If I could give 10 stars, I would. I was a model for the Sexy Brow class they had in October. I could not be happier with the results. After they healed, I decided I wanted them just a bit lighter. I went back in for a touch up and Annie did a great job with the color I wanted. Very natural looking. The original brows by the student were awesome, this was my own preference to change the color. Love the brows, love the color. Don't hesitate in being a model for the brow classes. Salon is clean, staff is so friendly, and they know what they are doing. I highly recommend. read more

Annie is an absolute gem in the world of eyebrow artistry! I'm feel blessed to find her two years ago when I moved to Fontana. She corrected many flaws on of my powder brows done by someone else. She made my brow shape perfect and picked suitable color for me. Recently I need to refill the color and decided to try nanobrow . The result? Absolutely stunning! Annie's professionalism, gentle yet precise technique made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. My brows look smooth and so natural that I love it so much. MyBrows is my Go To Spot for Beauty. I've been coming here since 3 years and never once I was disappointed with the service. Annie is so detailed and kind to my needs. I had microblading with Annie for 3 years and it still looks so fresh. I also got eyelashes done here with Annie and Tammy. Both of the ladies are the best in this field. I've been using eyelashes for 17 years and they are my favorite ladies because they care and take time on me. Their eyelashes style feels so natural and light. I've never gotten any irritation from their glues. I can self-apply eyelashes on myself, but still prefer my ladies. They spoil me. Both Annie and Tammy make sure you are perfect in their eyes with their work/ very high standards. They don't shorten your time and service to get to the next clients. This is one of the numerous reasons why I keep coming back to MyBrows. read more

Had my lashes done at this studio and truly love them! Tammy did my lashes and I loved how it looked. It was soft and the lashes looks natural, but not overly thick or fake. I loved that soft wispy cat-eye look and she definitely achieved that. She was very precise and asked me first what I wanted before starting which I appreciated. I've been going to Tammy for the past few months and wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend Tammy for your lashes! read more

I can not say enough good things about Annie and the job she did. She truly made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. I got ombre brows done. She took her time mapping and shaping to make sure it was to my liking but also made sure that she explained her expertise opinion. The pain level was very minimal and i was so happy with the results. I did go back for a touch up and Annie made sure i was happy. I love this place I love Annie. She had patience with my eyebrows. They were hard to stick. Great place, still recommend it!! She is very thorough and takes her time. She did my friend's eyebrows as well.

Face by Annie! I recently had multiple services done with Annie, non surgical skin tightening (forehead), Russian volume lashes, nano brows, AND cheek blushing. Annie has done my brows before, however, it was my first time doing the skin tightening and cheek blushing. I will be honest I was very nervous, especially after the service as my cheeks were sensitive and red. What I really appreciate about Annie was she was there to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. I text Annie multiple times and she reassured me every time and told me to trust the process...and she was right! Annie is not only an artist, her heart really goes into her work and each client. She wants everyone to leave happy and feeling confident and beautiful. I highly recommend seeing her if you are thinking of doing permanent make up and want to see someone who will listen to you and is professional and knowledgeable. read more

Love! I've gotten my lashes done before somewhere else in Rancho, it was a place where I would get my brows threaded so I figured why not get my lashes done real quick: bad decision that place did a horrible job that I never wanted to get my lashes done again, until I came across My Brows IG page. There work is truly amazing. I went for my appointment today, first time and I absolutely loved it! Annie is so professional, amazing, she explained everything, was so patient and so polite, I love her! She makes sure she does an excellent job, she take her time in doing your lashes to make sure they are fabulous. You can tell she takes pride in her work. Annie is truly an amazing person, when i first came to her she provided alot of detail regarding eyelashes, very thorough on my eye shape, what different sets of lashes would be perfect for me starting off and then advancing to russian Volume in which i love, she takes her time, shes worth every single dollar and most of all she is very sweet and kind hearted person who is honest and wont just take your money, she will tell you also how she always learns more and more every single day which is extremely important in this time because with beauty services should be updated in wgich she has and as far as her lip blushing as well i decided to try it out with her, where I was previously it took more than about 3 times to knock that melanin pigment from my lips, but with her so far it has been 3 sessions and my color shows her beauty world is worth it. read more

I loved how Sabrina (model scout) recommended me to be their model. She welcomed me and helped me with the aftercare tips. The staff and students are so sweet and enthusiastic with their clients. They work diligently and patiently to get your eyebrows perfect! Their salon is clean and beautiful. The students are under supervision but they are truly masters! Speaking of master, I had a master student work on my brows. Her name is Nicole! She is super gentle with her hands on work, professional, talented and friendly. I did have a supervisor work on my eyebrows for teaching purposes but I felt their hands on work was heavy handed and painful. Otherwise, I would just let them know to be gentle if it is your first time. Overall as a first time client/model, I had an excellent experience! Highly recommended! read more

Mybrows Studio & Academy - Micro bladed Eyebrows - Permanent Makeup Near Me - Rancho Cucamonga, California

Super disappointed!!!! I am giving them a one-star review based on my results. I went in for a cheek blush I was so excited I am a sucker for makeup. I already have my eyebrows done my eyeliner and my lips. To make a long story short I won the gift certificate in an auction. I went in I booked my appointment everything was great I was so happy that I was getting my cheek blush done. I go through the procedure honestly it was a great experience there is really no pain at all. My procedure took about 2 hours. I wasn't born that I should try going for a light blush and if I wanted more I could go back and get it darker. So whatever I get the procedure I begin to heal for some strange reason I develop scabs on my cheeks. And a month later there's no cheek blush at all. So I hit up the lady that did my blush and she told me I wanted something very light I agreed with her but I said there's nothing on my cheeks. She went on to tell me that sometimes it takes 3 or 4 times that it's something she had mentioned to me which in fact she had not. They want you to reschedule for a touch up within 2 weeks but I had nothing to touch up my cheeks are completely normal like no makeup at all. Totally disappointed honestly this experience has left me with not wanting to go there again. read more

I have been having Tammy apply my Russian lashes since March 2023. She is thoughtful and professional and kind hearted. I like to take a nap while I'm getting my lashes done and she respects that. When I open my eyes and look in the mirror, my lashes look nice and full and natural. I like that she's considerate to make sure that no glue is causing my lashes to stick at the end of the session. I have followed Annie for a couple of years now from her location in Monterey Park, and decided to reach out to her to get a touch-up at her new location in Rancho Cucamonga. The new venue looked amazing, a modern spa like environment. My procedure was a Eyebrow combo (microblading & Shading). Her artistry technique has really improved since my first visit and my finished eyebrow looked really natural and even. She had mentioned that she had taken 7 different voluntary classes around the world to learn and be supplied with the best equipment from the best technician masters. The best part was the improved numbing cream , I had ZERO pain it was complete easy to handle. I had microblading done before by her and it was nice, but I highly recommend doing the combo (microblading & shading), made a huge difference. Now I don't have to use my Anastasia Brow Dip to fill in my eyebrows. Also don't be shy to tell her how you would want your shape, she took her time to redraw my shape twice. Thank goodness this is semi permanent. I am a 100% satisfied customer!! read more

I met Annie in 2018 of January at her Bella Vous Spa and Nails ( her nail shop!). Call it luck or my prayers were answered. I know there are so many bad brow artists out there and some do it to earn $$ but not to do it well. From my removal appt in June 2018 thru July 2019, I am super happy with how my brows look today! The long process and patience paid off!! Good brow ink would have faded after a few, not 10, removal processes. I trusted Annie's professional knowledge and her work throughout the process and now I have the brow I could have only imagined if I haven't met her. I have oily combo skin and to get micro-blading brows was impossible. That's what other artists told me and I couldn't believe how that is not possible!!? Annie Ta made magic with her hair strokes and look at my brows-AMAZING . This was only my 1st appt. Looking forward to my f/u appt. *P.S: I'm in my 40's and at this age my eyebrows are not as full and grey is apparently taking over my hair and brows. It was inevitable and granted, looking for a beauty artist is not easy since there are so many out there! If the artist does not have any social media to post their work, pls don't. That was my mistake. I trusted my old work but paid the price for it. At the end of the day, it's your face!! Your face is in front of everyone and the world! Pls do your research. *P.S.S: I also have my lashes done with Annie . She got me hooked!! I've been wearing her lashes since March. And no it does not irritate at all!! Getting ready only takes 2-3 minutes vs 30-40mins b4. It's amazing and I'm saving so much time and money not having to use mascara, lash curlers, brow pencil, etc. Less makeup = healthier skin. Thank you Annie for everything you've been doing to make me look beautiful!! read more

Annie is amazing! Not only is she super sweet, she is an expert at what she does! She took the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had. I just completed my 2nd appointment for my touch up and could not be happier with the whole experience and outcome. After the first session, when I returned for the touch up, Annie explained that the color may not hold as well because I tend to bleed a lot and recommended I do combo brows instead of just the microblading. I very much appreciate her advice and expertise. She gave me options and educated me without being pushy so I could make an informed decision. Ever since I met Annie, I haven't cheated on her with anyone else (despite her occasional accusations that I have) because no one is as meticulous as she! Right from the start we hit it off and what blossomed was a very special client/la$h lady/Ate/life coach relationship. Annie always goes out of her way to accommodate my sporadic schedule and make sure I'm not out on the streets with hot mess la$hes. I am proud to be her client/hostage that she tortures on a biweekly basis, whether it be glamorizing me with la$hes that she thinks is way too long but does it anyway cuz I won't give up the fight, or spending 6 hrs omberizing my brows, and of course the dreaded touch up of my lip color that she swears that I cry and whine so much that she claims I'm her worst client ever. But I know that it truly means that I am her FAVE of all time (F.O.A.T.) and that she deeply loves me so! Oh and she makes bomb food!! read more

Waited a bit to write my review to include how my eyebrows have healed. It's been 12 days since Annie did the micro blade combo along with lash extensions and I LOVE the work she did! Found her here on Yelp and since she had great reviews, I felt like she was the one for me. Here are my thoughts... - Pain is minimal, if almost non-existent. I'd put it at a 1 during the procedure, a 2 the next day. Numbing cream works wonders. - While your brows are very dark at first, they heal and lighten up quickly...within 4 days for me. - Annie is a perfectionist so be patient because it is WORTH IT!! - After almost 2 weeks, my eyebrows have lightened quite a bit, but look so wonderful. Can't wait for my follow up in about 4 weeks so they look perfect! - Literally...my make-up routine is about 5 minutes now! Yes! - Being in my 50s, I was dealing with almost non-existent brows with a large space in between. Annie took care of all that and I just love my look! - Compliments galore!!! Can't say enough about Annie's expertise. I left the shape and coloring up to her as she is the artist and she did not fail. If you are on the fence about doing this procedure as I was, I recommend you to go to Annie and just go for it. You will not regret that decision! read more

As you can see by the owner's response there is an extreme lack of accountability. I've have been completely honest in my review and even posted the receipts to back it up. I can provide the text messages for you all to see as well. Also, as you can read in my previous post I never said that I was displeased with the amount I paid. I said that the promotion stated to do a certain amount of things and I did more after being asked to do so. I will also attach a photo of the promo that was sent to my email for the special. NO WHERE ON THE EMAIL DOES IT SAY IT HAS TO BE BY TAMMY ONLY! I think it is very distasteful to lie. I showed her a picture of mega volume lashes that she said she could not do and it would not look right. I did not at any point insist that she do it anyway. My exact words were Ill trust you and if it won't look right or last then DO NOT DO IT! YOU ALSO STATED THAT YOU WOULD NOT and I was not mad about this because I wanted quality work done. I posted the proof and so now it seems as if she wants to be dishonest and say that I insisted on mega full lashes when I absolutely did not.And lets say I did request mega volume lol which I did not for my ladies who have seen actual mega volume lashes please refer to the pic below of my obvious not so MEGA VOLUME LASHES. lol if I insisted on it and that's the reason they fell off why aren't they mega in the pic lol. The pic is right after getting them done. Mega where? First, I don't even like mega volume and was trying to explain to her that I wanted the same style as the pic I showed her and she told me that they were "mega volume" and she couldn't do it. I never requested nor even knew the pic was considered mega volume and definitely did not get it. The owner brought up in the reply that I constantly requests promotions as well. Mind you I have only ever been to this place twice. Lol that's 1 and 2. Two times! The first time I came was a first time customer promo which many lash services offer and the second promo which I will attach in the photos was one SHE SENT OUT IN THE EMAIL FOR ALL CUSTOMERS TO USE. It seems as if she wants to offer promos to customer but doesn't want them to use it. How is the fact that I used a promo twice even relevant? You want to offer promotions but then complain if your customers use them. What kind of business is that? The same way she does not like to honor the lash fix policy. Notice in her response she said you were near the end of the 3 day policy. Lol who cares? It was within the policy. If you don't want to fix your mistake within the policy of 3 days because it is the third day update your policy to 2 days. I mean am I right or am I right people? She also said in her reply that if I have so many problems why did I return multiple times. Again, another lie. As I've stated I've only had this woman do my lashes twice.. once two years ago which I never came back until two years later because I did not like that when my lashes fell off she gave me such a hassle to have them fixed. I decided TWO YEARS LATER to give her another try. So there were no multiple times. Lastly, she mentioned that she gave me a special volume set that was not a part of the promo. Again the owner lies lol see the proof in the promo photo I posted. It clearly states, "ANY SERVICE" in capital letters at the top of the promo. THIS IS THE EMAIL PROMO THAT SHE SENT OUT. So how did I get any favors done?? I guess I was done a favor because she honored her own promo. Like how do you not know your own promo?? YOU either forgot your own promo or don't want people to use the offer. Which don't send it out if you or going to complain when people use it and then lie about what the promo offers when it is clearly stated on the promo any service.. it's giving classic BAIT AND SWITCH. I have never had a business owner be so dishonest but don't worry I have the proof and the receipts lol. Use this business at your own risk. Like I stated before I give HONEST reviews so the only pros is that this place is clean, looks nice and in my experience the lashes fall off in the first few days but after that they do hold well but good luck with the hassle of getting her to actually do it. As I said before the cons are just far too many. Between the unprofessionalism, the dishonesty, not wanting customers to use promos that she sends out, and the hassle of trying to have her honor her own lash fix policy and not taking accountability I will never be back. This is absolutely not a good fit. I like professionalism and there are far too many lash techs who don't give you this much trouble. When I first saw her she asked why it had been so long(2 years) since I came and this is why. The only reason I decided to give her a chance is because Jasmine at Nami Lash art in Ontario was booked. Again look at her reply then look at my receipts and you be the judge. Lol. Have a great day! : ) Please see proof below. Annie, I liked to see yours? read more

First time getting my lash extensions done here and I ABSOLUTELY love it! This place is so nice and clean, and the staff is so friendly. Annie was AMAZING! She's an expert at what she does and you can tell that she's really invested in providing her clients with the best service. I've been told before by other lash extension places that my natural lashes were too thin to handle the more voluminous style and I took it as that but after Annie did her magic I was SHOOK!!! PSA: because Annie loves what she does and is all about giving her clients the best service, getting lash extensions here is a PROCESS; meaning it takes A WHILE!! She informed me and also showed me pictures of her work. I made an appointment and went back. OMG, my brows were beautiful. Anne is such a perfectionist. She will not let you leave until she is satisfied with her work. Of course, I went back for a touch-up sometime later. Anne inform me there was a new procedure for microblading It is called Nano. Powder Brows Review: I got my brows done with Annie! I got a powder brow. And I already have brows and a decent shape but when I tell you filling the pesky little gaps in really annoyed me cause I suck at filling in my brows. Anyways I got them done and it didn't hurt at all! I trusted Annie to do my brows because looking at the amazing work she has done on others through Instagram! I really only had to tell her the color I wanted! I let her do the rest because I knew she was going to slay my brows! She is so precise with everything!! She made sure I saw every step and she reassured me on all my concerns! The healing process did sound scary but it was just a bit of scabbing; it didn't look noticeable. Nothing hurt from the start to finish! Now I am about 6 weeks in I'm ready for a touch up! My brows look great! They're super pixelated so it gives the illusion of fluffiness! If you were debating on making an appointment please do! Annie is the best and she is a perfectionist! She will make sure you are happy with your brows!! Lash Review: Annie is a master at her craft! I thought that my last lash tech was as good as it gets. And boy was I wrong! Annie is so detailed and patient when it come to lashes! She really explains everything in detail when it come to shape, style and size that I wanted. I told her that I was going to Vegas and I needed a lot of volume and that's exactly what she gave me! She gave me the perfect weekend lashes and that was 3 weeks ago!!! They're still on and full! Isn't that crazy?? My last lash tech never explained anything about shapes and length of lash she just did it based off of a chart that I honestly couldn't tell the difference between them!! And on top of that headache of basically choosing random lashes ; they literally never lasted 2 weeks! I'm so happy that I found Annie and my brow studio! They are truly the best when it comes to customer service. Im amazed with the work and I've only gotten them done once! Im never going anywhere else Thank you Annie & My Brows read more
