I went in on Saturday the 6th of September 2025. I paid $135 with Apple Pay! After my nails before she was done. While I was getting my nails done the tech stated the money did not go thru, called the owner. I showed them the money was delivered on my end and I even showed them that it was pulled from my account. They did not believe what they saw on my recent transactions or me and asked I send Zelle! I had no issue! Come to find out they received both payments and lied! Zelle and Apple Pay cannot be reversed! It's the recover that has to be honest and send it back! I tried explaining nicely but she threw a fit... she slapped my hand away and told me to go somewhere else to get my nails done!!! Today they lost a loyal customer... I asked for Ming, and the Lady told me that he wasn't there and that he won't return for 4 days. Okay cool I understood that, I felt upset because that's just the only one I trust really. Nothing more nothing less. Just clean work. I felt like she gave me an attitude? Came recommended from somebody and don't regret it. I asked for a simple gel manicure with acrylic and asked for them short. I asked how much it was upfront and she told me $45 so I continued. The lady was really fast but she did them really well. Her shape came out exactly how I wanted it and they came out really cute. I went in as an appointment on Saturday 7/3 which was surprised they had appointment available. I went in needing a pedicure and manicure . I've never been here so I sit on the chair I ask the guy what are your option for pedicure he didn't understand me . Unlike other salon they have option on what kind of pedi you want well not here . Literally this guys did a sloppy job it took him 10min to do a pedi all of you that get pedi a pedi doesn't not take 10min it's longer he didn't cut cuticle and I kept having to tell him what to do and when it came to color I tell him I don't want gel on toes only finger and he tell me we only do gel I'm like what!!! Now my nails I had tips that I wanted off and he was hurting me And struggling I told him look they come off easy I flipped one off and he tells me to do the rest lol I told him nope you take them off that's why I'm here , I told him soak in acetone and after awhile trying to take off he decided to soak in acetone. I went to Magic nail salon on Mother's Day 2024. I have pedicure gel nail and a manicure with gel nail polish my feet was done by one nail tech. He did a great job. My nails was done by another nail tech where he did a poor job while painting my nails the polish wasn't even fully covered on upon telling him about it. He ignored me then he got polish on my skin. He tried to use a file to file at offand then try to scrape it with his finger. I told him you're hurting my skin he ignored me to stayTuesday two day after . My gel polish began to pill off of all my nails went back to say something to the man nail tech , they just denied it. The salon is dirty. It was trash on the floor, and nail tech were sitting in the chairs where you do the pedicures with shoes on , the place needs to be inspected. read more

I never cut my own nails because I don't want to over do it or mess up so I always go to nails salons. Well I came in for a pedi, everything nice, clean, and they even had water . I got my pedi with minh and everything was good. Right after my toe started hurting and on the 3rd day after it was super painful to even walk or have shoes on. Great customer service all around! Its very hard to find a nail salon with talented nail techs that are genuinely friendly. Chi was amazing, and shaped my nails exactly how I like it (narrow coffin). She was very patient, took her time, and really listened to what I wanted. Her work came out neat and precise. She made great suggestions when I found out they didnt have what I was looking for. The only thing I would reccomend , is for them to expand their product selection. They need more choices of colors and maybe even expand their knowledge and learn how to do 3D art. Aside from that everything was great! I am very satisfied with the service and work :) The prices are reasonable, but just keep in mind they ONLY accept CASH. I am so glad I found my new spot!
