Dr. Sandra Fotce Obrowski is an outstanding physician who genuinely cares about patients and takes the time to listen, explain treatment options, and provide thoughtful, professional care. Every appointment I've had with the doctor has been positive, and I have complete confidence in their medical expertise and commitment to patient well-being. It's clear that patient care is a top priority for the doctor. Unfortunately, the experience is consistently diminished by the office staff. Communication is often poor, phone calls go unanswered or unreturned, and scheduling issues seem to be a recurring problem. While the doctor deserves high praise, the front office staff could benefit from significant improvements in professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service. Doctor Sandra has been my MD for over 20 years. I was out of state for 2 years. I had some concerns with some diagnosis from another doctor. Dr Force told me to get a test from my local hospital for the level of my potassium. Thank god I did and my test showed the opposite of what the other doctor said. She had potentially saved my life. I'd give this practice negative zero stars if I could. One of the most unprofessional, disorganized shit shows I have ever been too. The office staff is a total joke. The two arrogant girls in the front are rude and illiterate. They act like they run the show there but can't run shit. You can't get a straight answer from either one of them regarding anything. They don't return calls. They screw up basically everything. Dr Obrowski is a total joke. Doesn't know what she's doing half the time, doesn't return calls, completely disorganized. Has zero control of her staff. Wait times are a joke for everything. Got an appointment at 9? Best believe you'll be there for over an hour waiting. Need a referral for a specialist? Good luck with that. Nickel and dimes you for any sort of form...need a dr note for school or work? That'll cost you $10. Need a medical form filled out for the DMV? That'll cost you $15. This is the worse practice i have ever been too. When u have to wait a month for a call back about insurance authorization on a medication they prescribed.you tell me how important it is but i run out of the sample and still no call back. No updates. I also came in today and getting the same old run around. I canceled everything. I will never be back. Ill take my chances. And the receptionist have the worse customer service skills. This review is solely based on their aesthetics part of the practice. I was so happy to find out they provide the Evolve by Inmode machine. This is a high grade machine that helps tighten, trim, and tone parts of your body. Many cosmetic doctors carry it in Los Angeles or maybe OC but not in the IE. The nurse Joann who has been providing these treatments to me is super nice and the staff is very welcoming. Excited to try different procedures with the doctor and nurses. read more

Unprofessional and lazy staff. I went to the Dr. Force-Obrowski because I needed a prescription for a CPAP machine. Gave them the sleep study and got a call back from a clerk on Friday saying my insurance approved it and I would get the CPAP next week. I didn't get the CPAP. I called on Friday to check in. The lady I spoke with gave me the number for Apria. I called Apria. They got the authorization but not the prescription. They called my doctor's office to request the prescription on Monday. I called the doctor's office. She said they sent it but would do it again. And she said she never said the CPAP would come this week, lying to me. She also didn't get the request on Monday. Couple of hours later, I call Apria again to see if they have received it. They didn't. I call back my doctor's office to say they didn't and give her the correct fax number. She says she'll fax it right away. I call Apria an 70 minutes later. They never got it. I call the office. She said she just sent it 20 minutes ago. I tell them I'll pick up the prescription and drop it off. When I drop it off at Apria, they said they never got anything from the office. WHY THE HELL IS IT MY JOB TO DO THEIR JOB? I'M SO ANGRY, CALL APRIA YOURSELF AND DO YOUR JOB. DON'T EXPECT THESE STAFF TO CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH, THEY'RE LAZY AND INCOMPETENT. read more

Worse family doctor I have ever had, they charge way to much and never seems to help you with your issues and I got bills from this doctors office for phone appointment I never had for a depression study and I have never been depressed or on any medication or done any studies or claims like this. When I called the office about the bill I told them she has her patients mixed up this was not me I was at work both those days and never take phone appointment at work for doctors and have always done my doctors appts on Saturday's when they are open and they just kept saying over and over the Doctor said it was me. Oh and then I get a letter in the mail after I told them I was not paying this Bill it was not me and if it ended up on my credit report I would sue them and report her to the board they informed me in the letter that they are canceling my future appointments. Little did they know I have already gotten a new Doctor since apparently this Doctor can't keep her patients straight of who is doing what and what there issues are. Please people don't waste your time and money with this Doctor and her office they are a joke! read more

Doesn't know and find time to double check insurance coverage of patients but still arrogant to argue with what she claims is right. Wait time is so long even if you made an appointment months before. Will definitely change provider because of this unfriendly staff. read more

In had an appointment with the doctor scheduled for 8:30am and sat in the room until about 9:15, at which point I went to the front desk to ask when would I be seen. I stood there while the front desk staff ignored my existence until I said, "um excuse me"... Then they turned around and I asked what time would I be seen, "oh we have been trying to get in contact with her, she said she overslept"... "Okay, when will she be here?", Their response was that she was around the corner, needless to say, I'm still waiting! Then I asked them at what point was someone going to come in and at least say something... They just sat there looking dumbfounded. read more

If I could give this doctor 0 stars I would because 1 star is still to many for the complete and utter disrespect towards their patients shown by her. I waited in the office for 45 minutes before I was called in for my appointment. Once I was called back, I waited an additional 35 minutes. After the doctor came in she asked what was wrong and I explained my symptoms to which she responded with "let's jut put you on antibiotics and see if that works." This made no sense because I had just given a urine sample. Why would I need to give a sample if the doctor was just going to put me on antibiotics without getting my results. It has been 6 days since I had my appointment and I still have not been given my results yet. I was told that I would get a call within 48 hours and I still can't get an answer from this doctor. I have called 3 times a day for the past 3 days. Each time the receptionist tells me she is sorry but the doctor is too busy to read my results. I have been sitting here in discomfort for 6 days because the doctor is "too busy" to read my results. I recommend anyone that has this doctor switches to someone who has time for their patients. read more

Terrible Horrible Employees/Nurses/Staff at this office. It's like she went and got day laborers from the Chola institute at Devry. Rude receptionists. Incompitent employees can't schedule properly or even take your blood pressure. Wait is always over an hour per person, even with an appointment. Five years later I am still satisfied with Dr. Force-Obrowski as my primary care physician. My one dissatisfaction is with communication between office staff and doctor and their leaving the phone on the service after arriving at the office and up to 3 hours at lunchtime . I have been a patient for approximately 5 years. Staff that answers phone is rude....that is when you can get someone to answer phone! Always on exchange phones are forwarded to exchange and lunches are on exchange until 2-3 in afternoon. Calls NEVER returned. Pharmacy refill for my thyroid medication takes 2-3 weeks and that is only several phone calls by me. Not like I have a spare thyroid laying around. I usually have had good relationship with physician, however, called exchange with medical situation and was assured doctor would call me after she was done with clinic and I never heard from her....Time to look for another physician...VERY Disappointed in patient care in this office. If I could give less than one star, I would. This place is a joke. Every appointment, I've waited in the room for almost an hour. I was notified by a nurse, that my lab results were in and there was cause for concern. A month later (they couldn't get an appointment sooner than that), I was told my results were perfect and I was in great health. After stating I had tested positive for pregnancy on two home tests, I asked if they tested to be sure. Was told no, that they'd test and be right back. 20 minues later, nothing... Went out to get information on an OB for prenatal care and was told I wasn't pregnant. No bedside manner. Then was told that I didn't need the OB's information, since I wasn't pregnant (mind you, my urine had been sitting out for over an hour, if they even tested MINE). Then they thought "what the heck, let's send you to the lab for blood to make sure" and was told I'd have the results back next day. My appointment was on a Thursday. I called for the results Friday and got nothing but "it wasn't ordered stat, so it can take a couple of days". Called back Tuesday because Monday was a holiday and was put on hold not once, but twice to be told, my results were in but the doctor doesn't have time to view them today so I might know them tomorrow. I stuck with this office because I had a doctor there that left, and I loved her. She was AMAZING. Now, I'm beginning to see why she left this facility. They make me ANGRY! read more

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Force for about a 2 years now. The first thing I noticed is how extremely rude her staff is. They use an answering service that NEVER seems to give them the messages because I never receive call backs (still waiting to hear back from when I had shingles back in December). Today I received a call that my appt had to be moved due to Dr. Force being out the Saturday that I am scheduled, the next Saturday appt is in July (it's May now) because her June Saturday appts have already been booked. Stay very, very far away from this doctor and her associate Dr. Leoni. This isn't the first time we have had problems with this office. This recent situation has made our decision to find another doctor. Today, Wednesday, I called trying to make an appointment for my fiance' for Friday afternoon. I told the receptionist that my fiance' is away on business and would be returning on Friday. I told her that he is having chest pain and wanted to come in when he arrives. She tried getting me in on Thursday morning (did she not hear what I had just said???) when I told her he couldn't come in until Friday she said that the doctor couldn't see him until next week Tuesday!!! I waited 60 days for an appointment but getting thru to someone to make that appointment was unbelievably difficult . On some days the staff simply doesn't answer the phone during office hours. On several different occasions I called repeatedly throughout the day with no answer at all and once someone did answer they answered and immediately put me on hold or they spoke so fast that I couldn't understand 1 word that they said before placing me on hold This even happened more than once and even happened the day prior to my appointment when I inquired about cancellations. If this Dr. REALLY cares about her practice she should call her own office anonymously sometimes and see what happens. I love this Doctor. I am new to the IE and searched for awhile before I found her. After trying two other Doctors I was not happy with, Dr O was such a relief to find. I was impressed with how much time she spent with me and she asked questions no other doctor has. Deducted one star for their poor phone system; Sometimes there is no answer, sometimes a answering machine and other times a service. Also, I have called before and got a digital voice 'saying the person at this number is not available'. While this has merited a one star deduction, the care is so good, I am willing to overlook this. I am always able to reach them eventually, just a huge hassle to need to keep at it. read more

Staff is nice but I never heard of a primary physician office that doesn't do vaccines for their patients .... When that is one the the requirements for HMO insurance. And even with an appointment be prepared to wait at least 30 mins to 45 mins ..... Even if it's just for something simple like getting prescription. read more

We have been going to this doctors office for 6 years and absolutely love the service we get. Yes it does sometimes take a little time to get the doctor you want, and might have to wait a while in the waiting room, but doesn't that prove the point of how good they are? I personally have never waited over an hour. Bottom line is, fantastic doctors, fantastic staff, couldn't be happier. If your only health care concern is time, try Kaiser, and pray, you'll need it. read more

The only reason I didn't give this one star was because I do like both doctors however the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. They constantly make you wait past your appointment time. Last visit I waited over an hour past my appointment time. The staff is so rude they always seem to be huddled together gossiping. I've been going to see Dr. Force Obrowski for years, since she started in Pomona. When her practice moved to RC I stayed with her. I get migraines, and she is the best doctor I've ever had in treating them and figuring out ways to reduce their occurrence. She taught me to keep a diary about my migraines in order to determine what triggers (such as certain foods) them and thus to avoid the headache before it can happen. She is a wonderful, caring doctor. Because she is so good, many people want to go to her, and appointments fill up quickly. I recommend her often to my friends, especially to those who have health issues their doctors are having trouble diagnosing. read more

I Have been a patient of Dr. Force -Obrowski and Dr. Shelton for several years now. And the entire time I have been a patient I have waited in there lobby for over 2 hours( they will trick you and get your weight and blood pressure ) and quickly send you back to the lobby and wait another hour until they call your name, making the entire process of seeing your doctor a 3-4 hour process ( i am not making this up ) this doctors office is ridiculous. Several occasions i have complained to the doctors and they blame the front desk the front desk blames the doctors and spoke to Lisa Munoz the office manager well she ....she has stated they are working to make the office better ( however I am looking at Yelp and these complaints have been ongoing for several years ) please anyone that is a patient of DR.SHELTON AND OR DR FORCE-OBROWSKI.....let me do you a favor find another Doctors office...
