I've been getting my eyelashes done for years, and I've always had a great experience at the Rancho location. Donna consistently does an amazing job, and I highly recommend her. Unfortunately, she is on vacation and recommended that I visit the Upland location and book with Ryanna. Sadly, this was the worst experience I've ever had getting my lashes done. I went in for a fill, and throughout the appointment my eyes were burning badly. I informed Ryanna aged age just ignored me. Instead, I was told to stop shutting my eyes because the glue would not stick. When the appointment was finished, the lashes on one eye looked noticeably different from the other. One side was less full, and the inner corners were uneven lengths. I normally get the Cutie 6D set, but my lashes did not appear full at all. When I mentioned my concerns, only a few lashes were added before the appointment ended. I returned the following day to have them corrected, but I did not feel welcomed back. Ryanna was with another client and asked me to wait about an hour, she probably thought I would be back instead I kindly said that's fine I'll wait and as I was going to sit she rudely said come to the bed next to the client she was working on. She added a few lashes onto my left eye. Once again, my eye was burning. I had to fan my own eye with my hand, and when I asked for a fan, I was told one was not available. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location, and I would personally not recommend booking with Ryanna. read more

This was my first time getting extensions and my first time coming to this location and I loved how my lashes came out. I had booked an appointment prior so upon entering I was asked to fill out and form and was eventually taken inside the room. My eyelash tech was Nico, she was accommodating to the eyelash set that I wanted. I went for the classic hybrid wispy set and they came out looking so good. My first visit was with Rachel Wang . I was lit a little late and they were very gracious with still picking me up a 10 minute mark. I told her about what I wanted, and she did a great job giving me real mink lashes and a very natural look. There is however a little bit of a language barrier. She asked me what size I wanted, and she Also did a good job prepping my skin by cleanse in the area, and giving me a nice lashes in a good amount of time. My second visit today was supposed to be with Rachel, But they ended up giving me a different technician. This time I showed a photo of just a little bit more fullness with what Rachelle has given me since I had a lot of fall out. She said "oh yeah! You want the sexy style, look I can do that." I'm not well-versed in the lash terminology , so she also suggested hybrid which I guess is a mix of a little fuller of a lash so I agreed. Dude. Whoever it was who did my lashes didn't even prep my eye, was really rough with the first guy until I literally had to say "OW" and then she was more gentle. My lashes are humongous. I pulled a chunk out that was rubbing my lash line and they feel heavy as all. The front of my lash also has no small lashes which the real Rachel did awesome. I wonder why she didn't follow the lashes that were left behind or even ask me what links I wanted? I'm getting married on Saturday and I'm gonna scramble to see if I can get them fixed. I'm leaving for a honeymoon and don't plan on wearing a lot of make up and I feel like it just looks so obvious I'll include my first time; my inspiration pic (complete with lash sizes), and my after. They do not honor who your appointment is with so be sure to ask for the right person. I will most likely never return. read more

Online pics look amazing, so I hoped I would get the style I wanted. The place looks clean. However, I certainly did not get "cute" style lashes. When I asked for pictures and an explanation of classic whispy versus cute, tech didn't explain. She said, "Cute is cute, whispy is whispy." The tech was pleasant and professional. I suspect Mini Beauty, much like other companies, are too quick to open up many locations and rapidly train techs, and quality goes out the window. The pictures posted on the website are those posted at the location. But who knows what lash tech, at what location actually did that job. Won't be coming back, unfortunately. read more

I have been shopping around for lashes and came across this place on IG: I reached out to ask some questions and Wendy was very helpful. After speaking to her I felt confident coming in and setting up and appointment. When I got to the shop, it was very clean and everyone was very friendly. Wendy explained more to me about the different types of lashes and styles. (*Which I truly appreciate) After picking something out for myself, she was able to start the process. The entire time which is about 1 1/2 HRS, she made sure I was comfortable and I was able to speak to her if I had any questions. I was super happy with after results and got a lot of compliments. Wendy also took time to explain the refill process and pricing and how to take care of my lashes. Update: it's only been a week since I got it done and I've noticed a whole row of eyelashes on top that didn't get any lashes... I should have knew something was up and checked harder when I finished before the girl that had been laying there before I got there but I was just so happy I was able to get lashes in time for the wedding. I use to be able to push my fills to way past 3 weeks., Its just such a bummer I spent around $100 bucks( also only quoted 65 when you call) and it hasn't even been 2 weeks and I feel like I already have to get them fixed cos I'm noticing all these holes more and more everyday. They were the most professional lash place I've ever been to. They gave me the most clear after care procedures that I've ever gotten and they even had a 3 day policy in which they said they'll fix your lashes... but thinking back now.. she knew I was going to a wedding, even when she told me about the 3 day fix policy .. she literally said oh but you don't think you'll be comming back for that right? ... did you purposely miss an entire top row of my lashes because you knew I wasn't gonna be able to make it back in time?? read more

Reply to the business owner: I drove a long way to get my lashes done and no way I am coming back. My eyes were red for four days and the lashes were placed wrong poking my eyes. I had to remove it. Also, your techs were very rude on talking smack about the clients right in front of them in Chinese. This isn't the first time I got my lashes done. I've gotten them done by other techs at other shops. I went here to specifically get anime lashes due to their IG post. I don't know the tech name, but she was not a nice person. My lashes do not look like the photos on IG. The directions of the longest eyelash is all over the place. It took the tech a long time to do them. Most tech I went to were very nice, helpful, quick, and they did an amazing job. My eyes never burned or got terribly irritated, but this tech my right eyes were burning and it was irritated a day or two after. She seems as if she was in a rush. Anyway, my lashes looks wonky. As if I had them for 2 weeks even though I recently got them and they were falling out like crazy even though I had them for two days. What a joke. I went to my appointment this past Saturday my lashes were done by Nico wasn't exactly what I wanted I've paid $95 I've gotten better work done for same price or better. The lash glue was extremely strong I can smell it at a point I just wanted to ask her to stop but I had my eyes shut down and decided to give the benefit of the doubt. They just ask what length or style and if you don't like it they try to say "well this is what you asked for" as I over heard another person complaining about the service. They don't give much options they don't have different curls either. I really suggest to listen to customers offer different curls and use better lash glue! I went here because they offer fast appointments and my lash tech had cancel due to an emergency so I decided to try it out and was pretty disappointed. read more

After searching for a new lash place I have finally found it. The two ladies that have done my lashes so far have been so gentle, I could hardly tell they were there. I also love how they have different options on the type of lashes you like based on how they feel. The first time I got them done I had a mirror in my hand before we started and they held up different lash lengths so that I could pick which length and style I preferred. Everyone there is so polite and everything was very clean and professional looking. The only negative thing I can say is that they can go a little heavy handed on the glue it seems and for the first day or two you may see a little excess white glue which goes away. I come in every 2 weeks for a fill and never miss, and every time my eyelashes have always been so beautiful ! I've never had a bad experience. The only thing I suggest to them is to please use a different glue. It's so strong and I'm always congested and have an itchy throat for at least 2 days after my fill. I love my eyelashes so much, but please look into using different glue ! I'd hate to have to look elsewhere. Other than that, 5 stars !!! Love them . read more
