the service was itself was a zero rating. I wanted to get eyelash extensions removed and waited for about 20 mins then the lady came over and had me continue to sit in the chair !!! Not a lash bed a regular chair She told me to continue to sit down with remover on eyelids for 15 mins!!! It only takes 2-5 mins to remove My eyelids were staring to burn and I had to tell her it's done. She walked over with an attitude and told me they burn because you opened your eyes! Now why would I do that ? She wiped them off with some stick which I don't even know was clean or if it had been cleaned. And run water on eyelids. If you just need a pedicure I would highly recommend. They were so quick, my mani pedi only took an hour. Pedicure experience was so good I could kiss them. I got the silver package & I loved it However, got a full set acrylic manicure & I have so many cuts, my cuticles & nail beds are on fire. Don't know where to star, paid over $100 for some shitty work. To star off with my toes, I came with the same shape and even nails on all my toes all I asked was for the lady to leave them the same shape and length. She DIDN'T and when I asked her to please at least even out my left big toe she walked away. Then the way she paint them as you can see was horrible. At some point one of the girls who was doing it hurt me at which point I did say WTF out loud and her response was while giggling "oh I hurt you?" Then my full set acrylic all I wanted was an ombré with powder was told they didn't do it or better yet she didn't know (the girls doing my nails was a younger female) when asked once again about the shape because the nail had been glued so crooked the way she removed it was by literally pulling it off my damn nail when asked how do they remove them her answer was "this way" I damn well know that's not the appropriate way as I've had my nails removed on the past never by them pulling them off with another nail shape was horrible not oil used nor did she bother cleaning up the extra acrylic. Disappointed with my visit today. This always my go to place. Never go in the evening because they rush thru their service. Got the Spa Pedicure and got the basic one. All that was done was soaked my feet, scrubbed my feet n polish. I was jipped of the rest of the service. Not even a massage I got n really that's what make a pedicure amazing. Came here because I was in a rush and I thought I was lucky to have found a nail salon with no wait time. That should have been my red flag. I got a pedicure which wasn't great but decent and a gel manicure. My nails look like my little sister painted them but yet I paid professional pricing for this. They pretend to cut my cuticles but clearly they didn't. They just painted over the cuticle and didn't even shape my nails evenly and a couple of them look like they will lift by tomorrow. However the next day after I washed my hair I noticed that the gel had lifted. So I went back the next day and they fixed my thumb nails and once again I was happy ( and the nail tech told me to return in 2 weeks and she'll do them for a cheaper price ). I went to this location for the first time because I just wanted a quick and easy gel polish and it was very close to home. I called prior to driving to the shop and they let me know they could take me right now which was great. Upon arrival, I had to enter through the back door since the front of the business is "Closed". I was pleased that they could get me right in. There were only 2 customers on the pedicure chairs getting serviced at the moment and 3 technicians. I sat for about 10 minutes before they could get to my nails which was fine and not a big deal for me. The technician doing my nails seemed like she wanted to rush through my nails so she could continue working on a manicure that she was already doing on a customer in the pedicure chair. The customer even had the audacity to say to the technician "Hey you're going to finish my manicure right?". I think they could avoid rushed services during COVID restrictions if they had the appropriate number of technicians for services, or don't tell people that call over the phone to just come on in. I didn't really like the application of the gel that was put on my nails, it looked blotchy and she kept applying gel onto 2 nails at a time and then telling me to put my hand into the UV light, which I thought was just weird. My main reason for this review and being that I'm only rating it 1 star is because while I was getting my manicure done, one of the nail technicians went into the restroom (mind you I was sitting at a table right close to the restroom and it was very quiet in the shop), did her business, I heard the toilet flush, and she walked right out. Meaning she did not wash her hands! That really made me disgusted and not want to ever come back here. We are in a pandemic where everyone needs to wash there hands properly and keep up with cleanliness and this facility clearly doesn't do that or probably doesn't care. My first set here was really nice and a good price. My fill cost more than my first set did and was ok quality. Now, my third set was horrible. I had one nail break within 24 hours. They fixed it for free. By the 5th day, 4 had broken off. I'm now on day 8 and only have one intact. And, I paid $60 for this set. All my nails were really thin and could bend easily. Tammy is really nice and good at what she does but she's usually in a different salon. They usually only have 3 people working at a time so there's always a 20 minute+ wait. 2 stars because the location is really nice and clean. read more

Horrible place. They applied the acrylic uneven, the shape was off and they gave me a complete different design than the picture I showed them. The colors were off and the lady was rude, she was so busy chatting she ended up cutting me, when she asked me to chose the color for my design, she said "just pick whatever, okay?" Because I was taking my time to make sure it was the right shade, no idea why she was rushing me when I was the only customer there and it was still 2 hours until closing. After she realized that she didn't do my design correctly, she offered me "a 5 dollar discount", my total still came out to $70 so no idea if they even applied it because my total should have Been $65. I still gave a tip and even then the guy that charged me made a face and asked if that was it. Never coming here again, I do however recommend Utopia Nails from across the street. read more
