I really wanted to really like this place. It is close to home, they have many stylists etc. however I can't force myself to. #1 they are pricey and I by no means in cheap, I just feels you get what you pay for and in this case, I didn't. My first time here was with Melodie and she by far was amazing. My fill appointment was supposed to be with her but when I got there they said they made an error and booked me with someone else. At this point stupid me was talked into their monthly plan. I signed up thinking ok $179 for twice a month is some savings. I was still liking them as this point until day 2 -3 when my lashes were obviously not done right (old lashes were left and grown out) and they started to fall off and looked horrible after day 4. Granted they did offer a free "fix" which was done, the girl at the front counter kept Pushing products and other things that you would get from a chain franchise place, which, well they are. I decided at this point to cancel my membership before they charged as I wasn't sold on it. My next fill appointment was scheduled for 2 Weeks later and none of my lashes made it that long and I was requiring a new set. I had the full length "sexy" I think they call it and it was going to be $169 PLUS $39 for the added volume. $209, plus tip?!! Not worth it. They did comp the $39 due to all the confusion and issues I had however.... The girl at the front who "almost" sold me to Come back assured me that she was the customer service manager and would make sure I got an appointment with Melodie... to no surprise, she couldn't get me in as she was booked. (I see why, she is good) She booked me for my next appointment with someone she said is one of the best and always booked, but she said this ...just let her know you're picky" when she does your fill. Umm?? If expecting your lashes to last means picky, then wouldn't Most people be "picky"? Poor choice of words. Will no longer return. read more

I've been coming here for all my lash needs lately have been so disappointed with the service, today I went in for a full set mega volume, spent an extra 45 dollars on top of my monthly 120 membership and my full set was incomplete, never had this happen to me but I would think they would have their techs try to get most of the lashes especially the inner and outer corners. UPDATE: I'm updating my review due to the kindness of Florencia and Kennedy. They both ended up reaching out to me to fix this situation and helped me cancel my membership in an easier way and get a refund on my cancellation fee. I appreciate the kind employees at Amazing Lash Studio for making this experience a more pleasant one. I do truly believe this was a simple accident/miscommunication. I have also always had beautiful lashes after every appointment, and I would recommend the salon to others. Do not sign up for their membership! I've been a member for over two years, and unfortunately had to cancel my appointment this morning after having to take my dog to the emergency vet and they charged me to cancel my appointment! And now that I want to cancel my entire membership, I'm told I have to come in and sign a contract to cancel. I will never be going here again. And this is after they cancel appointments, change times, and have even had me come in for a scheduled appointment and when I arrived nothing was ever booked. I tried them for the first time and was disappointed, I did not get the look I was used to (4 year lash addict here). I wrote my review accordingly. The owner reached out to me, I went in and a complimentary fix was provided... I must say even though the lashes aren't the hand laid (up charge here for them) the lash artist did a great job. I have had good retention and no gaps like the first set that was placed. The place has a franchise vibe I'm going to try and get used to. Overall a good establishment, good customer service, good hygienic practices in place. And they have a membership plan that seems to be worth it. The only noticeable cons thus far is the feeling of being at a car dealership, seems like they keep trying to sell extras and of course add the uncharge at the end. She always gets my lashes looking exactly how I love them, and they last for 3 weeks, shes always very friendly and super fast. The ladies at the reception desk are also friendly, warm and welcoming. I got my lashes refilled a week and a half ago. They kept falling off and not shedding with my natural lash. the extensions where falling off like crazy. My set wasn't thick like I like it to begin with, so by 10 days I had holes and in desperate need of a fix. I wasn't happy and called to explain the situation that I just had them done and they weren't holding up and were nowhere near as thick as I'm accustomed to getting them. I got a bad refill. The receptionist was sweet, they always are. She booked me same day for a refill. When I arrived I showed her my lashes she agreed they are sparse for a week and a half and almost gone. I went back with my tech, explained how I was just here and they aren't holding up not shedding with my natural lash just coming off on their own. And showed her the old picture from my original review and asked to please make them thick like I'm accustomed to getting. They turned out better, I like them but still not as thick as my original tech in previous picture. She spent more than half the appointment lecturing me on every scenario known to man why they were coming off prematurely and all leading back to be my fault and not theres. Even though she didn't ask me a single question to find out what could have happened, to merit the long lecture. She did it in a very professional way and wasn't rude at all. but bottom line somehow their lashes, glue & application not holding up was my fault... not theirs. She also told me I would need to come back again in a week or 2 before they would be back to normal, and lasting me a month like I'm use too. If thats the case I'm up to 1 full set and 3 refills in a little over a months time... this is a couple hundred dollars... ahhh!!!! I've been a client of Amazing last for 5 years and a cosmetologist AND certified in lash extensions myself. I know how to care for lashes and I know when I get a bad set. I did not bring this upon myself... It simply wasn't a good application or faulty glue.... I just canceled my membership because we are going out of town for 9 months and doesn't have amazing lash nearby. They don't allow you to freeze memberships anymore so I had no choice but to cancel. I still have 5 credits to use. Point of that is at checkout they use my membership but had to charge me none member price for the volume upgrade. I get it, policy... I just feel that was unfair, I normally can go 5 weeks in between fills, I was JUST THERE and paid the upgrade for volume lashes that fell out. Now having to use another credit and being charged a more expensive price for volume upgrade felt unjust. So this month I have invested over $200 in refills... plus the $150 for a thin full set just before that. (I felt they messed up and over charged me for since at the time I was still a active member.) I've never in all my years had to pay so much for a full set. I really think she charged me incorrectly. Came in on July 11th 2018 Atmosphere: Clean & sophisticated. Very impressed. Lash stylist: Janet was an amazing lash stylist, she made me feel comfortable during those 2 hours. She answered my questions properly & helped ease my anxiety. Overall it's was a good experience.. that is until I went home. I realize that it's different for everyone but within 24 hours I lost a significant amount of lashes on one of my eyes. I did not wash them or anything for two days so of course I'm a little sad of the result. I was very careful to listen to their instructions. I honestly felt from what the staff was telling me since I didn't upgrade to volume 3D or 6D I wasn't going to get nice lashes. Thing is I wanted them simple.. that's not my complaint, it's just that I wish they would stop falling out. They did what I asked for, just not in the quality I had hoped for. Another reason why I'm giving this place three stars is because it felt a little too pushy for me. I understand sales is what keeps a business running but I made it clear that I wanted this for a one time event & it was a present from my sister. I honestly just can't afford the monthly price of being a member and I don't think the message was coming across the staff. Maybe it's just me personally but it was little too much for me. Always friendly and ever so relaxing I don't do a lot of things for myself so I thought I'd try something like lashes. That was about a year ago now and I still love it! Staff are attentive, helpful, and extremely good about sending you reminders about upcoming appointments. Even the store manager has been in the shop a couple of times and is always very friendly. It is easy to see that the staff are happy and in turn give back that positive vibe towards the customers making it an all around pleasant experience. Horrible.. I can see the glue on my lashes, looks like I got them done at a nail salon. I will never go back there again, my lashes do not look like they were described, I should of asked for a removal and a refund but I did not want to make a scene. First, I will say that Alyssia (spelling?) the Master Lash artist is truly talented, efficient and friendly. I got a really nice set of 3D "Cute" style lashes done for Christmas. She did a beautiful job and they lasted 3 solid weeks with minimal shedding. I would give her 5 Stars for her service and work ethic. My issue is with the front desk and general communications management. (Text confirmations, etc....) I decided after their membership pitch that the normal membership wasn't a priority to work into my monthly family budget, so they offered me the $69.99/month plan for "once a month fills". I only wanted very natural and classic lashes so I agreed. Right after that they pushed me to book in 3 weeks instead of 4. Saying that it might cost more if I wait that extra week and lose too many lashes....?? I thought I just told her that I could maybe only manage the $69.99/mo and now it's turning into every three weeks? Very shady. Then on my contract, I was told that they would be billing me in 3 weeks and they "accidentally" billed me 2 weeks later instead. I stopped by the studio so they apologized and corrected the issue. I can let one mistake go and move on. My 3 week appointment came up and I got 3 seperate text messages from 3 different numbers to confirm my appt for that upcoming Monday. The second that third texts had me worried that their booking system wasn't reading my confirmation response properly even though it sent me a "Thank You! We will see you Monday!" confirmation each time. So I show up on Monday 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment and they asked me, "Oh, did you call this morning to cancel?" I said,"No...did someone cancel my appointment?" They said, "I'm so sorry, we thought it was you who called so we put another client in with you Lash artist. You will be worked in in 30 minutes and we will give you $10 Lash Cash to put towards your upgrade if you have one." 45 minutes later (not 30) I get a Lash artist I had not requested but I went ahead anyways. I was worried because I specifically chose my first artist since I have had bad experiences before. I first asked if my pricing would fit into my $69.99 payment and the Lash Artist said Oh yeah it will. I asked for the Classic natural lashes. The Lash artist was very sweet and friendly. My lashes were satisfactory. There were more on the left side than the right but I didn't want to make a big deal out of it. I knew I would not return to her even though she was really sweet. When I went to pay, they told me it would be an EXTRA $20 for 3D lashes (which I did not request). I was so irritated by this whole disorganized visit. I just paid, tipped my Lash girl $15 and left. I realized that the $10 Lash Cash credit was not even given to me after they forgot my appointment. More disorganization. I am planning to stop by to cancel my membership because the upcharges and shady upselling without CLARIFICATION is too dishonest for me. I should have seen a red flag when another woman was hollering to cancel her membership while I was waiting. She was also complaining of them forgetting her appointments and upcharging her every time. I hope this place re-organizes their business model because it could potentially be such a lovely place. I was just soured by this experience and don't want to continue patronizing them. read more

So here I am a regular at Amazing Lash Studio. 1st off its not cheap to keep up with the lashes so if you can spend about $70 a month then by all means try it. When you come in for the1st time they have you fill out paper work offer you promotions . I signed up for 69.00 a month the problem that I have is I come every 2 weeks . I went in yesterday as a lash model. No, I did not pay for the service and only left a tip for the lash tech. But, I was going in to also get the feel of this place since I am looking for a lash place after moving out here to the I.E. My lash tech Yajaira, was so good. I loved her service and the way she was gentle and professional. I feel bad because they did not give her the opportunity to truly show her talent to her potential. I didn't like the business ethic. My lash tech was rushed and had to had me done within 1 & 1/2 hours because 10 minutes for this and 10 minutes for that had to be reserved. My lash tech filled my left eye beautifully, but my right eye was half filled, and is when I noticed she was being pressured to rush her service. The trainers came in saying "it's 10:15 and we have to be done at 11" they did not let my eyelash tech train properly. It seem like this place gets in clients and rush them out in under 2 hours regardless of the job getting done 100% or not. It was a bad first impression of the business. The quality of this business is lacking on satisfaction. Such a shame because the place looks very nice and I was excited to continue my lash service there. read more

If there's issues or your not happy with your lashes they try to make you happy and correct any service. I've only had 2 bad experiences but the front desk always makes sure everything goes smoothly. I prefer to get my lashes done by a master stylist since my eyes are sensitive. 1) the studio is clean 2) the front staff are friendly 3) they have immediate openings 4) I believe is overpriced for what you get When I walked in, they asked what I wanted, I asked for volume 6D so they said okay that's $45 more. I agreed and end up with some looking classic eyelashes. I've gotten them done before in the past at other places and they look way darker as the volume is really 6D. I have a feeling these won't even last a week the most maybe two. I did tell Audrey the front girl that I was expecting more as soon as I got done and was paying. DO NOT COME HERE. I had an eyelash lift and tint done on Sunday and my lift fell the next day. On top of that I had to go to urgent care today due to my eyes burning everyday after. Overpriced for mediocre work. The lash tech that worked on me clearly had very little experience and some of my lashes came out pointing downwards and poking my eye. they really reel you in with that "20$ off your first set" deal only to try to get you to sign up for some monthly membership. if you dont sign up then fills are wayyyyy too pricey. and even with the membership its still a rip off. my lashes barely even looked different after the appointment was over!!! the price of a fill for the natural set i got is straight up ridiculous considering the fact that There are SO MANY other lash places in rancho that have lash techs that are more skilled and will not try to rip you off by trying to sell you a bunch of unnecessary products. i came here for my first ever set of extensions a couple months ago because of the first timer deal and the fact that this place gave me a very close appointment date. I am happy to say i have left this toxic relationship early and found a better lash studio that treats me right and offers great prices for flawless thicc lashes.
