She patiently and repeatedly cut my long hair shorter and shorter until I felt comfortable with the length. I got my haircut with a stylist named Isabel. She totally understood what I wanted and gave me the exact haircut that I wanted. She cut off my dead ends without taking too much of the length off, gave me layers, and cut my front pieces to perfectly frame my face. When I told Isabel I was worried about losing too much length, she made sure to check in with me throughout the haircut. I loved her talking me through it, it really reassured me. I was a walked in an thankfully they were able to squeeze me in. I was helped by Lauren and Gracie I think. I'm bad with names . She washed my hair, I told her what I wanted. I asked for my thin hair to look fuller an cut the dead ends. I had no idea what type of haircut i needed. Lauren understood the assignment! Lauren cut the tips then blow dried a bit of my hair and had Gracie take over to dry it. Lauren had another client. I CAN'T EVEN CONTROL MY LIFE, HOW CAN I BE EXPECTED TO CONTROL MY SPLIT ENDS?!?!?! For the last 6 months I was trying to grow my hair as long as Crystal Gayle (circa 1977). My fantasy was to have milk chocolate brown luscious long locks. Instead I grew out a head full of hideous frizzy split ends, in multiple shades of dingy browns! My hair was looking like HATE!
