This was my first time getting my lashes done here and I got my lashes done a month ago. I went in and it was so crowded. My lash tech kept coughing throughout the whole session and it concerned me a little. When she finished, I opened my eyes and it started irritating so much. She helped fixed it but it was still irritating once again when I walked out. There was even a deal for first time clients, which was $10 cheaper but she still charged me full price for a new full set. Then I went to a different lash tech to get them removed because it was consistently irritating and she had told me that there was an eye infection forming. It took me off guard because I was shocked. I'm so disappointed in this place and I will never go back. In the pictures is my eye inflammation and buildup from the eye infection forming. read more

This was my second time going to get my eyelashes done at this location and both of times Milan L. Did my service. All I can say is that her customer service is so bad. She's really rude. The first time I went she was so rude when I was asking about the sizing and style of the eyelashes. And the second time around, she was also rude. She rushed our appointment the second time and the next day I woke up with a few aye lashes poking my eye. I went back and she did fix the issue but was still rude. And told me that If I didn't want to go back that I didn't have too. She doesn't care about her clients or losing them. I am very disappointed. I would never book with her again. read more

Booking The receptionist here kindly helped me book an appointment that fit my schedule. I told her I was new and had an idea of what I wanted but I needed some consulting since I was a first time customer. I had an appointment in less than a week. This place wants you to keep your appointment, they will text you three times asking you to confirm your appointment. Location I visited today for the first time and it was packed. This place is located right across the stater brothers parking lot. The earlier you make your appointment the easier it is to find parking. Customer Service The receptionist was polite and staff were also polite. I did have to wait for my technician which took about 20 minutes. While waiting, three girls came in during this period to fix their eyelashes for the following reasons: eyelashes were falling off or eyelashes were to exaggerated for their liking. I was concerned at first but the receptionist had no problem helping these ladies out to fix their lashes. My eyelash experience: My technician Emma was polite, she asked me questions about the type of eyelashes I wanted and I told her my concerns and showed her pictures of what I wanted. However, at first I wasn't thrilled at my new look. I asked for cat eye and I got hybrid whispy eyelashes that looked nothing like the two pictures I showed her. I contacted the business via phone to try to see if I could get my lashes fixed and I was able to get an appointment later that same day. Business owner The business owner called me and asked what could be done to make things better. So after speaking on the phone with her, I was rescheduled to fix my lashes (free of charge). Mia fixed my lashes and long story short, they came out to my liking. She explained that due to my eye shape my eyelashes would look somewhat different but that it would still fit my eye shape. She was right, I am satisfied with my lashes and I will definitely be coming back here again. Pro Tip If you don't like your lashes just give this place a call and they will try to help you get the look you want. read more

I'm happy with the service I receive and you can't go wrong with this place. I am a recurring customer.

For the past two years, I've consistently visited this place every month. It's the only place I rely on for my lash needs, where I feel completely comfortable. They respond promptly and are extremely accommodating. The cleanliness is impeccable, and their lashes have a longer lifespan compared to other places I've tried. Highly recommend this place! read more

Didn't have a good experience here unfortunately. Although they respond to my inquiry in a timely manner and have a clean place, nothing else went well. I got my eyebrows and half legs waxed and I wouldn't recommend to anyone else. Tina separated my eyebrows so much, I feel embarrassed. I literally leave to vacation Wednesday and I can't do a single thing about it . My leg wax hurt so much. I've gone to other places and not once have a seen a tech warm up the wax so much it drips everywhere and irritates my skin. She even got some wax on my sock and didn't even notice. I kind of got frustrated because she said "all done" and hadn't even moved to back back side of my things. She missed the whole side of my legs too. At this point I have no energy to even go back and have it done right even though it was expensive. That's why I'm writing this review. I just hope this saves someone else from having the same experience as I did. read more

Lashes went good and came out cute, it was fast and got a good nap in. Thank you Krystal

Princess Lash - Chino - Princess lashes - Eyelash Service Near Me - Chino, California

I keep coming back to this place even though I moved out of the area. I have a different tech every time and I have not had a bad experience. Sessions take 1hr to 1.5 hr. The lashes stay for awhile for me which I appreciate. I will say for parking.. unless you get an appointment during the weekend, park in the stater bros parking lot and walk across. Parking spots are tight and selective because of the surrounding businesses. read more

2 out of the 2 times I've been here I have gotten sick from a sick employee coming to work. As I was getting my lashes done, I noticed lash tech Lucy going to the restroom and coughing. I immediately became concerned because as you know lash technicians work DIRECTLY above your face. She washed her hands for less than 5 seconds after too. But your eyes are closed and they know we won't just open our eyes and look around. She was eating cough drops during the appointment (I could hear her and saw the Ricola wrapper when I got up) The next morning I wake up and I'm sick with the same symptoms, and here I am 7 days later asking to get them removed and refunded since I am no longer contagious! Where's a public health lawyer since this is repeated behavior which is very upsetting and alarming! And the lashes: A FULL SET should not be completely done in 1 HOUR. The lash techs here are not trained properly, it's one thing to know that 1 lash should attach to the extension, but it's another thing to be able to DO IT and not attach 3 NATURAL LASHES TO 1 EXTENSION. EDIT AFTER RESPONSE: Your clients should not have to lay there and be uncomfortable the whole time while the tech is coughing and chewing on cough drops. Let the customer know that you "had a spicy lunch". No one is going to admit to being sick. They don't care about your health or the health of your lashes. They want you in and out in an hour so they can take your money as quickly as possible. You will lose your lashes getting lashes here. read more

Princess Lash - Chino - Pls correct me if I'm wrong but cough drops are for sick people - Eyelash Service Near Me - Chino, California

Last visit I got my lashes done by VICKIE J , the right side eyelashes were not straight . They didn't looked professionally done. It took her about 3 hours to finish, when asked to see how I like them I told her that they didn't looked like the other left eye . She right away called the manager, or receptionist. They said what was wrong ? I explained it to her and said that not all the lashes are the same some might be curled some straight. I again told her that I didn't like them . Then she said that Vickie had another costumer waiting already. That if I wanted to go another day. "How am I going to leave with some ugly lashes. " so I told her I couldn't plus I had work the whole week. "This was a schedule appointment on a Sunday" Then she said if I could wait for another tech to fix my lashes. That she was going to be done about 15-20min Then after waiting "had no choice but to get them done " they just added some longer ones on top of the ones Vickie . So when they were done they looked good. After a week some fell off, I sent In pictures. They said to come and they will fill in the gaps just this time. Went in and they fill the gaps. 2 weeks later they started itching and some where dragging of my lashes. I couldn't wait much longer I went in to get them removed. "Another location " They removed them and they told me that they added to much glue . That they stacked a few on one eyelash. That it wasn't professionally done. That they don't know why they did that. Down below are the lashes they removed of that were done by VICKIE J FROM PRINCESS LASHES.. I've been a loyal customer but this time I was completely disappointed with this tech . The rating is based on my experience with this tech Vickie j. Not the location. When going don't get them done by her . read more

Got my lashes done with Linda L., I've been going to this place for a few years now and just went back for a new set. I did a full set, 6D volume & the process took about an hour from start to finish. The lashes turned out really well, and I do know their retention lashes pretty well. Linda was patient and knew what I wanted & worked with all that I asked for. Thank you! Will always go to this spot as my comfort place for lashes especially when I'm in the area. read more

I've been coming to Princess Lash for a long time I'm a loyal customer, always love my lashes because it always comes out exactly how I want it of course when it doesn't I just express to them and my lash artist what I don't like and they are always so nice to do a minor tweak/ fix to suit and compliment my eyes. Never knew my eyes are so different, how they fold are different as well, and my lash artist have to even them out. Definitely recommend quality and top notch service read more

I've been coming to Princess Lash for many years now. All the lash technician have done great work on my lash. I have very fine and sparse lashes and they always did a great job in making them look full and not causing any damage to my lashes. Front desk receptionist always helpful in booking my appointments as well and answering questions I have. Winnie is my favorite lash technician there, she's always so gentle, fast and efficient with her work. But once again, all the lash techs there are great. read more

I book a first time appointment for a Lash Lift & Tint at Princess Lash and was scheduled with Susan Y. I have been going here for years and I love my lashes! The service is great and everyone is so nice

They raised their prices significantly. The last couple of times I have gone my lashes were glued to my eyelids. Also, my lashes were crunchy and very itchy and uncomfortable. With the price increase it would be nice if they offered consistency but it seems like it a hit or miss. I haven't been there on 5-6 months per Mia's notes due to not being satisfied. My eyes were itchy and crunchy within days not weeks or months. This review was not written immediately after my service. Like I stated the last couple times have been hit or miss and I did not leave happy. I left thinking I prob won't be back .. lol read more

Retention is horrible it's been almost two weeks since I've gotten my lashes done and it looks so patchy. Before the first week even ended all my inner corner lashes came out and by 1.5 weeks my outer lashes on one eye is almost completely gone. I've checked almost all the lashes I found that fell off and none of them had a natural lash attached. I never touch my eyes or put any oils near my eyes and they are just falling off. Additionally if I did not do any research I would have not known how to take care of them I came as a first time client and wasn't told a single thing about how to take care of them I was handed a spoolie and that was it. read more

Been going to this place for a while but they decided to keep my deposit that they claim goes towards your service.

I'm not one to write reviews, but I absolutely adore the set I received today (Wispy hybrid in cat eye). Vincy did a wonderful job and was very sweet! This is my second time coming here; my first time wasn't the best (different tech I believe) as the lash set I got was a little uneven from the start, so the different lengths made my eyes look a little off. Overall, I'm very happy I came back! Beautiful job for a lovely store, thank you. read more

I found this place because some women on CH Facebook recommended them. Boy, I am glad I came here for my lashes. Their price is reasonable, the service is always nice and very accommodating, place is clean and they're really fast in doing what they're doing. Fast but provide GREAT quality. The previous place that I went to, told me that I'd lose 5-8 lashes per day, by one week, my lashes didn't look as nice. But, here, OMG ... After two weeks, they still look amazing, even a lady asked me if I just got my lashes done and it's already been 2weeks! They really do have great quality lashes and they don't fall off as easy. Usually either 1-3 lashes in a day or not even 1 lash falls off in one day! Definitely my favorite place for now. Thank you! read more
