Worst experience of my life. The gentleman that did my nails did a horrible job! I wanted to try a new place I asked for long and I got a lot of different sizes and shapes, chunky ugly nails. The owner tried to "fix" them and I still didn't like them. She was extremely rude and unprofessional and got really loud. I kept expressing I didn't like them and the thumbs hurt of how thick they are and I have acrylic all over my fingers. She wanted to charge me $50 then $45 and then didn't charge me which it's fine because I'm going to have to pay for a new set and getting these removed. Definitely not coming back read more

My sister and I went to get a pedicure and manicure together. The toes were fine but my sister got acrylic nails and they were HORRIBLE. The nails were all different sizes, super chunky, and very uneven. My sister expressed MULTIPLE times during the process that she didn't like her nails and wanted him to fix them and he didn't. Eventually she told the owner calmly just to be met with even more rudeness. She "fixed" them by just painting over them and saying "it's fixed" when it wasn't doing anything. The owner and the man there are extremely rude, very unprofessional, and their work was terrible. DO NOT COME HERE!!! read more

I came in on a Sunday afternoon. I waited about 45minutes before I was serviced. I got a gel manicure that was pretty well done. The place looked a little cluttered but overall clean. I think I will be coming back and next time make an appointment ahead of time. read more

Sooo I will start off by saying I was very skeptical about going to this place. I have been going to my nail shop for 10 years. During COVID they are not opening their doors a family Member said to try out Rialto Tech. She used to go there and Delaney is great.. I hesitated and finally decided to just call. I got an appointment for 11 with Delaney. I was already getting upset bc she said all the girls are good and will take of me. I specifically asked for her. Oh well I'm already here. So I sat down with Kim and Natalie. To my surprise they were both GREAT! Kim did my Pedicure and I had 2 in grown nails that hurt like a mutha. She was so gentle and I am not sore at all. I've been a loyal customer since 2009. The lady(works Tuesday through Sunday) who specializes in waxing eyebrows does a great job on me. They have reasonable prices on all their services and the quality is above average. I've gotten my manicure and pedicure done here also and never had complaints. Pros: Open 7 days a week. Saturday they're open till 7pm. Great pricing. Good quality. Cons: It's located in a not so safe neighborhood that border lines Rialto, San Bernardino, and Colton. Sometimes the low pricing and location attracts some negative and obnoxious people. Quite often, many customers don't tip, and if they do, it's minimal. read more

i have never done this before, but i think it's worth letting people know so everyone can avoid this place! over a year ago, i came to this place for the first time. i had a gel x set on, and i asked one of the ladies for a soak off. it was pretty busy that day, since it was around the holidays. i guess they didn't have time to soak them, and the lady grabbed a nail clipper and ripped off my set. i was CRYING, and i pulled my hands a couple of times because it was hurting super super bad and she just slapped my hands. i was bleeding and crying, but i'm too shy to say something so i just sucked it up and let her do her thing. the work she did on my nails wasn't the best, but i decided to just not come back again. i left her a tip anyways. a couple weeks ago i went back because i had an event to attend and since it's the place closest to my house and i was in a rush i decided to give them another chance. i regret it so so so much. the lady who did my toes put acrylic on them, when all i asked for was a pedicure. it's been 3 weeks since then and today my toe nail fell off. my actual toe nail. idk if they don't clean their tools or they're just unhygienic and negligent, but this is disgusting. if you've never been here before, just don't go, ever, please. read more

Giving bad review because I think it's not ok to rush, especially after i've been waiting for an hour. Im normally perfectly fine overpaying for a service I am satisfied with, but this was a very bad experience. The male tech serviced me and rushed through didn't let the gel dry, gel takes seconds to dry, imagine that. I only went in for a fill. I usually go out of town to get my nails done, but decided to save on gas and try to find a place more locally. Based on reviews, I decided to come here and thankfully it's only a 3 minute drive from my house. So I drive by around 330 looks busy so I go home, so I call and ask how long the wait is. And am told about an hour, do you want to make an appointment for then, I agree and its at 5. Arrive at 5ish can see it's busy And at about 520 I got seated. They are busy! So I say make an appointment if you can or be prepared to wait. Nails look great, my acrylic nail lady Delana was nice and funny. Reason for only 4 stars: I figured Delana was the owner because she had to get up a few times to take care of other business. Which I didn't really mind, because its not like she was walking away to chitchat or goof off and she apologized. But I felt like it added extra time and she would come back and rush. Even though I felt like she was rushing she did a good job. I did get cut on one of my cuticles though but it was very minor. & My pedicure was good but very rushed and I didn't really like how they brought the bowl to you, (I love the massage chairs), especially since I was by the door which a breeze would come through and my make feet cold. But next time I'll just let them know I'll wait for a chair and upgrade to a spa pedicure or something. I plan on returning (on a less busy day/time) and pretty sure my next visit will be 5 stars. read more

I read their reviews on help and although it was 20 minutes from my house and more then 10 nail salons on my way their I decided to give it a try. I walked in and 6 pm and it took about 15 minutes to get someone stated on my nails. I came in with a couple of broken nails and wanted them too be saved because it took a while for my nails to grow to the length I had them. They closed at 7 but still offered too do my pedicure by the time I left it was 8 but they still treated me so nice and instead of pushing me to spend more they helped me save.
