I am so grateful for my P.A, Barbara Santa Cruz, Who has been caring for me for several years. She has always given me wonderful advice and encouraged me to make healthy choices and take good care of myself. I truly believe that with God's help and through her guidance and care, I am healthy and doing well today. I thank God for blessing me with such a caring and dedicated provider. I am truly grateful to her! read more

From front desk staff acknowledging you as you arrive,to medical assistant who listens and takes your vitals. Places you in room and puts on a beautiful ocean scene on the computer screen as you wait. Dr.Gupta is always ready to listen, she gives great feedback and is very passionate about my care,im sure shes this way with her other clients, but she creates a unhurried, caring relationship in the few minutes she spends. You dont feel like your just a number or on a time frame at your visit. Thank you for hearing and caring about me read more

I had an appointment with Dr. Gupta and I was very pleased. Dr. Gupta listened to all my concerns, answered all my questions, was thorough and kind. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor that truly cares. read more

I switched providers this year to this office and had my first appointment with N.P. Heidi Larson! What a kind, caring and knowledgeable N.P.! I felt her compassion towards me right away! She listened to all of my concerns, gave me suggestions and orders for preventive testing that were becoming due! I never felt rushed but genuinely cared for! I'm so glad I switched providers this year and will continue to see her as I go into my Medicare years. I feel confident that she will look out for my health!! Thank you Heidi Larson! read more

We've been going here for years, and even though I'm hardly there, Dr Singh ALWAYS remembers me. He said "I know if you're in here something's wrong bc you don't complain." Everyone is always amazing, Heidi is also extremely knowledgeable with health & fitness. Hilda is incredibly sweet & warming, and incredible at making you feel validated. I never feel rushed in an appointment either. read more

I've been with Rancho Wellness for years. Heidi was my primary care provider. I reached out in severe pain and explained I left urgent care due to having severe abdominal pain and I'm in between the process of seeing specialist and getting imaging done to get to the bottom of whats going on and explained I had cyst on my ovary. Which was also causing immense pain during my menstrual cycle. I got a call back from the receptionist saying Heidi wouldn't prescribe anything outside of an Tylenol or ibuprofen which I was already taking 800-1000mg of. It was very careless and incredibly disappointing especially being with Heidi for years and her being fully aware of my situation of past miscarriages. I was shown no compassion at all. I ended up in the ER and had to pay for that on top of urgent care visit all due to lack of care from my primary doctor and of this establishment. I will be finding a new primary and highly do not recommend read more

I'm glad I chose Rancho Wellness as my new Primary Physicians . My first visit was in their Upland location as they were able to squeeze me in there . I saw Heidi who was fabulous and very thorough and professional . She answered all my questions without rushing through the visit. My second visit was in the Rancho office I called in the morning requesting an appointment that day and they were able to accommodate with Barbara PA-C . The wait time was very short ! She was amazing . Explained everything showed me diagrams with great explanations demonstrated exercises I could do for a particular pain . She was kind and caring and also never rushed me . In addition I was sent over to X-ray at San Antonio Medical facility which was equally as outstanding . I couldn't have asked for better care ! Highly recommend this group . read more

I switched doctors because I heard how attentive Rancho Wellness is when you needed something. I called them to see if I could get a prescription before leaving town for a cold and flu I was coming down with. They said they could not see me for at least two days and said I should go to the urgent care. I tood them I wasn't leaving for 2 days and a virtual appointment is ok if they can't see me in the office. They still said they can't see me. Makes me second guessing switching doctors. Maybe because I'm a new patient it's just not a priority. read more

It's hard to see an actual doctor now. Just PAs. You won't get to a room until over an hour after your appointment time, even when the waiting room is empty. They lost their personal approach. Dr. Singh used to be amazing. read more

I am beyond disappointed. I have PPO insurance and I have never had a front desk employee tell me I need to find out myself if my insurance can be taken at a doctor's office. My insurance can be taken anywhere in the world but suddenly this location is making me do the leg work to get verified? Don't waste your time here. Bad attitude all around. read more

This is the most well run office I've ever seen. My past experience has been in administration of large practices as well as teaching medical in junior college. During. This time it is very difficult to find excellent doctors and staff. This practice is exceptional read more

Dr. Ravinder Singh is an amazing Doctor. He is very much in tune with seniors health needs. He is patiently listened to my needs and provided support. read more

This practice is OK. Not amazing. Not terrible. Just OK. I've been several times now, as has my husband. We have never met the doctor; only the PA (Barbara Santa Cruz). She can be impatient and can come off rude. She doesn't want to take the time to listen or answer questions. This is based off at least 3 visits. The last time she kept standing up to walk out, while I was still trying to ask additional questions. Remember - she is a PA NOT a doctor. Yet the doctor's signature was on some of my forms (although I suspect the doctor doesn't even know us as new patients even exist). The furniture is a bit worn but whatever. The waiting room is spacious in case you are wondering about social distancing or room for wheelchairs. I intentionally have a PPO so I don't need to be held hostage for referrals. read more

Wonderful office staff and doctors. New to this office and so far very happy with the change.

Amazing doctors and staff. They care about your health. Good follow up. Very thorough.

This office is the highly recommended. The staff are very helpful, courtesy, and friendly. I would give them ten out of ten. The doctors and very professional and treats you right. Thanks for your help read more

It practically takes an act of Congress to get an appointment . I like that they have a dedicated senior line, but honestly, I'm very disappointed in how long it takes to get an appointment. read more

Let me start off by saying this negative review has nothing to do with the doctors or the treatment by them. This has everything to do with their new scheduling policy. Been coming here for years without any problems (or missed appointments) Called to schedule a yearly check up to be told they charge 25 dollars just to book an appointment. The 25 dollars is refunded or put towards your copay. But why should I be out my money for several months due to you not being able to schedule me sooner. If no shows are a problem. Charge the people not showing up, instead of every patient you have getting punished for this behavior. read more

The front desk was rude and arrogant. She said the earliest appointment will be end of December. But, their website shows "Same-day and next-day appointments often available" And, she said I must pay $25 copay when I made appointment on the phone. I asked if I can pay $25 when I get to the clinic by the end of December. She said no. Ridiculous! I don't care about $25, but I do care if this clinic is professional. Their website and reviews are so fake! read more

Rancho Wellness - Same-day and next-day appointments often available - Family Practice Near Me - Rancho Cucamonga, California

There is absolutely no way a doctor or any other professional wrote this rude reply or any of the other awful reply's given to people who have posted negative yelp reviews in the past As i stated on my initial review, I assisted my "grown" son because there's no way he or anyone else with limited time can ever speak to a live person without having to waiting over 15 or 20 mins. If you were in fact were able to contact my son today, i hope you corrected the error your office has been making with his prescription and finally prescribed him the correct medication. It is truly unfortunate the whoever is writing these review replies does not care about the reputation of the medical center read more

After seeing 4.5 stars reviews on a family practice in Rancho, I called an made a same day appointment with them. I was sent to their upland office and was seen by a super nice PA name Heidi. She did very throughout checkups on me and also explained my conditions to me patiently. I was very happy that I found a nice family practice office near home. read more

Been seeing them for years. They are amazing. The entire staff is always so kind, warm, and welcoming.

I have been a patient of Rancho Wellness for years now. My PA is Barbara Santa Cruz and I feel like I have won the Powerball having Barbara as my Primary Care PA, because she knows her stuff and is incredible knowledgeable, has great common sense and has awesome 'bed-side' manners. But honestly, the entire Rancho Office, that's the only one I visit, is awesome. Very professional and caring and great follow-thru if you need anything. Thank you! read more

Dr. Hilda is exceptional. Under her care, I was treated with so much kindness and validation towards my concern and symptoms. She highly knowledgeable and prescribed me the correct medication that targeted the issue and now, I am 100 healed! read more

We are switching immediately...when we needed them the most, they could not have cared less. The lady at the desk was rude and showed no empathy for our situation. read more

Barbara Santa Cruz is by far the most unprofessional doctor I've ever seen. Condescending, rude, and spoke to me with a feeling of patronizing superiority. Zero compassion. She also insisted on prescribing me antidepressants despite the fact that I came in to see her about something completely unrelated and never discussed any desire to be put on them. I mentioned a possible issue I was having with my kidney and she immediately brushed it off saying it was just back pain. Instead of focusing on my concerns, she said whatever was convenient and would quickly get me out of her office. I'm only giving this place one star because I have to in order to leave a review. Honestly, I would give it zero stars if I could. read more

All I wanted to do was make an appointment. Over a week ago I sent in an appointment request through their website and have received no response at all so I attempt to call and tell the Front Desk Monique that I did that and wanted to make an appointment, but then she hung up on me. All I said was that I wanted to book an appointment? I've been trying to get through on the phone for 20 minutes with no success. All I wanted to do was make an appointment. read more

I'm a new patient at this practice and as everyone says Dr Singh is great, knowledgeable and caring, both my husband and I are very happy about the service. But, I have to say Dr Barbara is incredible, she is by far the best best doctor I have seen in my life. I have lingering cough for the past 5 month and I have been taking allergy medication resulting in dry throat. Dr Barbara suspected of Asthma and tested me for it and prescribed Asthma medication for me. Right away my cough stopped, and no more dry throat, no need to take any allergy medication anymore AND ALSO it resolved a problem I have been suffering for the past 6 years. For unknown reasons I have mucus in my throat and I have tried many medications, saw specialist many times, changed diet, no eating after 6pm... finally gave up looking for solutions and voila the asthma medication cleared my throat. I couldn't believe it, I'm finally able to sleep at night without the feeling of drowning in my own saliva and avoiding pizza and all milk products. I'm looking forward for my follow up visit to check if I should continue with the Asthma medication. Anyway, I'm so grateful she tested me for Asthma. I always cough for many month after a flu and no doctor ever tested me for Asthma before. I'm so so grateful and so so happy I got to see her on my visit. read more

I hate this place, time to find a new doctor. I called at 4:40 to make an appointment (they close at 5) and the recording said I was 3rd, then a minute later 2nd and then "next" after only 2-3 minutes. so...they left me on hold and hung up on me at 4:53. good thing I don't need to do something important like, I don't know, see a doctor. Good job, office staff. I hate this place. Bye. read more

I've been a patient at Rancho Wellness for awhile now. Very professional staff the girls are all very caring , the Doctor's are all very honest and truly sincere with their service. Thanks Rancho Wellness read more

First, I truly wanted to like this place, mainly for the location was close to home, nice atmosphere, insurance biller was pretty good, so I brought the whole clan. They were good with my teens. But, I had some trouble with their doctors and PAs competence. My husband was first to notice my degree of drowsiness went from occasional to taking short naps at my gym's parking lot right after work, when he checked on me. I literally needed extra sleep on shopping trips. After $$$$ spent on diagnostics, several medical exams and interpretations leading to "wait and see approach" that obviously didn't work, I felt like my care was going in circles. Hearing that my diet was only to blame for the high calcium levels for years, and my condition was getting worse, I took matters into my own hands and googled high PTH came up parathyroid issues. Certain diagnostics incl. a certain blood test, led me to question why wasn't it ordered. who knows. But UCLA had a specialist right away who diagnosed me and saw my tumor without a scan and wondered how docs missed It. Fast forward, my husband took me in for my surgery. Afterwards, I felt better, no more strange cold. achy bones, kidney issues and tiredness read more

I have seen PA Barbara Santa Cruz for the last year or so. She is one of the most caring , thorough , thoughtful medical professionals I have ever met. She has an excellent bedside manner and is easy to engage with with and open up to. She gives you all the time that you need to fully address any issues that you have and explains in detail exactly what is going on. I would highly recommend her. read more

The staff here is the worst and rudest I've ever come across. Stay far far away. If Dr Singh cares about his practice or patients, he would fire all the receptionists and Office Managers. read more

Great patient care. Dr and PA are very knowledgeable. Takes a bit to get an appointment, but with it.

Been seeing Barbara Santa Cruz for 4 years now. Absolutely love her. She's compassionate and empathetic. Very attentive and is concerned about you as a whole person not just the issue you think you have. And she's thorough. No problem here with getting orders for various tests. Some places do routine lipid panel/ etc. She went beyond the "standard" and found an issue. My husband and I both see her, will continue to and the front office staff is AWESOME! read more

This place is unbelievable a few weeks ago I call and say my back hurts and they say no problem call me in the morning I can do a same day appointment. I call today because I'm actually sick and she puts me on hold and comes back and says sorry we're booked for the week and we don't see sick patients in person. Why are you a doctor if you don't see sick patients. Then they wanna try this virtual appt and make you wait a hour and no one even answers and then when they do they say oh ya no problem let me prescribe you something for that. Even tho they have no idea what it is.. just mind blown.. stay away from this place read more

In my experience no office staff is perfect but Rancho Wellness has met our family needs for the past 5+ years and I appreciate the help and hard work that has been done to keep our family healthy. Dr. Singh is quite busy so don't get to see him as often as we would like but if you do get the chance to, he rocks at bedside manners and educating his patients. Heidi is super knowledgeable and so kind as well. read more
