I've been coming The Things We Do for years now and honestly refuse to go anywhere else because of the level of care and attention they put into facial balancing and overall aesthetic care. Vanessa makes it a point to ensure every aesthetic nurse there is held to the same standards and knowledge! I live in San Diego and take the trip up every time so that's saying something! Highly recommend Jetzy and this office as a whole. Jetzy has been working on me for these last few years and is truly a gem, putting so much effort and care into informing me on every process of each procedure I've had with her over the years. From PRFM, to Sculptura and more. I've always been floored by the results! She always makes me feel comfortable, calms my nerves and answers all of my questions with ease. read more

Had such a great experience here! I have acne scars and sun damage on my face and did 2 PicoSure Pro laser treatments. This was my first time getting a laser treatment. Kim was my PA and she was so sweet and helpful throughout the whole process. She made me feel comfortable and answered any questions I had. Before each pass, she would let me know she's about to start again so that it wouldn't startle me. The numbing also helps and the pain was very minimal! Kim went over the aftercare instructions after and what to expect during the healing process, which was very short. My face was red for a few days but was back to normal shortly after! After my second treatment, I was so happy to see some improvements on my dark spots. Highly recommend booking with Kim!! read more

If you're looking for someone who truly understands facial aesthetics and values a natural refreshed look I can't recommend Jetsy enough! She is what I call my "face artist." From the very beginning she recommended and has known that I wanted to look like myself just more rejuvenated and she has always honored that. She never pushes treatments and is incredibly knowledgeable about facial aesthetics. Every recommendation she makes is thoughtful and based on what will help me achieve my goals while maintaining a natural appearance. I see her every quarter for Botox and at each appointment I let her know if there's anything that's been bothering me about my skin or face or if I have an upcoming event where I want my skin to look especially glowy and refreshed. From there I'm always open to her recommendations because I trust her completely. She always focuses on the integrity and health of my skin instead of doing more than what's needed and I truly believe that's one of the biggest reasons my skin looks the way it does today. Because of Jetzy and the Things We Do I don't ever wear makeup. The improvements she's helped me achieve have given me so much confidence in my skin that I have no desire to cover it up. I regularly receive compliments on my skin and I truly credit Jetsy for helping me get here. Not only is she incredibly talented and knowledgeable, but she's also kind, honest, and genuinely invested in helping her clients look and feel their best. The front desk girls/staff at The Things We Do are also amazing! They are incredibly friendly and welcoming which is one of the reasons I enjoy going so much. I genuinely love appointment days bc it feels like Christmas morning since I'm always so excited to see her and all the staff! If you're considering seeing Jetsy at The Things We Do I highly recommend booking an appointment with her. You won't regret it. read more

I have been coming to the things we do for over 5 years and Jetzy is such a gem. If you want natural results without the high-pressure sales pitch, Jetzy is your girl .Every visit I truly felt like catching up with a friend rather than sitting in a medical chair. She always listens to exactly what I want and she is honest with what I should expect and the steps I'll need to get there. I really appreciate people who live their passions! Highly recommend TTWD and Jetzy! read more

0 stars if I could. I'm convinced that my service provider was either very new and scared to micro needle my face thoroughly or they don't do it deep enough purposely, so you have to buy multiple $1000 sessions to see significant results. I'm sick to my stomach that I gave this business my hard earned money. I've had this service done multiple times and know what to expect during, after and weeks post. I'm here 7 weeks later to let you know, this was still the worst micro needling session I've ever had. I could've done this at home with a Mr. Pen :((( To add insult to injury, the customer service I received after I contacted them to let them know of my dissatisfaction was worse than the service itself. I'm in the service industry and to not even attempt to make things right when the customer is spending hundreds to thousands of dollars on their face is disgusting. I had time today ladies, we're in a recession and treating customers poorly after you've taken their money, speaks volumes to the business you're running. read more

I had an appointment with PA Kimberly and she is truly an amazing injector. I had PRFM done to my under eyes and the results have been incredible. I have already noticed a significant improvement in the overall skin thickness and brightness of the area. Kimberly took the time to explain the process, made me feel completely comfortable, and delivered amazing results. I will absolutely be returning and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for natural, beautiful results. read more

Wasn't happy with my botox results at all. Eyes we're left more hooded then when I started felt very heavy. Went in for my follow up and Izzy didn't try and fix it. Bad first time experience!!!! read more

I can not rave enough about the injectors and staff at The Things We Do in Chino Hills! My nurses were Ashley and Melissa-- they are the most gentle, attentive and professional. I came in with a few concerns of harsh lines of my nasolabial folds, my under-eyes, and a more defined jawline. I wanted to look less tired and more refreshed. My eyes have opened up and is 100% brighter. I look and feel so much more refreshed. I have never touched Botox in my 36 years of life, but when I say that I GET IT now... I absolutely get it. It smoothed out my fine lines (my 11s) and keeps me from making my frow brows when I'm focused or reading-- which I tend to do a lot naturally. My jawline is perfectly sculpted with a much better profile than I started with. I am beyond happy with my experience and treatments because it was done with thorough assessment and attentiveness. I highly, highly recommend to see the lovely ladies at The Things We Do- and especially to see Ashley or Melissa. They're so knowledgeable about facial anatomy and what treatments will be most beneficial for your preferred outcome. I am happy to report that I was worried I wouldn't look like myself, but I still do, just more relaxed and refreshed!! I can't wait to return in a few months for my touch ups. If you're thinking about it still-don't hesitate. This is your sign to GO and get a consultation. Thank you ladies, and see you soon! read more

Highly, highly recommend!! This is my go to med spa/facial spot and I have been going to The Things We Do for over a year now and highly recommend this place! Not only is the interior super cute and aesthetic, but the whole team here is amazing! Jetzy is my go-to and she is very knowledgeable, professional and truly listens to your needs and she also recommends products that are specific to my skin type/needs. I have seen tons of improvement in my skin texture and cannot wait for my next visit! read more

This is my first time at TTWD in Chino Hills! I got my first facial from TTWD DTLA location almost 2 years ago and decided to treat myself to a birthday facial at a location very close to home. This location is equally just as beautiful as Venice and DTLA! Immaculate vibes and customer service. The front desk staff member was so friendly and hospitable. Emma was intentional, patient, informative and kind. She really wanted to get to know my skin's history which I was taken aback by! She verbalized each step of the facial and the skincare product/ device she used. Before she started she asked what my goals were after this facial & really wanted to cater to my wishes. Today was my first visit and definitely won't be my last! Thank you Chino Hills TTWD Ringing in my 35th year GLOWING thanks to you :) read more

The only place I will ever go for injectables! This is not a cookie cutter med spa that try to sell you as many syringes as possible- they really prioritize facial balancing and enhancing your natural beauty. I was super apprehensive about getting fillers at first but Ashley made me feel very comfortable. She is truly a skilled artist! I've gotten cheek and chin filler as well as some Botox with her and it has balanced my asymmetrical face and profile so much. The front desk staff and MA's are also so kind. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to be the most natural, refreshed version of themselves! read more

My skin has made some unwanted changes due to my pregnancy (LOL thanks baby) so I figured now is the time to get a facial. This morning was my first experience receiving a facial from the wonderful Mary M.! She was so easy to talk to, very informative throughout the entire process, thoroughly and simply explained to me what ingredients were in the products she used and that it was pregnancy-safe, and made my overall experience relaxing and enjoyable!! I booked my next facial appointment as I was checking out!! Yes girl. It's worth it!!! read more

My siblings booked me a facial massage for my birthday with Mary. I was initially a bit nervous since I hadn't gotten a facial in a while due to being scarred (mentally, not physically thank goodness) from previous places. Mary put me to ease as we met and began talking - she is extremely friendly and it helps she has such a soothing voice!! She always kept me well informed of the next steps and how it would feel (e.g. cold cream, normal tingling sensation due to cream, etc.). I was most nervous for what I feel is the worst part - extractions! Mary did a great job at prepping my skin so it wouldn't be too painful. Such a great experience and I'd definitely come back. read more

I've been going to Jetsy for Botox treatments for the past two years, and every time I leave, I feel confident and completely satisfied with the results. Most recently, both Melissa and Jetsy treated me with Skinvive, and I'm already seeing amazing results! My skin feels more hydrated than ever, and I'm thrilled with how radiant and smooth it looks. As we head into the colder months, I'm excited to know my skin will continue to glow and stay hydrated for months to come. I couldn't be happier with the care and expertise I've received, and I highly recommend them both to anyone looking to elevate their skincare routine. I can't wait to go back! read more

Oh my gosh, where do I begin. First off, it was hectic getting there, I live in Newport Beach, and ugh it was far, but my results are so worth it. This was my first time here getting micro-needling with PFRM with Jetzy. Damn I love her! She so thorough at explaining the entire process and what I can expect, from the first day and onwards. My results leaving the chair were just phenomenal. I have spent over $1200 on other procedures (at other places) that are more invasive like fibroblast and those results can't even compare with this one. This is only day one, but it's almost like years were taken off of my face with just one treatment. As suggested, micro needling with PFRM should be done about every 4 to 6 weeks and I will most definitely go back for another two sessions and then we can start other things that I want to work on. Such a pleasure meeting her I am so glad I found this place through TikTok . Thank you Jetzy. read more

It's scary trying to find someone who is reputable when it comes to your face. Tried a few different places and all they are interested in is to up sell. Thank you Jetsy and everyone else there. read more

I've been coming here for a few years and was honestly scared when I first started this journey. Jetzy has made me feel so comfortable and I look younger now than I did 5 years ago. She did a miraculous job on my lips (honestly she is a wizard) giving me the most natural, hydrated look of my dreams. I cannot recommend her enough! The staff is also super friendly and I am always taken care of right away! It really is a great experience and I'm so glad I decided to invest in myself this way. This spa is just perfect. Discreet and beautiful. The staff makes you feel at ease and the end result is perfection!

I am so happy I found The Things We Do and especially Jetzy. I have gone to many other med-spas but ALL pale in comparison. Everyone who I've interacted with (on the phone or in person) is incredibly sweet and attentive. While I don't live close to this office, I will continue to make my way to see Jetzy. She is magic. She has transformed my skin in the best way possible. She is very thoughtful in her approach and will help you reach your skin related goals. I refuse to go anywhere else. Per her suggestion, we did microneedling with PRFM and I am blown away by the results. I've done microneedling before with and without PRP and was never impressed with the results. She is very talented and after 3 sessions with her, my skin is transformed. I know won't see anyone else. The entire team at the The Things We Do is amazing and I am fortunate to have found Jetzy. read more

I've received Botox from a different med spa before & it was such a different experience compared to TTWD. Today was my first time here & let me say, Stephanie Dinh is THE BEST. She is so warm, friendly & genuinely excited to meet me & hear my concerns. We went over my problem areas & she created a beauty guide for me. She didn't pressure me to do any or all of the treatments & respected what I chose. I'm so excited to see her again for my next visit. In terms of location, TTWD is next to Albertsons. It is a large parking lot so parking is not a problem. The decor is super cute & all staff members were very warm & inviting. Would definitely recommend this place for all of your self care needs! read more

Jetzy...she is such a great provider! She is super knowledgable about her craft and provided me with so much education during my consultation appointment. There aren't enough stars in Yelp to give the review that The Things We Do the review they deserve. And that is said coming from someone whose procedure did NOT go as planned. I think the measure of a business isn't when things go perfectly-right, it's when there's a problem, an unforeseen issue, because how they choose to handle it says everything about the company's ethos and true spirit. My procedure didn't go as planned, and it was not a cheap procedure. The unforeseen nature wasn't due on any part to Jetzy's experience, she is incredibly experienced (and it shows, she talked a lot about the hows and whys, which NO RN has ever been so thorough with me during an appointment, I have seen many!) there was just no way to know how my anatomy would take to it. And unfortunately, I walked out swollen and not with the result I had hoped for. I wanted to see how they would go about the "after" of that experience. Most places would shrug their shoulders and say "you signed the waiver, you knew the risks" and maybe give me some comp'd merch. I've had that happen before. Or they just don't call you back. Not TTWD. Jetzy immediately called and emailed me. She came up with a new plan. She knew what most likely went wrong. She had me send her pics of my face, and she spelled out exactly how we would go about it differently. And I was given some other procedures, that were of significant value, that fell under the umbrella of my treatment, so it was no cost to me. And those visits went perfectly, and I couldn't be more happy with those results. I live several hundred miles away from TTWD, so going for a visit is no small feat, but I wouldn't trust anyone else with my face, or procedures like threads, Microneedling or any injectable. The ethos and culture you see on their Insta page, the vibe that Vanessa Lee has created, is what you get in real life. They are absolutely client-centered. First and foremost comes the client's happiness and well being, and the desire to really address and give you the realistic results that you are looking for, and married with a deep understanding of facial anatomy and their professional advice on what would work best. I couldn't be more grateful to have been seen by Jetzy, she is THE best, most impressive and wildly talented RN I've ever seen, and the rest of the lovely staff at TTWD are thoughtful and helpful as well. I am a very happy and loyal customer, I hope Jetzy moves to the Bay and Vanessa opens a location up North :-) Run, don't walk to The Things We Do - you will wish you did it sooner! read more

Everything that Vanessa stands for is greatly seen, felt, and experienced at The Things We Do. I was impressed with the professionalism and knowledge I've received from the receptionist, patient care coordinator, P.A. for my skin analysis appointment, and nurse, Ashley, who performed my microneedling + PRFM treatment. A little back story, I've developed acne at a young age and over the course of many years, scarring and breakouts have been my worst enemy. After 2 kids under 2 years, my skin continued to be a daily battle leaving my face dry, dull, and red. I've had 2/3 microneedling + PRFM treatments completed and I am now seeing a drastic change! My pores have shrunk, the redness near my cheeks and t-zone are gone, and there's an evenness to my skin. Considering the fact that I'm chronically sleep-deprieved and just surviving from motherhood, my skin is giving me life! Skin care is an investment and it take time to see optimal results. I'm so looking forward to see my skin dewier and plumper! read more

I've been to both TTWD in L.A. as well as this location in Chino Hills. I've been seeing Vanessa for many years and have followed her to every location. She is the only person who I've let touch any part of my face. There was an error in my scheduling, so I was not able to see Vanessa for my most recent appointment. I was scheduled to see Jetzy. I was hesitant at first since I am so very picky and have never had anyone else place filler. Upon meeting Jetzy I knew that I made the right choice by keeping my appointment with her. She immediately put me at ease and we discussed my concerns as well as my goal. I had a little bit of migration from my filler 1+ years ago, so we opted to dissolve it and I came back in two weeks. Let me say that migration filler can happen. It is not indicative of the providers' skill or the filler itself. It can happen. I keep looking in the mirror and I LOVE the outcome. She is highly skilled and an artist, a definite diamond. She was also an aesthetician for 15+ years, so you can pick her brain about that as well. I love how ttwd always puts your best interest first, unlike a lot of places that would place the dollar over the well-being of the patient. OVERALL: I highly recommend Jetzy and so glad to have met her. read more
