Wanted to get a quote for a pregnant belly mandala. She said to text her ideas, so I did. She kept calling repeatedly even after I texted her back right away saying I was busy at the moment but was free to text. She made a rude comment and said I made things so difficult by asking just to text instead of calling that "now she's pregnant ", which made no sense. Anna is the ABSOLUTE best! I've been coming to Anna since she worked at another business. It's amazing to see how her business as grown since opening her own shop. She has Yelp awards from 2014-2020 let that speak for itself. I brought my brother today with me and she did a wonderful job. Love the health precautions Ana is taking right now. Before you sit in her chair, she sprays and wipes it down. She give you hand sanitizer to clean your hands. She sanitizes her hands. She is also wearing double mask and a face shield. I went the whole quarantine without touching my brows, I was looking pretty werewolf. So cleaned them up and left me with a gorgeous shape. I was looking around for a new threading place after all the inconsistent results I got from my last place. Luckily, I saw all the amazing reviews and decided to give this place a shot. I felt very welcomed! I usually get really intimidated because some threaders just go right to business, but Ana seemed very receptive to my concerns. I told her I liked straighter brows, but some threaders would make a high arch despite my request. She wanted me to be happy with the results and even went in two or three times to correct any tiny imperfections. My eyebrows have been cleaned up. Filling in my brows are so simple. I'll be back again in several weeks :) For those of you wondering, there are no stamp cards unfortunately. read more

Just tried this place for the first time and had a great experience with Ana. Ever since moving into the area I've had a hard time trying to find someone to thread my eyebrows since my go to place is too far now. I have tried pretty much every eyebrow threading salon close by and this is by far the best one as far as quality and pricing. I have thin eyebrows so I've had a lot of bad experiences with several places making my eyebrows too thin but she was able to shape them nicely! Will definitely be going to Ana from now on. It was very painless so she knows exactly what she's doing. She was also wearing gloves and a face mask so safety measures were taken. It was $8 + tip so it's affordable, definitely recommend. read more

Just had my eyebrows threaded and I love them! The lighting inside made it seem like they were a little too thin initially, but once I got in my car, I could see that they're perfect. To be honest, the only reason why I come here is because this is the only place I know of that the owner wears a mask and face shield and is conscious about sanitizing. Every time I go, it's always empty which is good in the sense I don't have to wait, but the results are just average at best and I can't wait to go back to my actual eyebrow threading place when it's safer. read more

It seems like I search a lifetime for the BEST products and services and I finally found Ana. I trust her completely with my face for full face threading. Her prices are the BEST and she even has a loyalty punchcard. My friend in LA is even wondering if she can get here :p I am paranoid of anyone touching my daughters beautifully, full eyebrows but she does a wonderful job just cleaning around it and her work doesn't leave us red. Walk-in, Sunday afternoon, 3:00 pm: eyebrow threading ($6) I heard about Ana on Yelp and decided to give her a shot; fifteen 5-star reviews seemed pretty trustable to me. Gut instinct was SO ON POINT. I've only had my brows threaded once before, at Planet Beauty in The Shoppes and it turned out horrible. I was unsure about getting my brows done anywhere at all, but Ana truly is a miracle worker. She had restored my faith in the Brow Goddesses and I cannot be happier.i I walked in the empty shop and she enthusiastically asked me to take a seat. I told her I preferred full, straight brows and she worked her magic for a good 15-20 min and transformed them! When I asked for a mirror and looked at my brows, she asked me how I liked them. I really did like them, but since I'm a details person, I could see a little tiny bit of unevenness. She immediately sensed my hesitation and scrutinized, zoned in, and perfected them until they were flawlessly symmetrical. That officially convinced me that she is AMAZING. Also, my skin was (surprisingly) not an angry red when she was done - unlike when I came out of Planet Beauty. Just another reason to love her more. It's my HG brow place now. read more

I'm finally leaving Ana a long overdue review, but her service is impeccable so I just had to! She always does an excellent job on my brows. I won't trust them to anyone else!! She leaves them thick and always shapes them perfectly. I've tried many other salons in the area and none of them compare to her (I'm in Eastvale). Other places seem to be very inconsistent but I've never had a bad experience in the past couple of years that I've been coming here. My daughters and I also love her henna skills. I haven't t touched my brows in over 3 months because of the pandemic and she's finally open so I can't wait for her to fix me up! Don't hesitate to try her out. I'm a repeat customer, and went here for the third time this past weekend. Since the last time I was here, Ana has another girl (Lucy?) working with her. Lucy cleaned up my brows and asked if I wanted my lip or full face done...I said yes to a full face thread ($25), due to feeling a combo of pressure and curiosity. Plus, it was a slow Sunday and they weren't busy, so what the heck. OMG...a full face thread was uncomfortable (made me teary-eyed and my back was sweating the whole time). Lol. While I like the results (smooth face), I feel a little self-conscious about my hairline looking so defined on half my face. The process is about 20 minutes and I only got a few thread burns/bumps (surprised I didn't get more). A full face thread may be a one and done deal for me; I'll still go back for eyebrows though. read more

First time trying this place out and I got to say she did an amazing job on my eyebrows. I really liked how she left them clean, shaped and thick. She didn't make them thin at all and really listened to me when I asked her to just clean them and to leave them thick. Very affordable as well. The only two things I would like to mention it is hard for me to understand her since her English is not as well and she is a bit rough compared to others I have been too. But since the mall had been closed, I decided to roll the dice and give Ana a try. I am SO GLAD I did! Much closer to me and great service !
