I love getting my facials with Raquel! The moment you walk into the facial room, you instantly feel relaxed with the dimmed lighting and calming music. The signature facial lasts an hour and is always incredibly relaxing. My skin feels smooth and refreshed after every session. Raquel is truly the best! I got a last minute same day appointment with Rebecca. I was a little nervous since I've had bad encounters with hair stylists that don't know my hair type (to the point where I just trim my own hair.) We did a mini consult when I got there considered options, and she gave me the cut I asked for I showed her a few examples. We kept it simple and didn't take off too much hair per my request. I had reached out to several salons I had looked into going and everyone was going to make me wait at least a week before an appointment and this lovely place took me same day! Within hours!! Never once had to call anyone and had very clear communication through messaging. I was taken such good care of by Rebecca and she was amazing. I don't know where to start with my review, but I can say I'm so happy with the progress Gena has helped me make with clearing my acne. I've been going to her regularly since November 2025 as I lost hope when it came to clearing my acne. She started me on bi-weekly acne facials as well as a fantastic skin care line called Bioelements. Little by little she has introduced other treatments like micro-needling, red light therapy and even hydro facials. The treatments are also discounted when you bundle with an acne facial, which makes it far more affordable for me! The owner, Gena, really is a gem of a human being. She knows skin and skincare needs like literally no one else I have ever known. I don't know if you're like me, but expensive treatments are a MEGA luxury for me and something I have to carefully select to maximize my funds. I have been going to see Gena for a couple years now. She has corrected and done permanent makeup for me in the past. Now she's helping give my confidence back in my body by removing stretchmarks on my stomach. Though it takes a few sessions, I have seen great progress. Everything was perfect. I got the Hybrid eyebrows and the picture I attached is the before and after with my eyebrows fully healed. I figured I'd post the fully healed picture because that's what matters. They look so natural, beautiful, & overall perfect. I get sooo many compliments and I often recommend them to Gena. I never have to fill in my eyebrows anymore & with just blush and colored lip balm, my face looks put together The procedure itself wasn't too bad even though I was terrified lol Gena made sure it was as painless as possible & numbed me more when I needed it. It took maybe 1.5-2 hours the first time and the second session was around 30 minutes. I went for a third session just to fill in two little tiny gaps (that's just me being picky). She offered drinks, snacks, and had awesome music the entire time. She's very sweet & attentive & is always available after the procedure if you have any questions.
