I've been getting my eyelashes done for years, and I've always had a great experience at the Rancho location. Donna consistently does an amazing job, and I highly recommend her. Unfortunately, she is on vacation and recommended that I visit the Upland location and book with Ryanna. Sadly, this was the worst experience I've ever had getting my lashes done. I went in for a fill, and throughout the appointment my eyes were burning badly. I informed Ryanna aged age just ignored me. Instead, I was told to stop shutting my eyes because the glue would not stick. When the appointment was finished, the lashes on one eye looked noticeably different from the other. One side was less full, and the inner corners were uneven lengths. I normally get the Cutie 6D set, but my lashes did not appear full at all. When I mentioned my concerns, only a few lashes were added before the appointment ended. I returned the following day to have them corrected, but I did not feel welcomed back. Ryanna was with another client and asked me to wait about an hour, she probably thought I would be back instead I kindly said that's fine I'll wait and as I was going to sit she rudely said come to the bed next to the client she was working on. She added a few lashes onto my left eye. Once again, my eye was burning. I had to fan my own eye with my hand, and when I asked for a fan, I was told one was not available. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location, and I would personally not recommend booking with Ryanna.

My first visit was with Rachel Wang . I was lit a little late and they were very gracious with still picking me up a 10 minute mark. I told her about what I wanted, and she did a great job giving me real mink lashes and a very natural look. There is however a little bit of a language barrier. She asked me what size I wanted, and she Also did a good job prepping my skin by cleanse in the area, and giving me a nice lashes in a good amount of time. My second visit today was supposed to be with Rachel, But they ended up giving me a different technician. This time I showed a photo of just a little bit more fullness with what Rachelle has given me since I had a lot of fall out. She said "oh yeah! You want the sexy style, look I can do that." I'm not well-versed in the lash terminology , so she also suggested hybrid which I guess is a mix of a little fuller of a lash so I agreed. Dude. Whoever it was who did my lashes didn't even prep my eye, was really rough with the first guy until I literally had to say "OW" and then she was more gentle. My lashes are humongous. I pulled a chunk out that was rubbing my lash line and they feel heavy as all. The front of my lash also has no small lashes which the real Rachel did awesome. I wonder why she didn't follow the lashes that were left behind or even ask me what links I wanted? I'm getting married on Saturday and I'm gonna scramble to see if I can get them fixed. I'm leaving for a honeymoon and don't plan on wearing a lot of make up and I feel like it just looks so obvious I'll include my first time; my inspiration pic (complete with lash sizes), and my after. They do not honor who your appointment is with so be sure to ask for the right person. I will most likely never return.

My coworker recommended this place to me and I love it! The ladies working there greet you and make sure you feel comfortable. They give you great service and take care of you very well. While youre getting the lashes done, the technician makes sure that nothing hurts and you feel relaxed. I love the scent of this place and how clean it is. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

I have been shopping around for lashes and came across this place on IG: I reached out to ask some questions and Wendy was very helpful. After speaking to her I felt confident coming in and setting up and appointment. When I got to the shop, it was very clean and everyone was very friendly. Wendy explained more to me about the different types of lashes and styles. (*Which I truly appreciate) After picking something out for myself, she was able to start the process. The entire time which is about 1 1/2 HRS, she made sure I was comfortable and I was able to speak to her if I had any questions. I was super happy with after results and got a lot of compliments. Wendy also took time to explain the refill process and pricing and how to take care of my lashes. When I came back for a minor question, she took booked me right away and was still very friendly and helpful! Thank you so much Wendy!

Online pics look amazing, so I hoped I would get the style I wanted. The place looks clean. However, I certainly did not get "cute" style lashes. When I asked for pictures and an explanation of classic whispy versus cute, tech didn't explain. She said, "Cute is cute, whispy is whispy." The tech was pleasant and professional. I suspect Mini Beauty, much like other companies, are too quick to open up many locations and rapidly train techs, and quality goes out the window. The pictures posted on the website are those posted at the location. But who knows what lash tech, at what location actually did that job. Won't be coming back, unfortunately.

This place is amazing. They have the most reasonable prices and I've shopped around. I usually get my lashes done by Ryana and she is very fast, efficient, and gentle. They look great too. They let you pick from a book and it turns out exactly how you want. Highly recommend.

This was my first time getting extensions and my first time coming to this location and I loved how my lashes came out. I had booked an appointment prior so upon entering I was asked to fill out and form and was eventually taken inside the room. My eyelash tech was Nico, she was accommodating to the eyelash set that I wanted. I went for the classic hybrid wispy set and they came out looking so good. Update: it's only been a week since I got it done and I've noticed a whole row of eyelashes on top that didn't get any lashes... I should have knew something was up and checked harder when I finished before the girl that had been laying there before I got there but I was just so happy I was able to get lashes in time for the wedding. I use to be able to push my fills to way past 3 weeks., Its just such a bummer I spent around $100 bucks( also only quoted 65 when you call) and it hasn't even been 2 weeks and I feel like I already have to get them fixed cos I'm noticing all these holes more and more everyday. They were the most professional lash place I've ever been to. They gave me the most clear after care procedures that I've ever gotten and they even had a 3 day policy in which they said they'll fix your lashes... but thinking back now.. she knew I was going to a wedding, even when she told me about the 3 day fix policy .. she literally said oh but you don't think you'll be comming back for that right? ... did you purposely miss an entire top row of my lashes because you knew I wasn't gonna be able to make it back in time?? read more

I've been to several eye lashes places but this is my go to spot! I love their work, you can have very natural to volume lashes but not overly done (not my style) My eyelashes last up to 3 weeks to a month with proper care! Everyone there does a great job and so sweet! I love this eyelash place, they do a good job! read more

I have been to several different lash studios and this place is a hidden gem! It is just like visiting the spa every time I come here. It is so incredibly peaceful and CLEAN! Wendy, the manager, does an amazing job making sure safety protocols are met and the client safety is top priority. The lash technicians' talent and work is all consistently beautiful and impeccable which is so rare to find. I will continue to come here and recommend this studio to all my friends! Reply to the business owner: I drove a long way to get my lashes done and no way I am coming back. My eyes were red for four days and the lashes were placed wrong poking my eyes. I had to remove it. Also, your techs were very rude on talking smack about the clients right in front of them in Chinese. This isn't the first time I got my lashes done. I've gotten them done by other techs at other shops. I went here to specifically get anime lashes due to their IG post. I don't know the tech name, but she was not a nice person. My lashes do not look like the photos on IG. The directions of the longest eyelash is all over the place. It took the tech a long time to do them. Most tech I went to were very nice, helpful, quick, and they did an amazing job. My eyes never burned or got terribly irritated, but this tech my right eyes were burning and it was irritated a day or two after. She seems as if she was in a rush. Anyway, my lashes looks wonky. As if I had them for 2 weeks even though I recently got them and they were falling out like crazy even though I had them for two days. What a joke. Other lash tech I been too, I never had so much lashes falling out. The price is ridiculous as well. New client $120 and returned client $135? Never going back. read more

After searching for a new lash place I have finally found it. The two ladies that have done my lashes so far have been so gentle, I could hardly tell they were there. I also love how they have different options on the type of lashes you like based on how they feel. The first time I got them done I had a mirror in my hand before we started and they held up different lash lengths so that I could pick which length and style I preferred. Everyone there is so polite and everything was very clean and professional looking. The only negative thing I can say is that they can go a little heavy handed on the glue it seems and for the first day or two you may see a little excess white glue which goes away. I clearly told them that i can NOT cancel because classpass has a mandatory cancel fee for these businesses so they would charge me $65 of cancellation PLUS repay the full price of lashes??? she kept trying to pressure me to do that and i kept saying no. finally the manager answered and they decided to work on my lashes. It honestly didn't come out bad but the glue is very very strong and it makes your eyes super red for 3 days (at least mine). i was not disappointed in the lashes i honestly liked them so i wanted to reschedule for another time and i was okay with the glue burning a bit. but today Sept 9, i texted them to make sure their staff knows that there will be a customer through class pass before i can't cancel it. mind you this lady who ever it is responding my messages is telling me to cancel it AGAIN. i contacted class pass and they said that is not okay and i sent the lady the screenshots of the messages through class pass and she said " applications are for new customers" NO WHERE ON THEIR DESCRIPTION SAYS THAT! how can you want to make business with people who are not understanding or professional? i had a bad first experience and i said ok let me try again because i liked the eyelashes and again they pushing customers away. i sent these messages to class pass and they also said no where on their business description says it's for new customers only ??? this is BS i don't get how people are so irresponsible about having their business up on a third party platform. if you don't want people coming back to your shop REMOVE IT FROM CLASS PASS

Initially I wasn't a huge fan of my lashes just because I felt like there were some spots that didn't look very filled in. But it took about 24hrs for it to grow on me. She did somewhat give me the look I asked for--not too much and something that accentuated my face without being overtly appearing as false lashes. And I know the reason why it didn't look the same was because they had to substitute for the look I usually go far due to them not having the correct lashes in stock. Because of this I just know I can't come back because we're supposed to leave our lash appointment feeling our most beautiful or "upgraded" self but I just left feeling a bit let down.

I've been a loyal client here for about two years, and this was by far the worst experience I've…read moreever had and that says a lot because I usually shy away from speaking up for myself. A service that normally takes 1 hour took 3 hours, and I was laying down the entire time. I am currently recovering from a knee dislocation, and being stuck in that position for so long caused my legs to start feeling numb and left me in pain after leaving. During that time, 3 other clients came in and finished services before I was even finished, which was extremely frustrating. I experienced major eye irritation as my eyes were tearing nonstop, extremely red, and painful by the end of the service and I truly believe it is due to the length in time. When I asked the technician how much longer it would take, I was told 30 more minutes, which then turned into nearly another hour. Despite all of this, I was still charged the full $130, which is what I normally pay for a service that takes about an hour. I asked for a reasonable discount because 3 hours for a 1-hour service is unacceptable and upon opening my eyes I felt the worst burning sensation. After going back and forth, the owner only approved a $10 discount, which felt dismissive given the situation. They offered me eye drops, but only if I used them and immediately gave them back, which I declined because I was already upset. The owner also did not apologize or take accountability and instead made several attempts at holding my wrist while telling me that they said they had told me it would take longer and that the employee was new. I was never told the technician was new, and even if I had been, an additional 2 hours is unreasonable and has now resulted in blurry vision and severe pain and discoloration in my eyes! I'm extremely disappointed, especially as a long-term customer. This experience showed a lack of consideration for client comfort, time, and safety. Unfortunately, this is the last time my family and friends will be returning and I will not be recommending this place anymore as I still have severe eye discoloration and pain even though they said it would only be this way "for a little bit". Well today is day two and I needed help opening my eyes which were closed shut and covered in puss. This is ridiculous and I even had to cancel my weekend plans because I'm embarrassed to be out like this.

I got the classic set with real mink the first time, I love them with the natural looking. After couple times of refill, I do a new set with hybrid volume, which is a little fuller than classic. I have to say this is my favorite!! They are natural but full at the same time. I was addicted to their lashes, save me lots of time for makeup every morning. Their customer service is very good too! I've been going to Mini Beauty Eyelash salon since 2 years ago. I used to go to their Covina location, but after I moved this location is much closer to my house. I always go to Wendy who is very knowledgeable about lashes and professional at what she's doing. She took her time to listen to my needs and always made sure I felt comfortable in the process. I don't have full natural lashes but she always made my lashes full and beautiful with her gentle hands. I'm so thankful I found this place to have my lashes done. This place is clean and cute. Wendy is my lashes tech. she's very friendly and fun to talk with and also with good lashes skills. I've been very picky about how my lashes look but every time I came here she delivered exactly what I asked for. My lashes lasted up to 4 weeks. Lashes last for long time, still look very good after three weeks. I want them to be a little fuller for my birthday party, so I change from classic set to a hybrid volume set. I've been doing lash extensions for years and tried different lash places, Mini Beauty is the best! Wendy did my lashes, she recommended the best lashes that fit my eyes. She cleaned my lashes and gently applied extensions to my lashes. She always made sure my lashes look nice. I didn't feel any burning even though I have very sensitive eyes. Hands down the best lashes I've ever had. The atmosphere was lovely. The look and feel are incredibly natural but have the dramatic effect I was going for. The glue never irritated or stung, even in the shower.
