only person who I've let touch any part of my face. There was an error in my scheduling, so I was not able to see Vanessa for my most recent appointment. I was scheduled to see Jetzy. I was hesitant at first since I am so very picky and have never had anyone else place filler. Upon meeting Jetzy I knew that I made the right choice by keeping my appointment with her. She immediately put me at ease and we discussed my concerns as well as my goal. I had a little bit of migration from my filler 1+ years ago, so we opted to dissolve it and I came back in two weeks. Let me say that migration filler can happen. It is not indicative of the providers' skill or the filler itself. It can happen. I keep looking in the mirror and I LOVE the outcome. She is highly skilled and an artist, a definite diamond. She was also an aesthetician for 15+ years, so you can pick her brain about that as well. I scheduled my facial spa with Mary. They were able to get me in at 10 am on a Tuesday with less than 24 hour notice. They were very accommodating. Since I am going through IVF and need pregnancy safe products, Mary made sure that she was giving me safe products. Mary was very caring & so easy to talk to. She also gave me wonderful massages on my face, neck, upper back, and arms. It was so relaxing. I told her I needed to focus on my nose blackheads and she listened and did as much as she could. The spa is very clean and has a very pretty vibe. Lots of earth tones and pink which I loved! They also had a weighted blanket for an even better relaxation! I 100% recommend this place & will def come back when it is safe for me (pregnancy wise). I also learned that it is POC owned (Filipina owned to be specific) which is awesome!
