I originally ended up regretting the color and design I chose, and I was so nervous to say something, but Mia and Sally were beyond kind and understanding. First visit: $109 for a gel manicure/pedicure. Within a couple of days, two nails split at the sides and the gel started lifting and peeling. I thought maybe it was just a fluke, so I went back. Second visit: $114. The gel started lifting the very next day, and within a week several nails had completely peeled off. For context, my gel manicures typically last 4+ weeks, and I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years. I have never experienced gel failing this quickly. For the price point, I expected much better quality and durability. Really disappointing, especially after giving them a second chance. Will not be returning.

I went in expecting a relaxing service, but shortly after getting my nails done, I started noticing redness, swelling, and pain around my big toe nails. Today is day 3 and I'm not able to wear close toe shoes, I called the salon and asked if I can get a refund for the service, the lady on the phone refused to give me a refund as she wanted me to go back in so they can look at my toes nails. I live in Ontario and offered to send pictures of my toes and also a pictures of my Zelle transaction, the lady on the phone was very rude and hung up on me. Then I call back and she has a customer talk to me and pretend to be an employee! Overall this was a horrible experience and very unprofessional.
