My skin treatment was magical. Jocelyn was wonderful. The downfall was with Judy (owner). A product was suggested, which I purchased, and somehow because I had a reaction to it, good treatment ended. I was the criminal. Non stop interrogation about how i used the product, skin condition, etc. I understand store return policies, however, if you recommend a product, I have to try the product which now is an open product. If it burns my skin, there's a problem. It definitely is a sensitivity issue, but help fix it. Don't grill me and then send me videos of my checkout to make me feel like a criminal. I paid for my service and a very expensive product. I did not walk out of my fees. I spent too much money there to feel like a bad guy. Judy, sadly you are the cause of this issue, Not your team, and not the product. You could have handled it differently. Offered to replace the product, offered something else. I have been coming to Facelogic for about 4-5 months now and I am part of the monthly membership plan. It's been such a good decision on my part. I have had skin issues since I was very young- ranging from acne to issues with hyper pigmentation and scarring. Thankfully, I decided to do some thing about it this year by coming in for monthly facials. I get my facials done by Ani. Ani is really wonderful! She's very knowledgeable about the different concerns that you have about your skin and she's always ready to recommend various solutions. She's given me a lot of really great suggestions for how to care for my very oily and acne prone skin. She's also very thorough in the work that she does. Definitely be prepared for those extractions because she make sure that she gets everything out! It's so appreciated. If you have skin concerns, I recommend giving this skin care spa a chance. I have attached pictures of my before and after coming here and having appointments with aesthetician Ani exclusively. January 2023 is when the first batch of photos were taken and the last 3 pictures are from yesterday, July 2023. After only 7 months and 7 monthly visits this year, my skin has cleared up and the scarring is almost gone. I used to be very insecure about my skin and would blame it on my diet or my period but it was simply poor skin products and routines. Ani directed me to a helpful line that would get rid of my active acne and reassured me that after a few months it would clear up. I was weary since I did not know if facials would even help me. I've been coming to Facelogics since 2007! After I moved from the Inland Empire to south Orange County, I still come every month! It's so worth it. I've gone to all the estheticians, and each one make you feel comfortable and special! I have learned so much about taking care of my skin since I started going there. The estheticians have given me helpful tips to keep my skin looking healthy! The estheticians are very educated, and professional, but warm and caring. Their products that are sold there are also very good! Two of the products I buy are the sunblock for faces, and the exfoliation cleansing for the face. Both are excellent! I was a client here about two years ago. I'm not one to post bad reviews unless the service really warrants a public post. After switching facial clinics and seeing the drastic change in my skin, I'm going to re-post my honest experience with Facelogic, here. I have been getting monthly facials for the past 15 years. I have excellent skin. I had never broken out after a facial until I started coming to Facelogic. Several times I broke out immediately after getting a facial here. After the last facial I had here, I immediately developed a breakout that was literally almost the size of a dime in the middle of my face, which lasted for several months. Then it left a permanent scar on my face, which I had to laser off out of my own pocket. After about two years, only now is the scar beginning to fade after many expensive treatments. I addressed my concern with Facelogic back then, and they told me it's normal to break out after a facial (no it's not). When I held them accountable, they became combative and hung up the phone in my face (hence, I am posting publicly). They tried to deny that my pimple was infected. But, I showed it to a doctor who confirmed it was infected. I've since been seeing a new facialist who is amazing, and my face looks incredible again. She doesn't damage my face the way Facelogic used to. Her products and facials leave my skin looking supple, not dull like with Facelogic. Edit: Owner just posted saying I would come in with breakouts. She's a liar. Also, she's claiming I didn't use their products; I DID use their products and have records of several purchases. In fact, I purchased their face wash (and have the receipts) which I was using every night before bed. My breakouts ONLY ever occurred after facials at Facelogic and occurred IMMEDIATELY after the facials here. The facials I had at prior clinics (before I started coming to Facelogic) never caused me adverse effects, nor did I ever break out, even though I maintained the same regimen. I do have excellent skin. It's unfortunate that I went to Facelogic and New Look Skin Center which caused damage to my face. Luckily, I'm seeing professionals now who have integrity and actually know what they're doing. FYI to the owner "Desiree," the laser that you're referring to (my review of New Look Skin center) is laser hair removal which I did on a completely different area and had nothing to do with the corrective laser I underwent to treat the damage that you caused me. BUYER BEWARE. CONFIRM PRICING PRIOR TO SITTING IN THAT CHAIR! I was given a gift certificate to receive a facial. I made an appointment and was super excited. I arrived and filled out paperwork and started my facial. After my skin evaluation it was recommended I receive a microdermabrasion facial. I asked the price difference on the recommended facial and the gift certificate I had received. Brianna my aesthetician then proceeded to go ask the front desk the price difference. When she returned she said they were the same price so I agreed to the microdermabrasion facial. My facial was relaxing and enjoyable. Brianna did seem very knowledgeable. When my facial was finished I went to the front desk to check out and give my aesthetician a tip. The receptionist at the front desk said they had made a mistake and that it was a $65 difference in the gift certificate and the price of the micro dermabrasion. She stated she had called the manager and I had to pay the $64 difference even though she and my aesthetician both told me that my gift certificate was good for a signature spa treatment or micro dermabrasion Because they were the same service price. The receptionist openly stated she knew she made a mistake. Unfortunately I did not have the energy to argue and I agreed to pay the $64 difference as I wasn't given another choice. I run a business and I think this is bad business practice. They had the gift certificate in their possession when I checked in. They knew the amount of the gift certificate and I even confirmed they were the same pricing by the aesthetician. Initially after my facial I considered joining their membership as I did enjoy the treatment and I could benefit from a monthly facial. If it was a $5 or $10 difference I wouldn't have felt this was but $64 is a HUGE DIFFERENCE! I will not return or recommend this place to my friends or family. BUYER BEWARE. She is a pro who will make your face shine no matter what. She literally guided me on how to take care of my dry, sensitive skin. My skin would get irritated from literally everything. I've never had an issue with this spa but their cancellation fee and policy is ridiculous. I've never had to cancel an apt before but I needed to do so for a medical apt I've been waiting for. They would not work with me to come on another day but was willing to move my apt on the same day for another time that I couldn't make do to other apts. they charged me $50 . I already canceled my membership and they won't even give me my credit I have from the membership. Now I'm stuck using them for the balance . Not happy at all. read more

I love this place. First of all the membership pricing so fair and completely worth it. You get a facial every month plus an upper body massage which is incredible. Members get good discounts on other services like microdermabrasions and facial peels. My esthetician is Krystal and she is amazing. She analyses me skin every time and explains what she is going to do and what type of product she is going to use. It varies every time and she completely customized it based on what your skin needs. And the macros are so thorough. She is also very careful to not overdo it with too many treatments at once and she eased my skin into more intense peeling treatments. Don't believe that facials are just for women. I had no idea what to expect, but Krystle walked me through every step of what she was doing. It felt so amazing that I fell asleep halfway through the treatment. She is a true professional that really knows her stuff. I have been treated for skin cancer multiple times, and Krystle taught me how to properly take care of my skin to reduce the sun's damage. I try to follow her directions although I admit to falling off the wagon. But back to the facial... Her massage technique was amazing - a gift she has been blessed with.
