Ani helped transform my skin!! So grateful for the quality services and for finally making the investment. To preface I have dealt with moderate cystic and hormonal acne since age 12. I've been on every medication and topical medication. I'm officially off everything and have gone with a more holistic approach with Ani! So grateful and looking forward to my continued results. Such a relaxing experience and equally beneficial for my skin health. Can finally feel confident barefaced which was something I didn't think I'd ever achieve without medication! Thank you so much Ani!! read more

My skin treatment was magical. Jocelyn was wonderful. The downfall was with Judy (owner). A product was suggested, which I purchased, and somehow because I had a reaction to it, good treatment ended. I was the criminal. Non stop interrogation about how i used the product, skin condition, etc. I understand store return policies, however, if you recommend a product, I have to try the product which now is an open product. If it burns my skin, there's a problem. It definitely is a sensitivity issue, but help fix it. Don't grill me and then send me videos of my checkout to make me feel like a criminal. I paid for my service and a very expensive product. I did not walk out of my fees. I spent too much money there to feel like a bad guy. Judy, sadly you are the cause of this issue, Not your team, and not the product. You could have handled it differently. Offered to replace the product, offered something else. Instead you chose to make me feel awful and will never step foot in your location again. And I will share my thoughts with all that ask. read more

Facelogic Spa - My lips - Skin Care Near Me - Chino Hills, California

I have been coming to Facelogic for about 4-5 months now and I am part of the monthly membership plan. It's been such a good decision on my part. I have had skin issues since I was very young- ranging from acne to issues with hyper pigmentation and scarring. Thankfully, I decided to do some thing about it this year by coming in for monthly facials. I get my facials done by Ani. Ani is really wonderful! She's very knowledgeable about the different concerns that you have about your skin and she's always ready to recommend various solutions. She's given me a lot of really great suggestions for how to care for my very oily and acne prone skin. She's also very thorough in the work that she does. Definitely be prepared for those extractions because she make sure that she gets everything out! It's so appreciated. If you have skin concerns, I recommend giving this skin care spa a chance. Both my sister and I come to see Ani, and we're so happy that we did. read more

I have attached pictures of my before and after coming here and having appointments with aesthetician Ani exclusively. January 2023 is when the first batch of photos were taken and the last 3 pictures are from yesterday, July 2023. After only 7 months and 7 monthly visits this year, my skin has cleared up and the scarring is almost gone. I used to be very insecure about my skin and would blame it on my diet or my period but it was simply poor skin products and routines. Ani directed me to a helpful line that would get rid of my active acne and reassured me that after a few months it would clear up. I was weary since I did not know if facials would even help me. They helped me more than I know. Ani is super knowledgable and kind and if you get a chance I would recommend booking your appointment with her!!!!! Her name is Ani, three letters you should be able to remember it! Now my skin is clear and I feel more confident than ever. I have Ani and the eminence skin care line to thank. I would have never foresaw these results but I am so glad I go monthly to facelogic and continue to be a member. I have only the best memories at my facial appointments as Ani is very easy to talk to and one of the sweetest people I have met in my life. Not only is my skin happier but I am as well as a result of coming here. I cannot stress the amazing results enough. Book your appointments at facelogic spa!!!! And book your appointments with Ani!!! read more

Very clean and relaxing facial spa. The staffs are wonderful and welcoming. Krystle has done my facials for years, she is Amazing!!

I've been coming to Facelogics since 2007! After I moved from the Inland Empire to south Orange County, I still come every month! It's so worth it. I've gone to all the estheticians, and each one make you feel comfortable and special! I have learned so much about taking care of my skin since I started going there. The estheticians have given me helpful tips to keep my skin looking healthy! The estheticians are very educated, and professional, but warm and caring. Their products that are sold there are also very good! Two of the products I buy are the sunblock for faces, and the exfoliation cleansing for the face. Both are excellent! I HIGHLY recommend going to Facelogics! I plan to go for life! Side note...my husband is not a complimentary guy, but he compliments me on my complexion, and always says what a great job they do! read more

I have been struggling with terrible acne for almost a year now. I had talked to dermatologist & tried countless skincare regiments. Finally, after having a friend recommended facelogic, I called & booked an appointment. What could it hurt? My esthetician is Krystle & she is amazing! She is so knowledgeable & understanding. She isn't just patient, but genuinely wants to help me. I have gone & seen her twice now & I am definitely going to continue booking with her. I am finally seeing real improvement in my skin. She got me start on an amazing skincare regiment, that doesn't hurt my skin. I'm so happy, thank you facelogic! read more

I was a client here about two years ago. I'm not one to post bad reviews unless the service really warrants a public post. After switching facial clinics and seeing the drastic change in my skin, I'm going to re-post my honest experience with Facelogic, here. I have been getting monthly facials for the past 15 years. I have excellent skin. I had never broken out after a facial until I started coming to Facelogic. Several times I broke out immediately after getting a facial here. After the last facial I had here, I immediately developed a breakout that was literally almost the size of a dime in the middle of my face, which lasted for several months. Then it left a permanent scar on my face, which I had to laser off out of my own pocket. After about two years, only now is the scar beginning to fade after many expensive treatments. I addressed my concern with Facelogic back then, and they told me it's normal to break out after a facial (no it's not). When I held them accountable, they became combative and hung up the phone in my face (hence, I am posting publicly). They tried to deny that my pimple was infected. But, I showed it to a doctor who confirmed it was infected. I've since been seeing a new facialist who is amazing, and my face looks incredible again. She doesn't damage my face the way Facelogic used to. Her products and facials leave my skin looking supple, not dull like with Facelogic. Edit: Owner just posted saying I would come in with breakouts. She's a liar. Also, she's claiming I didn't use their products; I DID use their products and have records of several purchases. In fact, I purchased their face wash (and have the receipts) which I was using every night before bed. My breakouts ONLY ever occurred after facials at Facelogic and occurred IMMEDIATELY after the facials here. The facials I had at prior clinics (before I started coming to Facelogic) never caused me adverse effects, nor did I ever break out, even though I maintained the same regimen. I do have excellent skin. It's unfortunate that I went to Facelogic and New Look Skin Center which caused damage to my face. Luckily, I'm seeing professionals now who have integrity and actually know what they're doing. FYI to the owner "Desiree," the laser that you're referring to (my review of New Look Skin center) is laser hair removal which I did on a completely different area and had nothing to do with the corrective laser I underwent to treat the damage that you caused me. Nice try. read more

I cannot recommend Facelogic more!! At the beginning of Covid my skin freaked out and I broke out so much from wearing masks everyday and I have been seeing my girl Desiree every month for a treatment and she has done wonders for my skin! We are constantly changing it up and adjusting to what my skin needs. I leave with glowing skin every time! read more

BUYER BEWARE. CONFIRM PRICING PRIOR TO SITTING IN THAT CHAIR! I was given a gift certificate to receive a facial. I made an appointment and was super excited. I arrived and filled out paperwork and started my facial. After my skin evaluation it was recommended I receive a microdermabrasion facial. I asked the price difference on the recommended facial and the gift certificate I had received. Brianna my aesthetician then proceeded to go ask the front desk the price difference. When she returned she said they were the same price so I agreed to the microdermabrasion facial. My facial was relaxing and enjoyable. Brianna did seem very knowledgeable. When my facial was finished I went to the front desk to check out and give my aesthetician a tip. The receptionist at the front desk said they had made a mistake and that it was a $65 difference in the gift certificate and the price of the micro dermabrasion. She stated she had called the manager and I had to pay the $64 difference even though she and my aesthetician both told me that my gift certificate was good for a signature spa treatment or micro dermabrasion Because they were the same service price. The receptionist openly stated she knew she made a mistake. Unfortunately I did not have the energy to argue and I agreed to pay the $64 difference as I wasn't given another choice. I run a business and I think this is bad business practice. They had the gift certificate in their possession when I checked in. They knew the amount of the gift certificate and I even confirmed they were the same pricing by the aesthetician. Initially after my facial I considered joining their membership as I did enjoy the treatment and I could benefit from a monthly facial. If it was a $5 or $10 difference I wouldn't have felt this was but $64 is a HUGE DIFFERENCE! I will not return or recommend this place to my friends or family. BUYER BEWARE. CONFIRM PRICING PRIOR TO SITTING IN THAT CHAIR! read more

I have been coming to Facelogic for over 16 years and that alone tells you how much I appreciate this place!! I was in my late 40's when I ventured in and was still having problems with oily skin and breakouts. Desiree has been my go to girl for many years and really helped me realize how important skincare is. My skin is clear, smooth and very hydrated and I'm now in my 60's. Everyone at the salon has always been so friendly and helpful. Some of them are now great friends of mine and have cared about me thru some tough times. So, definitely more than just a Salon to me! I just want to share my experience with Ani, who is the number one ectetisian for me in LA. She is one of a kind who is knowledgeable and kind. She is a pro who will make your face shine no matter what. She literally guided me on how to take care of my dry, sensitive skin. My skin would get irritated from literally everything. She was the one who treated my irritated skin and gave me instructions on how to keep it healthy and hydrated. I was pregnant when all of a sudden I got a horrible rush all over my face and neck. I asked her on Instagram what I should do, and she gave me suggestions, after which my skin was unrecognizable. Thank you, Ani, for your hard work and dedication to your profession. Nowadays, it is very hard to find people who know what they do and are passionate about what they do, and money is not the drive but their passion. You were are and always will be my go-to number one ectetisian. read more

I've never had an issue with this spa but their cancellation fee and policy is ridiculous. I've never had to cancel an apt before but I needed to do so for a medical apt I've been waiting for. They would not work with me to come on another day but was willing to move my apt on the same day for another time that I couldn't make do to other apts. they charged me $50 . I already canceled my membership and they won't even give me my credit I have from the membership. Now I'm stuck using them for the balance . Not happy at all. read more

Where do I begin, my first appt was meant to be a one and done type of self care splurge and that's all it took for me to sign up and become a member. I absolutely love and appreciate the care and service my esthetician Krystle provided. Being a stay at home, and juggling so much for the family, I didn't realize how bad my skin was. I've been coming to this spa for about a year now and I am soo happy with my skin and products. I look forward to my appointment. It's very relaxing and a slice of heaven. My favorite place to get a facial, microdermabrasion and peel is Facelogic! I have been a member for over a year and every month I come for my signature facial and I love to upgrade and get whatever special they have that month. I love this place. First of all the membership pricing so fair and completely worth it. You get a facial every month plus an upper body massage which is incredible. Members get good discounts on other services like microdermabrasions and facial peels. My esthetician is Krystal and she is amazing. She analyses me skin every time and explains what she is going to do and what type of product she is going to use. It varies every time and she completely customized it based on what your skin needs. And the macros are so thorough. She is also very careful to not overdo it with too many treatments at once and she eased my skin into more intense peeling treatments. She is also super nice and really makes me feel pampered. She even bought me a baby shower present when I told her I was pregnant! Also my skin looks amazing. Definitely recommend this spa and highly recommend Krystal. read more

It's been almost a year since my first ever Yelp review and I STILL love going to Facelogic each and every month. Krystle is still AMAZING! She makes me feel comfortable in my own skin and I look forward to my monthly appointment. She customizes my treatment based on how my skin is doing each visit. Although my facials may change each month, one thing that is consistent is how relaxed I feel after each one. Although I love Krystle, the spa itself is equally wonderful. It's clean, inviting & provides a calming effect the minute you walk in. The girls who work in the front are friendly and start the visit off right. It's truly a great experience. read more

Don't believe that facials are just for women. I had no idea what to expect, but Krystle walked me through every step of what she was doing. It felt so amazing that I fell asleep halfway through the treatment. She is a true professional that really knows her stuff. I have been treated for skin cancer multiple times, and Krystle taught me how to properly take care of my skin to reduce the sun's damage. I try to follow her directions although I admit to falling off the wagon. But back to the facial... Her massage technique was amazing - a gift she has been blessed with. She applied different types of cream during the treatment and explained the purpose of each one. You owe it to yourself to visit Face Logic. I highly recommend setting up an appointment with Krystle and letting the stress melt away. You won't be sorry. read more
