I truly appreciate how seriously this salon takes cleanliness and customer safety. Every pedicure station is prepared with a fresh disposable liner, and all single-use tools are used for only one client and then immediately discarded. This level of hygiene gives me complete peace of mind every time I visit. It's clear that protecting customers' health and maintaining the highest sanitation standards are top priorities here. The salon is always clean, professional, and well-organized. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for exceptional service in a safe and sanitary environment. Thank you for consistently putting your clients first! read more

Went in today as a walk-in with the hopes to have found a great nail shop but unfortunately that was not the case .... The pedicure was ok not a wow factor do wish I was able to communicate better with him so he understood my toe length..... I also wish the basic pedicure came with more for how expensive it is almost $30 (not even oil makes the cut)..... Now let's talk about the GelX my nails have definitely seen better sets... $65 is definitely average for a short set but this set was really short and per the tech anything bigger has a an additional charge but to be honest this set is Xtra short .... I do understand things have an additional charges but something's seem a bit much ....Did want a glitter top coat on three nails but here it's considered a (nail design) first time I hear this at any nail salon ... oh how I wished I could have loved spot but nail tech my (GelX tech)not being the friendliest definitely made the experience a no for me!!!! *******Update****** The wonderful business manager has since responded to this review (I definitely seen this coming) as he does to all other bad reviews with the intention of trying to prove how you as a paying customer are wrong, how your feelings/statement are NOT factual /valid or what you should have did differently. Me as a consumer who loves trying new places and giving great reviews any chance I can with the intent of showing casing what I love or do not love about an establishment. These reviews especially mine I strive to go based on the overall experience and facts , with hopes it helps someone else in future so sorry if my review ruffled some feathers but then again that's what reviews are for!!!! read more

if i could give this place a zero i would, i got a full set of acrylic toes and some press on nails, my toes came out okay a little messy by the cuticles but besides that it was fine, see the nails on the other hand.... absolutely terrible the lady first off had an attitude 2nd left glue in my skin so it burned me and she left them crooked. left gel x glue all under my nails and when i asked her to fix it she said it goes like that was being extremely rough with me, and all they had to say about it was "oh i thought she cleaned it." so honestly poor customer service and lack of leadership from the owner. NEVER again 0/10. read more

I had the best experience at vibrant nails. The staff is very kind and the vibe of the shop is calming and comfortable. Tim did my gel manicure and was extremely quick and thorough. I paid $70 for cats eye a little pricey but I think worth it. Tony did my mom's pedicure and he did a great job. He was very kind. Her service was $50, more than reasonable. Kelly did my sister's gel X French tips they came out flawless and my sister was very happy that service was $80 A great price for gel extensions. read more

*Pictures were taken AFTER the pedicure was completed* Service was extremely disappointing, and the customer service made the experience even worse. The pricing and services advertised online did not match what was actually offered in the salon. The website states that the Deluxe 1 pedicure includes wax and callus removal, but the flyer in the salon showed no callus removal included. When I brought this up, the employee asked to see the online listing, and after I showed her, she simply said the website was wrong. Mistakes happen, but good customer service would have been honoring what was advertised online. I ended up getting a regular pedicure with callus removal and no wax, and the quality was terrible. My feet were barely scrubbed, the callus on my big toe was still there, and when I asked about polish, the technician said, "Clear, just leave clear," as if she didn't even want to paint my toes. I agreed just to avoid dealing with a rushed or poor paint job, but unfortunately the clear polish still turned out awful. Once it dried, it looked white and uneven. Another employee later asked what the issue was after she overheard me telling my wife I wasn't happy with the service. I explained that the clear polish looked bad and white, and she tried to blame my previous polish. I had black gel polish before, which had already been fully removed, so that explanation made no sense. The technician with pink hair removed the clear polish, rolled her eyes at me, and walked away. On top of that, my toes still weren't fully cleaned. Overall, this was one of the worst salon experiences I've had. I only came here because my usual place was busy, and I absolutely would not return or recommend this salon to anyone. read more

I am so happy with how my nails turned out. I did a builder gel manicure with a pedicure on Tony and Jesse were my technicians and they fix the botched job. I got from another salon very close to them and the price was amazing. I definitely should get keep this little hotspot, but I can't because they deserve so much business. They are just so warm and welcoming. The place is so clean. I am definitely gonna be going back for my next service. I already recommended my best friend. read more

It was my first time here today and I have a hawaii trip coming up. The atmosphere was very friendly. Tony did my pedicure and he was very kind and gentle, I had a little cut on my pinky toe that I mentioned to him before starting the pedicure and he made sure to be careful around the cut. I will start coming here more often! read more

Visited about a week ago the prices are very misleading. The in-store menu listed acrylic nails starting at around $45, but I ended up paying closer to $80 for a basic set. It would be much better if pricing were more transparent. What really bothered me, though, was the lack of privacy. While I was there, the staff repeatedly spoke very loudly to another customer about their fungus issue, and everyone in the salon could hear. I felt embarrassed for them because that should have been handled discreetly and respectfully. Unfortunately, because of the pricing and the lack of professionalism, I won't be coming back. I'd rather support smaller businesses that are upfront about their prices and treat customers with more respect. read more

I've been coming here for years and have always had great experiences. Unfortunately, my last visit was very disappointing. During my pedicure, the technician loudly commented that I had "a little fungus" on my nail and continued bringing it up throughout the service. It was embarrassing and made me feel uncomfortable in front of other customers. If there is a concern about a customer's nail health, it should be discussed privately and professionally. This experience ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing self-care visit. read more

Great pricing cheaper than most spots I have been to. I just wish they were more precise and paid more attention to my dead skin around my nail bed and didn't rush the job and the workers didn't seem too happy to working on me than they did the other customers not too sure if it was a race thing or not but overall great looking place and pretty reasonable. read more

I had mixed feelings about my experience at this salon. I want to start by recognizing that the work done by two of the nail technicians was excellent. They were professional, detail-oriented, and clearly take pride in their craft. Their quality of work is the reason this review isn't one star. Unfortunately, my interaction with a staff member named Ann (or Anna) completely changed the overall experience. From the moment I interacted with her, I felt unwelcome. She came across as dismissive, impatient, and uninterested in providing good customer service. Instead of making clients feel valued, her attitude made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the work, especially in the beauty industry where clients return because they feel comfortable and appreciated. A negative first impression can outweigh an otherwise great service, and that's exactly what happened here. If Ann is in a leadership or management position, I would strongly encourage the salon to reevaluate how customers are being treated. The attitude displayed reflects poorly on the entire business and has the potential to drive loyal customers away. It's unfair to the technicians who are working hard and providing exceptional service because one person's behavior can ultimately affect everyone's reputation, client retention, and income. As a customer, I don't mind paying for quality service, but I also expect to be treated with respect. It only takes one unpleasant experience for someone to decide not to return, and unfortunately, that's where I stand. I genuinely hope this feedback is taken constructively because the talented technicians deserve to work in an environment where great customer service matches the quality of their work. read more

My first time here was about a year ago. I just moved to the city. Reviews seemed positive so I came everything seemed fine and I've been coming ever since. They recently started remodeling but their service became bad. A couple months back I brought my mother in and they cut her. & they also do not use clean tools. They use the same ones they've used on others. This recent visit I had on 5/20 the lady that was doing my pedicure RISED/WIPED A TOOL she used on someone else in my dirty water from my feet and put it back in her basket!! And I feel that if you don't get the highest level pedicure service they offer they just run through you and don't actually clean your feet. I'm pregnant and I come for a pedicure since i can't reach my feet and I like to get pampered but all they did was paint my feet. I still have ingrowns , the callus removal is pointless here. Their hot towels made my legs itch. And they start making faces when you don't tip. Also charge $3 for a card fee?!?! * I don't mind tipping or paying at all for quality service. But don't bs and then get upset I'm not tipping. no matter which option you get should be of quality each time. I'll be looking for a new spa. read more

I went in to get a pedicure and manicure for my baby shower and took my 5 yr old daughter as well. It all started well, the receptionist was very kind and the man who did our pedicure was very nice too. But the polish for my daughters toes fell off while still being in there. And they heard when she was complaining but no one offered to repaint it. By the time we got home, 3 of the finger nails were also gone. It was regular polish but it should come off completely that easy. As for me, once I was done with my pedi I was just sitting waiting for someone to do my gel manicure. Then a girl that was not even doing my pedi or mani, said to sit already to get my manicure done. I sat there another 20 minutes and it seemed no one was going to do it... well I guess I was waiting for another employee to come in ( about an hour after opening ) I felt he was rushing thru my manicure and unfortunately my left hand is not up to standards. The polish bubbled and there's ridges all over the nail. The right hand looks ok (not bubbly nor ridged but it's starting to chip). Not sure how this happen. And on top of that I payed $112 including tip. This is a lot more than other places. Although some of the employees were nice, don't think I'll be returning. read more
