This was my first time getting my lashes done here and I got my lashes done a month ago. I went in and it was so crowded. My lash tech kept coughing throughout the whole session and it concerned me a little. When she finished, I opened my eyes and it started irritating so much. She helped fixed it but it was still irritating once again when I walked out. There was even a deal for first time clients, which was $10 cheaper but she still charged me full price for a new full set. Then I went to a different lash tech to get them removed because it was consistently irritating and she had told me that there was an eye infection forming. This was my second time going to get my eyelashes done at this location and both of times Milan L. Did my service. All I can say is that her customer service is so bad. She's really rude. The first time I went she was so rude when I was asking about the sizing and style of the eyelashes. And the second time around, she was also rude. She rushed our appointment the second time and the next day I woke up with a few aye lashes poking my eye. I went back and she did fix the issue but was still rude. And told me that If I didn't want to go back that I didn't have too. She doesn't care about her clients or losing them. I am very disappointed. I would never book with her again. read more

Didn't have a good experience here unfortunately. Although they respond to my inquiry in a timely manner and have a clean place, nothing else went well. I got my eyebrows and half legs waxed and I wouldn't recommend to anyone else. Tina separated my eyebrows so much, I feel embarrassed. I literally leave to vacation Wednesday and I can't do a single thing about it . My leg wax hurt so much. I've gone to other places and not once have a seen a tech warm up the wax so much it drips everywhere and irritates my skin. She even got some wax on my sock and didn't even notice. I kind of got frustrated because she said "all done" and hadn't even moved to back back side of my things. She missed the whole side of my legs too. At this point I have no energy to even go back and have it done right even though it was expensive. That's why I'm writing this review. Booking The receptionist here kindly helped me book an appointment that fit my schedule. I told her I was new and had an idea of what I wanted but I needed some consulting since I was a first time customer. I had an appointment in less than a week. This place wants you to keep your appointment, they will text you three times asking you to confirm your appointment. Location I visited today for the first time and it was packed. This place is located right across the stater brothers parking lot. The earlier you make your appointment the easier it is to find parking. Customer Service The receptionist was polite and staff were also polite. I did have to wait for my technician which took about 20 minutes. While waiting, three girls came in during this period to fix their eyelashes for the following reasons: eyelashes were falling off or eyelashes were to exaggerated for their liking. I was concerned at first but the receptionist had no problem helping these ladies out to fix their lashes. My eyelash experience: My technician Emma was polite, she asked me questions about the type of eyelashes I wanted and I told her my concerns and showed her pictures of what I wanted. However, at first I wasn't thrilled at my new look. I asked for cat eye and I got hybrid whispy eyelashes that looked nothing like the two pictures I showed her. I contacted the business via phone to try to see if I could get my lashes fixed and I was able to get an appointment later that same day. Business owner The business owner called me and asked what could be done to make things better. So after speaking on the phone with her, I was rescheduled to fix my lashes (free of charge). Mia fixed my lashes and long story short, they came out to my liking. She explained that due to my eye shape my eyelashes would look somewhat different but that it would still fit my eye shape. She was right, I am satisfied with my lashes and I will definitely be coming back here again. 2 out of the 2 times I've been here I have gotten sick from a sick employee coming to work. As I was getting my lashes done, I noticed lash tech Lucy going to the restroom and coughing. I immediately became concerned because as you know lash technicians work DIRECTLY above your face. She washed her hands for less than 5 seconds after too. But your eyes are closed and they know we won't just open our eyes and look around. She was eating cough drops during the appointment (I could hear her and saw the Ricola wrapper when I got up) The next morning I wake up and I'm sick with the same symptoms, and here I am 7 days later asking to get them removed and refunded since I am no longer contagious! Where's a public health lawyer since this is repeated behavior which is very upsetting and alarming! And the lashes: A FULL SET should not be completely done in 1 HOUR. The lash techs here are not trained properly, it's one thing to know that 1 lash should attach to the extension, but it's another thing to be able to DO IT and not attach 3 NATURAL LASHES TO 1 EXTENSION. EDIT AFTER RESPONSE: Your clients should not have to lay there and be uncomfortable the whole time while the tech is coughing and chewing on cough drops. Let the customer know that you "had a spicy lunch". No one is going to admit to being sick. They don't care about your health or the health of your lashes. They want you in and out in an hour so they can take your money as quickly as possible. You will lose your lashes getting lashes here. read more

Last visit I got my lashes done by VICKIE J , the right side eyelashes were not straight . They didn't looked professionally done. It took her about 3 hours to finish, when asked to see how I like them I told her that they didn't looked like the other left eye . She right away called the manager, or receptionist. They said what was wrong ? I explained it to her and said that not all the lashes are the same some might be curled some straight. I again told her that I didn't like them . Then she said that Vickie had another costumer waiting already. That if I wanted to go another day. "How am I going to leave with some ugly lashes. " so I told her I couldn't plus I had work the whole week. "This was a schedule appointment on a Sunday" Then she said if I could wait for another tech to fix my lashes. That she was going to be done about 15-20min Then after waiting "had no choice but to get them done " they just added some longer ones on top of the ones Vickie . So when they were done they looked good. After a week some fell off, I sent In pictures. They said to come and they will fill in the gaps just this time. Went in and they fill the gaps. 2 weeks later they started itching and some where dragging of my lashes. I couldn't wait much longer I went in to get them removed. "Another location " They removed them and they told me that they added to much glue . That they stacked a few on one eyelash. That it wasn't professionally done. I have been going here for years and I love my lashes! The service is great and everyone is so nice

They raised their prices significantly. The last couple of times I have gone my lashes were glued to my eyelids. Also, my lashes were crunchy and very itchy and uncomfortable. With the price increase it would be nice if they offered consistency but it seems like it a hit or miss. I haven't been there on 5-6 months per Mia's notes due to not being satisfied. My eyes were itchy and crunchy within days not weeks or months. This review was not written immediately after my service. Before the first week even ended all my inner corner lashes came out and by 1.5 weeks my outer lashes on one eye is almost completely gone. I am used to going to lash appointments and the vibe is calm relaxing this place, this location is a bit more loud and talkative.
