Visited about a week ago the prices are very misleading. The in-store menu listed acrylic nails starting at around $45, but I ended up paying closer to $80 for a basic set. It would be much better if pricing were more transparent. What really bothered me, though, was the lack of privacy. While I was there, the staff repeatedly spoke very loudly to another customer about their fungus issue, and everyone in the salon could hear. I felt embarrassed for them because that should have been handled discreetly and respectfully. Unfortunately, because of the pricing and the lack of professionalism, I won't be coming back. I'd rather support smaller businesses that are upfront about their prices and treat customers with more respect. read more

The pricing and services advertised online did not match what was actually offered in the salon. The website states that the Deluxe 1 pedicure includes wax and callus removal, but the flyer in the salon showed no callus removal included. When I brought this up, the employee asked to see the online listing, and after I showed her, she simply said the website was wrong. Mistakes happen, but good customer service would have been honoring what was advertised online. I ended up getting a regular pedicure with callus removal and no wax, and the quality was terrible. My feet were barely scrubbed, the callus on my big toe was still there, and when I asked about polish, the technician said, "Clear, just leave clear," as if she didn't even want to paint my toes. I agreed just to avoid dealing with a rushed or poor paint job, but unfortunately the clear polish still turned out awful. Once it dried, it looked white and uneven. Another employee later asked what the issue was after she overheard me telling my wife I wasn't happy with the service. I explained that the clear polish looked bad and white, and she tried to blame my previous polish. I had black gel polish before, which had already been fully removed, so that explanation made no sense. The technician with pink hair removed the clear polish, rolled her eyes at me, and walked away. On top of that, my toes still weren't fully cleaned. Overall, this was one of the worst salon experiences I've had. During my pedicure, the technician loudly commented that I had "a little fungus" on my nail and continued bringing it up throughout the service. My first time here was about a year ago. I just moved to the city. Reviews seemed positive so I came everything seemed fine and I've been coming ever since. They recently started remodeling but their service became bad. A couple months back I brought my mother in and they cut her. & they also do not use clean tools. They use the same ones they've used on others. This recent visit I had on 5/20 the lady that was doing my pedicure RISED/WIPED A TOOL she used on someone else in my dirty water from my feet and put it back in her basket!! And I feel that if you don't get the highest level pedicure service they offer they just run through you and don't actually clean your feet. I'm pregnant and I come for a pedicure since i can't reach my feet and I like to get pampered but all they did was paint my feet. I still have ingrowns , the callus removal is pointless here. Their hot towels made my legs itch. And they start making faces when you don't tip. Also charge $3 for a card fee?!?! * I don't mind tipping or paying at all for quality service. But don't bs and then get upset I'm not tipping. no matter which option you get should be of quality each time. I'll be looking for a new spa. read more

I went in to get a pedicure and manicure for my baby shower and took my 5 yr old daughter as well. It all started well, the receptionist was very kind and the man who did our pedicure was very nice too. But the polish for my daughters toes fell off while still being in there. And they heard when she was complaining but no one offered to repaint it. By the time we got home, 3 of the finger nails were also gone. It was regular polish but it should come off completely that easy. As for me, once I was done with my pedi I was just sitting waiting for someone to do my gel manicure. Then a girl that was not even doing my pedi or mani, said to sit already to get my manicure done. I sat there another 20 minutes and it seemed no one was going to do it... well I guess I was waiting for another employee to come in ( about an hour after opening ) I felt he was rushing thru my manicure and unfortunately my left hand is not up to standards. The polish bubbled and there's ridges all over the nail. The right hand looks ok (not bubbly nor ridged but it's starting to chip). Not sure how this happen. And on top of that I payed $112 including tip. This is a lot more than other places. Although some of the employees were nice, don't think I'll be returning. read more

i had went there yesterday night around 5:30 pm i just wanted a simple white gel pedicure they said the wait would be 10 mins was not 10 mins i finally got sat down in a chair arnd 6pm which they closed at 7pm but they just put me in a chair with the water bowl full they havent got started on me gose by another 15 mins someone finally comes and starts which was a guy not sure of his name , when i tell you the way he rushed thru they pedicure he rushedddd because it was almost "closing time" mind you i got there at 5:30 pm which is 1hr and 30 mins before closing i will never be going back to this place again ! i paid $42 for a rushed pedicure & at that $5 extra for some sugar scub i could buy at walmart for $5 for a brand new thing . They should not be chipping after only a week and half. I usually get builder gel it last me up to 3 weeks with no chips. Ive been here a total of 4 times and 3 out of the 4 I left satisfied with my nails. I've always said good things about this salon and even brought them new customers. Recently I went for a mani and pedi, didn't even get the pedi. It took them 53 minutes to get to me because they were seating people who got there after me (no they didn't have appointments) So some time goes by and I'm finally being serviced. Now it's a known FACT that the people who work in nail salons talk crap about the customers everyone knows this. But this was the first time i knew it and it was confirmed. I couldn't decide on what pink i wanted. He put one pink on and I instantly knew i didn't like it. So he starts wrapping it up to soak and says to me "30 minutes"then gets up has a conversation with the receptionist walks and goes to a room in the back. The receptionist comes by and says "you didn't like the color, it's gonna take 30 minutes to come off" so I asked if he can do the other 9 fingers while we wait for it to come off. She said he'll be back... 30 minutes later then he comes out. And at this point this is probably when I should have left. But I've been here before I know they do decent work. I wanted something I don't normally get. Veryyyyyy short French tip. The man just couldn't get it right it took him a total of 5 tries on the first finger for me to get the desired French tip i wanted. And it's not like I didn't show him a picture I kept my phone open so that he could look back at it for reference(which he didn't) he just kept doing a straight line with rounded edges instead of the U shape i wanted. Eventually I give up trying to explain to him what I wanted. He does the rest of my fingers and the total comes up to 70 dollars. 70. Dollars. Not only did it take over 2 hours to do the smallest French tip, horrible service, and the nails weren't even what I asked for I got charged 70 dollars. But I did like most of us girls do. Pay for it and then cry in the car. That's when I notice 4 of my nails are crooked. I did my best to fix them when I got home. Woke up the next day and just wanted them off. So I called them and asked if I could get them taken off and a refund. They went to the manager and I got a text saying that since they asked if I liked my nails and I said they were okay that can't give me a refund or provisional credit towards my next visit.... Take what you want from this review but I could've lived with the nails looking how they looked, like I said I fixed what I could at home. But it was the service and treatment that made me feel like I was robbed. What's supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable experience was frustrating and I expressed this to the salon and was met with a policy that I believe they came up with on the spot. What I suggest to this salon is to put your prices up or give customers a menu to look at. The last time I was here I got long square nails with cat eye polish and that also came up to 70. How are these nails and the ones I got before the same price. I truly believe you guys come up with your prices on the spot and then add your tip into it. Just make a menu. And ladies don't walk out of here if you don't like your nails tell them the truth or else they will refuse a refund. read more
