Walked in around 1p on a Wednesday and was immediately attended to. Clean establishment with ample parking. Pooja did a great job threading and trimming my eyebrows which tend to grow long. She continuously checked in and showed me the progress to make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend for a quality service.

I usually get my eyebrows threaded here and Pooja is the best! She accepts walk-ins and I typically don't have to wait too long for the service. She's very meticulous, and I appreciate how she is open to feedback so I can get my brows to be exactly the way I want them. My favorite part is when she uses aloe and gives a mini massage to my brows and temples at the end. So relaxing and quality service at an affordable price! read more

Pooja is absolutely awesome It's hard to find eyebrow threading spots that actually take their time and perfect their craft. I have very thick eyebrows and I hoped around a lot and they would always shape them I like the natural look been coming here for about a month and a half and the natural look is very clean. I been a client of Pooja for over 1 year with eyebrow threading and Brazilian wax. Came in about two weeks ago for a waxing session and they're pricing as well as the meticulous work on it made me decide to make an appointment for their facial. Came in for my facial appointment, opted for the hydra facial since my skin was super dehydrated from being at a music festival. Wow I can say the service is great!! I was helped right away the nice lady did her magic so fast I was surprised when she handed me the mirror. She cleaned my eyebrows and left them even and full. I also got my upper lip, I think she has a light hand bc that wasn't painful either. The salon was clean too. $1 service charge to use a CC as payment. Pooja is amazing! I've been threading my eyebrows/face for over 20 years so I know when someone knows what they're doing. She is thorough, never misses a hair, gentle (her technique is incredibly painless and light), and makes you feel pampered. She's an expert with brows too. Leaves them full and natural (but very precise and clean) if that's what you're looking for. She listens to what you want and makes sure you're satisfied before you leave. She is definitely the best threader in this area! She also does waxing and facials which I've heard are wonderful services. And to top it off she super sweet! I highly recommend her! read more

Pooja is AMAZING absolutely AMAZING seriously can't get any better service anywhere else. My family and I have been getting our eyebrows done at S&K for so many years, this shop opened a few months ago a corner away from our home, im so glad we decided to stop by and give her a try , we had our eyebrows threaded and had our hour facial week later and we are beyond pleased with the service and hospitality we received she has 3 customers for life do not sleep on this small business. I booked a brow lamination appointment and told the technician before the service started that I…read moredid not want the underside of my brows waxed because I was trying to preserve new growth. The underside was waxed anyway. When I followed up, the owner explained that shaping is required with brow lamination and that avoiding the underside is not something they do because it does not meet their standards. My issue is that this was not explained to me before the service began. If my request could not be accommodated, I should have been told so I could decide whether to continue. I requested a refund, but it was denied because the service was completed and their policy says services are non-refundable. Overall, this was disappointing. For me, the issue was communication and feeling like a clear boundary I stated before the appointment was not honored.

Found this location on Yelp after a nearby threading place was temporarily closed and I'm glad I did because this might be my new go-to threading place! Extremely clean and modern place. Immediately met with a warm smile as soon as I walked in. It usually hurts getting my face threaded, but Pooja was extremely light handed and did an amazing job! Pooja was the lovely person who did my whole face threading! She was very communicative and asked questions about what I wanted. She also was warm and kind , which I appreciate. The owner, Pooja, is absolutely wonderful I followed her all the way to her own salon here in rancho! She's been my wax lady for about 2 years now and she's the best.
