Visited on a weekday morning right when they opened and they were able to take me in right away! I needed a fill for my acrylics and also a pedi. Plenty of different color choices! The man that did my pedicure was so awesome he made sure everything was okay and that the massage chair was working well. He did an amazing job with my pedicure and also did a wonderful massage! My acrylic fill also went well. The tech that worked on me, Julie, was very fast and efficient!! She did a great job with the shape as I'm really picky especially when I have almond shaped! They turned out very nice and the color is so pretty!! Will definitely visit again!! read more

They left me a hot pink almost red toenail on the big toe. Did not match the other foot. $75 for pedicure. Got builder gel only on big toes and they still charge $3.50 to pay with card. I used to go to this place once a month until the customer service seriously started lacking. I got this one nail tech (that while she was giving me a pedicure and working on me) who was talking to another client the whole time. I asked this weirdo if she wanted to change nail techs so she could talk to her bestie, but she declined. Horrible customer service right there. Then today, I made an appointment with nail tech, Suzy at a specific time. When I walked in, which was a little early, I saw that she was doing someone's fingernails. Now the appointment time had passed, and I had been waiting there for half an hour, and she didn't even acknowledge the fact that I was there or say "sorry, please give me a few minutes", etc. There was also no one sitting at the front like a receptionist. Customer service is everything to me. I will not spend my money at a business that does not know how to treat others. Needless to say, I walked out tonight and deleted their contact information. I will never be a customer here again. These employees seriously need how to learn to treat people correctly. This should be common sense if you are running a business. This place does not value customers. read more

I been to this business twice just to see if the first visit was just a bad 1st impression. We'll sadly to say this is not, my 1st first visit was a gel pedicure service, I sat in an uncomfortable spa chair that hurt my lower backfor 2 hours. Two days later I have a smudge gel pedicure because the gel did not cure thoroughly. When I came back 6 days later to have this corrected since we all not pedicures are not cheap. I was questioned with why did you call the next day, 6 days is to long? I calmly explained it worked and my phone is not something I can carry on me. My second visit I walked in at 9:01 am, again I sat in an uncomfortable spa chair another 1 hr 45mins. Upon arrival I let the young lady at the front know I would like 2 services today. As I completed my 1st service at 10:45am. She must have forgotten I was put down for a manicure today. I had to wait an additional 20 mins, was not offered water while others around me drank water and champagne. During my pedicure my tech also tried to use a dirty foam toe spacer. This will be my last stop at this business. I will not recommend with nail salon to my friends, family, and platforms. read more

They have a lot of people working, for the price point I personally don't think I'll be coming back, I got medium almond nails with French it was 78.09 paying with card cause they charge extra for card. Not the worst but not the best there is not apex very flat, shape and French are very nice. My mistake was not asking for price before hand. But I had read the reviews about being expensive and that should have been a read flag. For almost 80 I should have just gone to a private nail tech. I came in with my cuticles already cleaned up fyi shape I like and French but they are super flat no apex, for professional nail salon why do customers have to to tell the professionals to add a apex ? Called to see if they can make it right they said I should have said something right then and there I explained I had an appointment to get to and didn't have time to tell them to fix them. So I definitely won't be coming back or recommend giving your money to this establishment. Tried to tell me apex is for looks not necessarily needed in nail structure. read more

First time coming and it will be the last. I was quickly seated for a gel pedicure and the individual who did my pedicure not once showed me the different types they offer. He quickly got done with my nails. No massage, no callous remover, just in and out and I was charged $50. Now I'm not there to raise a stink over the price because I frequently get my nails done and I know that pedicures are a luxury and can get pricey but I was looking for something local and getting charged that much for the plainest service ever is laughable, and I got a nice cut on my pinky toe. It's a nice establishment though and I wish them the best, but it is not for me. Two stars because I like the color and shape of my toe nails read more

My 1st time going to this nail shop and I was disappointed. To start the male that did my nails smelled like cigarette and the pedicure I got the girl that did it never asked if I liked the color before continuing to do my entire feet and still never did. She didn't even pull my pant legs down or even move the side table that I couldn't get down to get up and I almost fell trying to do so. What she didn't move do is run to the register and asked right away cash or card? I told her card and she gave me a total that included $3.50 extra because I'm using a card! That was ridiculous. I'm going to look into that because I have never paid $3.50 to use my card anywhere. I will not be going back there again. read more

I came here on Saturday for a gel pedicure and I paid $60 just for the gel to come off on its own. Also the color I asked for wasn't the exact color I asked for and I mentioned this to the lady and she said it looked good but I just let it be because I didn't want to argue at all and this is my second time here. They also don't really remove any of the dead second you have on your heels. read more

Took my daughter to get a manicure French tip on her own nails they did a horrible job nail polish bubbled french tip did not look good at all and beside that price was high. Red Phoenix Nail Spa - Horrible French tip - Nail Salons Near Me - Rialto, California

I probably won't be coming back to this place. 1st time I came here the gentleman that did my nails was really rough and cut my side walls with the tough filing he did. He mentioned if I didn't wanna to be cut I should do gel X. Less filing. Next time I came I went to another gentleman who did my gel X and the nails were way oversized and he put an excessive amount of gel under that they looked wonky. I ended up taken them off a day later. The salon itself look very nice and clean but the 2 gentleman that worked on me i think just really turned me off. read more

First and last time I will be going there! Horrible customer service rude, rough. No regards for customer care. Man doing my nails cut my cuticle area a couple times making me bleed. When adding the hard gel my nail bids were burning so badly I literally had to rip my hand out of his and blow my nails. didn't apologize or seem at all concerned to help me. Woman who did my pedicure was insisting nail polish removal was extra charge when I was already paying 50+ on my pedicure. Along with her rude demeanor annoyed when I would ask questions. read more

I went to take my seat and showed the guy, Tommy, my nails and the design I wanted on my phone. He told me the price and started on my nails. When it came to the acrylic powder he gave me a hard time, rolling his eyes and huffing and puffing. I've never seen this behavior in my life. When it came time to put my hands in the gel curing machine, my nails were burning. He told me to put them in front of a fan to cool off. Normally, I go to nail shops, and they always accommodate me right away. They help me by spraying water on my fingers, which helps. As he started drilling down the acrylic, he drilled over my cuticles, which hurt really bad. When it came down to selecting my gel nail color, I asked him to see the gel color palette. He huffed and rolled his eyes like this wasn't his job. After he was painting my nails, I told him he was getting gel polish on my skin around my cuticles. He told me that once I went home and my hands were dry after a few days, it would come off. I've never heard of that before. This is crazy, and he wouldn't remove it. So, I will never be coming back here. On the bright side, the receptionist was very friendly. read more

I am sad to say service was decent, but when I was ready to pay, the bill did not add up I asked for an itemized statement they gave me the prices, and when I got home, I saw that my card was overcharged the young lady who did my nails did a decent job but no lotion or oil massage for the manicure that usually comes with it I had to ask and she basically patted my hand with lotion. when I asked about the oil she said "she ran out", guessing she couldnt ask a coworker or owner? No basic massage with manicure? I will not be going back. read more

Terrible. First time going since I was in the area. Only one customer getting a pedicure. I went in for a gel manicure just to walk out with ugly polish I did not want. I asked the older lady for pink and she seemed bothered to get the color I wanted but chose one herself, I told her it was not what I chose and so frustrated because I asks a couple of time. I paid and left no tip. If a customer ask for a color get it and use it. Do not choose what you want. Now I have to go pay to get this crap removed and redone at a better salon who listens. I do not recommend this place at all. Also when I walked in the girl who I approached told was in pajamas and the other 2 girls were just being loud talking like they were not at work? They ended up saying they needed to take a walk so those 3 employees left for a walk and did not come back when I left. The other Asian lady just stayed on her phone at a desk the entire time they figured she would leave as well. I should have read the re owed before walking in. This place should be shut down! Lazy, rude employees that definitely do not care/ read more

First time here and I'm pretty upset I won't come back. First off their prices are way higher than anywhere else and won't do half of the services as anywhere else. Not only that but they charged me $3.50 extra for paying with my debit card... and was not told till after my services. When I asked the lady why I was being charged and where is it posted about and extra charge she said oh we usually do have it posted... ummm someone must of took it off... so I said well had I known that I would of brought cash. I feel like they need to tell you before any services. And her response was oh! Well now you know for future reference... Also I seen other customers being offered bobas or drinks... not once was I offered even water. Oh! When I arrived I over heard the lady at the front asking the customer leaving if she had the rewards program they offer... the customer said she was unaware there was one. The lady asked for her info to sign her up.... But wait why wasn't I offered the same? I'm so disappointed, I should have read the reviews before going here Only positive thing I can is Aria was really nice. But definitely not returning. read more

We were driving to our usual nail location and noticed this place on our way there. We decided to stop and give it a chance. I was only going for a pedicure but unfortunately left disappointed after paying $35.00. I requested all white toes and was a little upset when I saw how the tech was painting them... I could tell all the way from where I was sitting that the new polish wasn't going on smoothly and looked so bumpy. It was shocking that she couldn't notice since my toes were so close to her face. I don't know if she really couldn't tell or if she didn't really care. I nicely told her that i didn't like it and she removed it and started over. She stated that the nail polish was old, but unfortunately once she repainted them, they still looked bad. Let's not mention I was cut right when she started doing my toes. The whole experience with this technician was as rushed. Sadly I didn't have a good first time experience and left disappointed with how my toes looked. I was really hoping I could have been happy since this place is so beautiful and clean! On another note, my mom who was with me had an amazing experience (hence the 4 stars). She had her pedicure done by Kelly who was so thorough and professional and she had a full set done by Dany, who let's say is also so thorough and stands by his work! My mom was delighted with the work and is already saying how she's excited to go back! read more

Even After seeing bad reviews I still wanted to give this place a chance but they ended up proving me wrong! The lady that attended me never cut the side of my toe nails even after I explained that I constantly get ingrowns, she denied to paint one of my toe nails stating it had a infection but I explained I constantly get ingrowns. After that she never massaged my legs or even put any lotion on them! 38 dollars for a pedicure that wasn't complete and leaving with one nail unpainted. read more

The quality of the polish used was horrible. Want to waste your hard earned money, be my guest. After 4 hrs of the service the nails chipped off by pieces (not by force). Not only did the lady who did the toes couldn't get the powder on correctly after 3x's she left it bulky and the shape digs into my skin. After telling her multiple times to "please file them more bc it hurts my toes" but she try to gaslight me saying it is normal & asked her colleague and she agreed it "looked good". After calling the next day when they opened to see if they can fix my nails the front desk lady kept saying its normal for regular polish to chip after i explained it was 4 hrs after the service once they closed up. Gaslighting me that regular polish takes more than 4 hours to dry... at the end she offered to redo the same polish " if the nail tech had the time " and just to come in. I explained i didn't want the same one if it will fall off again and i could pay a little extra for gel but not the full price bc the original nails chipped off and bc of their bad service wanting to rush and leave. BTW regular polish is $30 and i asked how much was gel and she said $30 (no difference) so why couldn't they fix the messy job with gel instead... and i even offered to pay more to get gel but its the same price. Overall bad customer service, overpriced i spent (150 + tip) and LOW quality jobs/polish. read more

This my first time visiting. The service was NOT professional. I requested a simple manicure and pedicure. The lady working on me was a young Hispanic with glasses and long hair highlights in the front, no introduction, she file my nails down to the skin. I was told to rinse my hands and return , I brought in my own polish and she was getting ready to paint my nails with cleaning the extra polish off, I stop her and ask are you going to clean under the nail and excess polish off the skin, the nail tech got angry and said, I can't talk to her like that, I replied, I just ask if you were going to clean under my nails and remove the extra polish on my skin. The nail tech, went to get someone else to do my nails. The nail tech yells out to me across the room do you mind if a man does your nails. I said I don't mind, my only request is that he is professional. I sat at his station, and he didn't have a towel or cushion for me to put on hands on, he was telling me about natural nails are difficult to shape and acrylic or gel work better. I prefer natural nails because I was getting gel nail service and it weaken my nails and I went back to my natural nails. He did a good job. Now I needed my pedicure done, I was hesitant but I took a chance, and prayed that this nail tech was better. (her name was Julie) she was better, when she used the clippers to cut my cuticle she cut me and I started bleeding, no apology she look at it and told me to put my foot in the water. Now it was time to dry the nails, and because I didn't get. gel she pulled out a hand fan and put it on her stand and said I can let it air dry because most people get gel and we use the light to dry. My boyfriend lives in Rialto, and gave me a coupon to try this new nail spa, I showed my coupon to the first nail tech and $5 off is all I was offer not the 1 glass of wine or champagne. I always leave a generous tip make a follow up appointment but unfortunately I was not please with the service and I ask to speak to the manager and the second nail tech said, the manager is gone and I dont know when she will return. I will be looking into reporting this business for investigation about license posted at the nail station or on the wall in plain view for the public to see. I was charged $60.00, for this very unprofessional service from 3 nail techs. I hope the owners review the cameras to confirm my experience and re-train people that they have employed. Rating on a scale 1-5..one being the worst would be my rating. read more
