Lady who did my nail did a terrible job. I was trying to tell her what I wanted she ignored me she was having a phone conversation instead she was with an attitude very aggressive!! I will call to get them fixed Part 2 # I called to get them fixed I spoke to someone named Wendy she said she will fix it and when I arrived the Lady why did my nails threw 45 dollars at me . I kindly said May I speak with Wendy she said she'll fix my nails and she said no and to get out the other girl saw and wanted to help me and she was talking in her language and then said no. I could have been rude my nails costed me 65 $ not 45$ I spent 143 total for my mani and pedi. I was sooo embarrassed and I am so upset .

Took a chance in this place because their Yelp reviews didn't look too good. I took that chance because previously I had encountered someone right outside the shop who has just had their nails done there and they looked amazing, beautiful and clean. The worst nails I ever got! I asked for almond shape and I even mentioned it to Tina and she said she did round almond for me. I told her I wanted almond but she did not care. They look awful, I cried! They are uneven and fat. Yes, I showed her a picture of what I wanted. The ombré is awful. It looks completely separate and the shape just looks terrible. The worst nails ever, I just want my money back. Nothing is good about them. I have been coming here for a few months now. I usually call in advance to make an appointment and every single time, the appointment has been taken into consideration. Everyone is really nice and professional. Also, you can't never go wrong with any of them, they are all equally qualified to get the job done. I was in today to get a mani pedi and they didn't disappoint. 2 techs worked on me. I was done in no time. It was friendly, clean, not so crowded atmosphere. The good thing for me was it was Monday and the other nail salons where closed. Try them out new owner. read more

I was having trouble finding a new nail tech after my nail tech of years retired. I was in a time crunch because I had to leave to the airport in a few hours and this was the only place that was able to take me. So glad they did!! Wendy did my nails. I am very disappointed I have been coming here for years. My mother has been coming here for years and only two people that I can trust and RECOMMEND would be wendy and TINA so get your nails done by them or you will be very disappointed , I understand that they have new people but if you're going to put new people put new people who will understand what the client wants I kept asking for a square shape and he did wat he wanted and I asked for red and got orange!!! I was very mad and disappointed. I literally got out of my chair and stepped out because I just couldn't. He wouldn't listen to me and kept ignoring what I wanted , I ended up talking to a different lady and she fixed it for me but honestly I wouldn't recommend coming here if you're not gonna get treated by WENDY or TINA the only good ones !!!! read more

Hannah is amazing! Told her what I wanted and she executed flawlessly, which is a big deal because techs in this area tend to be old school or not artistically inclined to keep up with trends. I got a pedicure and a fill today which at most should cost $75. In fact two weeks ago I got a fill and pedicure and my daughter got an eyebrow wax and a pedicure which in total was $100 which is reasonable. I got one pedicure and one fill and paid $94 today. I asked the guy there why so high and he said that my pedicure was $30 (I asked for the $25 one, but what's done is done). I then said, so my fill (not even a full set) was $64?? He started to scramble and said that I got French tip. I said whatever, paid the $94 and he will never see me or my daughter ever again! BEWARE OF PRICE GOUGING HERE! read more

My new go to! I had a bad experience with another nail place. So I decided to try Cal Nails and Wendy did not disappoint! I wanted something simple and classy and she executed so beautifully! Also a side note... I was having random pain in my shoulder that caused me to ask for a few minutes. Typically people get upset and Wendy was so kind that she even offered to massage me. I showed a very clear reference photo of what I wanted (soft, clean pastel yellow French tips), and what I received looks nothing like it. The shape, color, and overall finish are noticeably different and not what I asked for at all. Instead of acknowledging the difference, the nail tech kept trying to convince me to like the result rather than fixing it. What made things worse was how this was handled afterward. I reached out to the owner hoping to resolve the issue, and instead of hearing me out, I was told I was "playing games" and that what I got was exactly what I asked for which is simply not true. As someone who has supported this business consistently, this was really disappointing. It's not just about the nails it's about customer service and how concerns are handled. I would have appreciated a simple willingness to fix the issue rather than being dismissed. Sadly, I won't be returning after this experience.

First visit: $109 for a gel manicure/pedicure. Within a couple of days, two nails split at the sides and the gel started lifting and peeling. I thought maybe it was just a fluke, so I went back. Second visit: $114. The gel started lifting the very next day, and within a week several nails had completely peeled off. For context, my gel manicures typically last 4+ weeks, and I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years. I have never experienced gel failing this quickly. For the price point, I expected much better quality and durability. Really disappointing, especially after giving them a second chance. Will not be returning.

Despite this, he insisted on removing skin/cuticle areas anyway, and did so roughly, causing irritation. I felt pressured and my request was ignored. After the appointment, I later developed a bacterial infection, likely caused by unsanitary practices. Given the visible condition of the tools and workstations, I wouldn't recommend this salon for nail services. Zero star

Hannah is my absolute favorite!! Every time I come to get a pedicure she does an amazing job. I never have any issues with her! She takes her time to make sure to get out all of my ingrown nails, which is a big thing for me since I work 12+hour shifts. Very gentle and caring and very sweet. The environment here is usually very nice and peace fun and the other staff is always super nice to me. I definitely recommend coming here. Ask for Hannah but any of the ladies are amazing too read more
