Then today, I made an appointment with nail tech, Suzy at a specific time. When I walked in, which was a little early, I saw that she was doing someone's fingernails. Now the appointment time had passed, and I had been waiting there for half an hour, and she didn't even acknowledge the fact that I was there or say "sorry, please give me a few minutes", etc. There was also no one sitting at the front like a receptionist. Customer service is everything to me. I will not spend my money at a business that does not know how to treat others. Needless to say, I walked out tonight and deleted their contact information. I will never be a customer here again. These employees seriously need how to learn to treat people correctly. This should be common sense if you are running a business. This place does not value customers.

I brought in an inspiration photo, and when I say Minh did an AMAZING job he absolutely nailed it. I am in love with my nails and the design. His customer service was truly top tier. Lisa at the front desk was beautiful, polite, and very organized and professional. The lovely lady who did my pedicure had such a kind, warm, and endearing spirit -- it really made the experience even better.
