I've been living in Rancho almost 2 years and needed a new threading spot. Found Pooja's business via Yelp and decided to give it a try. Walked in around 1p on a Wednesday and was immediately attended to. Clean establishment with ample parking. Pooja did a great job threading and trimming my eyebrows which tend to grow long. I have been a client here for about a year , And have experienced good and bad service off and on. This place is really a hit or miss, The waxing can be too hot and leave burns , or the threading can slip and give you bald spots. I will no longer return to this business. read more

I usually get my eyebrows threaded here and Pooja is the best! She accepts walk-ins and I typically don't have to wait too long for the service. She's very meticulous, and I appreciate how she is open to feedback so I can get my brows to be exactly the way I want them. My favorite part is when she uses aloe and gives a mini massage to my brows and temples at the end. So relaxing and quality service at an affordable price! read more

I was in the area and decided to search for a threading spot. This place showed up on yelp and I am so glad I came for a full face threading. Pooja was so sweet, friendly, and detailed with her threading skills. She really took her time and was so very thorough! Highly recommend this place! Pooja is absolutely awesome It's hard to find eyebrow threading spots that actually take their time and perfect their craft. I have very thick eyebrows and I hoped around a lot and they would always shape them I like the natural look been coming here for about a month and a half and the natural look is very clean. Pooja is highly skilled in all areas of eye brow threading face framing, facials, eye lash extensions and body waxing. This establishment is very clean and modern located in a small shopping center. I been a client of Pooja for over 1 year with eyebrow threading and Brazilian wax. Came in about two weeks ago for a waxing session and they're pricing as well as the meticulous work on it made me decide to make an appointment for their facial. Came in for my facial appointment, opted for the hydra facial since my skin was super dehydrated from being at a music festival. Wow I can say the service is great!! I was helped right away the nice lady did her magic so fast I was surprised when she handed me the mirror. She cleaned my eyebrows and left them even and full. I also got my upper lip, I think she has a light hand bc that wasn't painful either. The salon was clean too. $1 service charge to use a CC as payment. Pooja is amazing! I've been threading my eyebrows/face for over 20 years so I know when someone knows what they're doing. She is thorough, never misses a hair, gentle (her technique is incredibly painless and light), and makes you feel pampered. She's an expert with brows too. Leaves them full and natural (but very precise and clean) if that's what you're looking for. She listens to what you want and makes sure you're satisfied before you leave. She is definitely the best threader in this area! She also does waxing and facials which I've heard are wonderful services. And to top it off she super sweet! I highly recommend her! read more

Pooja is AMAZING absolutely AMAZING seriously can't get any better service anywhere else. My family and I have been getting our eyebrows done at S&K for so many years, this shop opened a few months ago a corner away from our home, im so glad we decided to stop by and give her a try , we had our eyebrows threaded and had our hour facial week later and we are beyond pleased with the service and hospitality we received she has 3 customers for life do not sleep on this small business. I've gotten sugared by her before and wasn't really satisfied with my service as I realized I had a few open cuts / wounds due to the pulling of sensitive, thin skin way down there. So today my service was going well, we were having a great conversation then all of sudden a sugar pull and we both went dead silent for a few minutes. I already knew something went wrong. When we were done I knew I had some cuts down there. When I got home to pee I saw it. My lips looked like it had a big, open, popped pimple in it. And around it was pink and tender, like a cut. This made it difficult to wipe. I would post a picture but due to the area it is at, I am unable to. I would like to speak to a manager regarding this issues because this isn't the first time that's happened to me.

The owner, Pooja, is absolutely wonderful I followed her all the way to her own salon here in rancho! She's been my wax lady for about 2 years now and she's the best. i got both my lashes and eyebrows done here. ive been to places that charge 100+ for my lashes, but this place is only 35 and ive recieved the most compliments with these ones. highly recommend read more

I also found this establishment through Groupon due to me being new to the city. And on there does not indicate whether they use soft or hard wax. So yeah, if you do not wanna suffer with ingrown hairs please do not get your Brazilian / bikini wax here... not being dramatic or anything but I hate life right now cus I've never experienced this much ingrown after a wax before
